It was somewhere in Temka that boil potatoes for 10-12 minutes.
I didn't cook potatoes, I cooked whole beets for a couple of 20 minutes.
Tellina
Oooh, I poked the valve poked I thought well, we carry everything for repair, but no, at some point he drowned himself and everything stopped steaming steam, only from the safety one gurgles a little, is this normal?
Tellina
well, then I'll just turn it off before)
Tellina
damn, well, what is it, the safety one is silent, he is a little bit worn out
Tellina
in short, okay, it almost doesn't work, I'm glad)
sveta.khm
Anastasia, you can cancel the program and set a new time (so as not to follow)
Tellina

Yes, I boiled it, the potatoes are a little overcooked, well, this time may be a bit too much or this sort.

Zhenya, went to the site 5ok and corresponded with the operator, they say that there is no stock for our model, there is such a POLARIS Bowl with a non-stick coating PIP 0501 487 UAH, does it suit us?
Zhenya I
There is it there, just called pip 0506. Tell me what you want such as a gift to our field should go. I called, the boy looked for it and said the product code, and I immediately placed an order yesterday, today I have already taken it. I was also told earlier that there is no and will not be.

Good evening everyone!
Gave me this Pressure Cooker for my birthday.
There is a multicooker Dex 60 - in use for more than 2 years.
So I sit and think: what am I going to do with this Field? What for is she to me at all?
Tell me, what are its main advantages in comparison with a conventional multicooker?
Otherwise, it’s still in my box ... I don’t even know how long it will lie like that ...
Me and multi is enough with the head.
Alisa_t
a pressure cooker is not really a multicooker. He can do many things faster - I prefer to make meat (especially homemade chicken) and vegetables in it. Porridge is especially good - rice (pilaf), wheat, pearl barley. Legumes.
CurlySue
Alisa_t, Elena, thanks, namesake.
With the chicken, I immediately understood. But what else - somehow I don't even know ...
I really like rice (pilaf) in cartoon.
Quote: Alisa_t
wheat, pearl barley. Legumes.
- this is what we practically never eat.
Alisa_t
Well, I rarely do legumes either, I still need them sometimes.

now the price of rice, let's say, has grown. So she often began to make porridge a la wheat pilaf instead of pilaf.
CurlySue
My husband won't eat that.
I eat, no problem. But I even have one for a couple of servings - it's easier in a slow cooker.

but I can't do that
Alisa_t
The husband and son had not eaten before either. But they seem to be eating with meat. And for myself, I often do it on the stove.
Cranberry
CurlySue, hello fellow countrymen
I have the same tandem - Deksik and Polya. So, I can say that now I cook more often in a pressure cooker than in a cartoon. Pilaf, buckwheat tastes better for me in a pressure cooker, the meat is stewed much faster, she cooks soups for me, cooks vegetables for vinaigrette in just 15 minutes. The necessary weight, we need to get it out of the box
CurlySue
Cranberry, thanks, we will think. Now you are thinking in the right direction for me. To be honest, it happens like a salad of vinaigrette or just a beetroot boiled with butter ... and you want to wait until it is steamed in Dex for at least an hour ... and the desire disappears.
For the sake of a salad - they talked, I'll get it.
Slavutchanka
And not only for the salad. Aspic - 1.5 hours. Soup 20 min. I have no idea. like without a pressure cooker. And what kind of melted milk - mmm ... And you don't need to simmer for 8 hours - 1.5 hours and you're done
Irishka CH
CurlySue, Helen! Hi!!!! Get Polya out of the box, they really advise you! Seriously, cartoon and pressure cooker differ in many ways, and, accordingly, the dishes cooked in them too. If you are not too lazy and leaf through Temka, you will find many links to recipes and simple and delicious dishes. (especially from Lena-Shelena)
So I arrived home late today, put the cartoon on the side dish (rice with vegetables), and in this pressure cooker my favorite quick dish is chicken in the fill. They squeaked at the same time, a quick dinner was ready!
There is a slow cooker mode here. You can make ghee on it. I cook cabbage soup, so that, like from a Russian stove, there are - stewed, "grizzled". Well, and so on and so on. Definitely, do not hesitate, get it !!!
olga4166
And I rarely use my cartoons at all ... I just make yoghurt, and I distribute the dough. Straight ashamed in front of a cartoon. Here the slug does not know rest ... it works almost every day.
Slavutchanka
Lena (Shelena), remind me how to remove carbon deposits. Pliz.
Shelena
Natasha, catch (the proportions are conditional):
1 tsp lim. acids;
1 tbsp. l detergent;
water with a layer of ~ 1 cm
Let it stand for at least 1 hour. Wash off with a sponge.
Clean saucepan!
Slavutchanka
Lenochka, thanks!
CurlySue
Irishka CH, Irisha, hello!
Thank you for the parting words. My husband and I are not quite right Ukrainians people.
We do not eat holodtsov (my husband does not love, but I cannot),
We rarely cook a whole chicken either, because we just don't eat it together - even in 2-3 days. I cook kisses only when we are waiting for someone to visit (and this happens rarely). Ghee is possible. But I don't know ... if someone gave it a try, I would understand how tasty it is and whether it tastes good to me. And what is in the store is not impressive. And if I tried homemade, then in sooooo early childhood, right now I won't tell how it is to me. We just eat very little milk in its pure form (mainly sour milk - I make yoghurts, cream, sour cream) ...
Of course I was persuaded to try the pressure cooker - and I will do so in the near future. I promise to unsubscribe about the results.

It's been a long time since I baked in our Field

I cut into strips, not a lot of sunflower oil, and in the slow cooker I set 3 pressure and 20 minutes. But since the minimum is 30 minutes, you have to turn it off earlier. It comes out tasty and fast. Tried 30 minutes, it is overkill!
sveta.khm
Ruslan, and what kind of potatoes do you get stewed or fried?
Uletno
Svetlanalike baked, the bottom is fried. Even 15 minutes is enough.

Ruslan, is the valve closed? How fast is the pressure gaining?
Uletno
Olga, of course closed !!!! Dangerously you think Olga !! Before any cooking, I always take instructions and look exactly at the position of the valve in this program, this is very important to observe. Although there are very few programs where the valve is open, so it is easier to remember them than those with closed !!

recipe for the DELICIOUS STEWED CABBAGE !!

Yesterday I found a recipe for stewed cabbage here, I did it and it didn't work out. And today I did it my own way and it turned out to be a delight!

Means on the frying mode 10 minutes manual pressure 3.Direct sunflower oil not refined !! I cut cabbage into strips a little less than half a bowl, not a lot of carrots and put onions all at once and salt. We mix thoroughly. I did not mix tomato paste in a triangle with water, this is important !! Somewhere half a tube of paste is gone, maybe a little more! within 10 minutes of frying, not much added tomato paste, through a thin hole, so that it was even. At the end of frying, add the last portion of the pasta, mix and close the lid, the valve is closed, the healthy food program STEWING pressure 2 time 20 minutes is the minimum, but turn off after 8 minutes of cooking. It turns out the most beautiful and delicious !!!

Why is that dangerous? On Baking, the valve is open, and I remove it altogether. Without liquid, the SV will not gain pressure, so the valve can not be closed ... and I have already fought off the SV ...))

Hello everybody! Reporting on my first tests in the Field:
1. I cooked bones with meat on borscht, so they were ready in 30 minutes on the "jellied" mode, on the stove until the same state I usually needed 1.5-2 hours.
2. Boiled chicken wings for the cat, about 15 minutes on the same mode - boiled down perfectly!
3. Made pilaf: frying mode, then - rice-pilaf mode, 20 minutes (usually in a multicooker I do 40-45 minutes on rice mode.
4. Steamed beets. 30 minutes in the "steaming" mode, cooked halves of large beets.

Howling, I liked that everything was getting ready very quickly.
Uletno
Olga, on baking and frying, you cannot even close the valve! but at the expense of water and pressure, you are mistaken. Yesterday I stewed cabbage, there was not a single gram of water, and the pressure was as it should be in the stewing program!

Ruslan, 1.On Zharka, they don't even close the lid ... I remember once, purely out of interest, I closed the lid straight, and opened the valve, so the lid of one fig was blocked ...
2. On Baking with a closed valve, condensate drips better, the pressure does not build up ... so I remove the valve altogether.
3. For pressure gain, you need at least 2 tablespoons of liquid ... which was cabbage juice ... by the way, I also make cabbage, it's really tasty!
Uletno
Olga, in that case, then I am completely deletant
