Mandragora has so much useful information: girl_romashka: take a spoonful of the world and come up with the perfect recipe.
And we discussed the `` cottage cheese '' at the very beginning, found out that the cottage cheese turns out to be sour rubber and did not seem to discuss everything anymore. I personally have never tested this function at all, but we have hostess girls here, maybe someone did something

Now I just opened any page, the total is 62, 106 pages and on each of them there is information about the bowls. For me this is not relevant, but I read this topic regularly and declare with confidence that the quality of different cups and where to buy, both for Russia and for Ukraine, was discussed, and there are links to sites

Another portion of my observations.
About cooking broths. Studied the issue of noise when cooking meat. Someone on the lid, someone settles ...I'm not a fan of straining, because the meat for the soup (don't care what - bones, chicken parts, just meat) - I boil it in a little water on the stove. just while I am preparing the vegetables, it comes up - it just boiled, the foam went - I drain, rinse and throw it into the unit. All. The broth is transparent, beauty. They asked me - what's the point? Yes, it's business for ten minutes, but you won't get such broth on the stove - in twenty minutes in the Field there is a rich miracle, fragrant and rich - well, you know)) Checked out when the child was in the hospital. I ran home to take a shower, before that I threw everything into a saucepan, went out - ready, you can take it. The beauty!
About beans. The first time I cooked, I poured boiling water over the washed beans, while preparing the rest of the products (it was stewed beans with chicken hearts), the beans wrinkled. On "legumes" beans - 20 minutes, then turned them off, threw in fried onions, carrots and hearts (well, spices, of course) and ten more on "stewing". Very well!
Then the base for borscht. I must say right away that I didn’t like the borscht completely cooked in the Field - the recipe had to be finalized. I acted differently. The beans were simply washed and on the "legumes" in a little water - 20 minutes. and then added meat, potatoes, water - another 20 minutes. While all this was happening, I prepared the frying, connected and brought it on the stove. By time - definitely faster, the beans were cooked perfectly and no soaking. Delicious and fast.
Something like this) I hope it comes in handy.
And steamed diferambs. I cooked vegetables for Olivier. Potatoes, carrots, eggs. 15 minutes. All. I took it out, cleaned it - by the way, when steamed, eggs are cleaned easier and they turn out tastier. I cooked sweet corn in the summer. She also covered the cobs with leaves, as when cooking on the stove. And put the grate on the leaves. 9 minutes at 3 pressure is ideal for me, it is ready, but crunches, and for 12 minutes. - already soft, like porridge. So for fans of "al dente" - option one, 9 minutes.
olga4166
Mandrake, very helpful tips!

I put beans, meat and potatoes directly on legumes, and I bring cabbage and frying to a boil with the roof open or on the stove - it comes out even faster.

Wouldn't it be easier to put on the "Slow Cooker" 1.5 hour with a delay?

Hello girls. I took my aunt Polya today. So far I have only read Temka up to page 66. If you may, I have a couple of questions. Cooked lemon soup ("Soup", pressure 2, 15 min). For fun, I threw in half more potatoes and a couple of dry beans. The beans are almost cooked and the potatoes are crumbling. How, then, will it be whole in the soup?
Now I want to cook lean pilaf. According to the recipe, you need to fry the onions and carrots on the "Fry". When the vegetables are cooked properly, can I cancel cooking with the Heat / Cancel button and go to the Rice program? Or is it necessary to set the correct frying time at the very beginning?

How many soup I cooked did not notice that the potatoes were falling apart ... poured, but no more. About pilaf ... fry the onions with carrots on the Fry for 10-15 minutes ... cancel ... include Rice ... leave the default time, the pressure is the same.

Look ... there is a heating mode, which is turned on either automatically or with the heating / cancellation button ... it is 70-80 degrees ... we can turn it off, but only with our hands ... but there is a Heating mode ... there will be 100 degrees exactly.
