I poured pilaf spices into my ribs heartily (a habit and the best "sound" of lamb for me is smooth)), carrots and onions and forgot about it for 12 hours (High mode, I have Kenwood). Ribs fell from the bones. The only thing that surprised me was onions and carrots. The meat was the softest, the cartilage was chewing (there is a lot of cartilage, the lamb is young, we take the mutton from a familiar private trader), and the onions and carrots were dense and with a kind of crunch.
