Hello girls! Well, how the bread maker has shown itself after several years of use. ? Are there any breakages like the coating of the bucket? I have a cartoon of Brand, so it is gathering dust due to a broken sensor (((
I look after myself a bakery, here I am considering this one and Panasonic is the last one, the prices are of course different, my sister praises her Panas, so I rack my brains))) there was never a bread machine, I don't know what to look for
Anna Svetlova
Hi, we bought this bread maker at Ozone, they are the official partners of the brand. We used it for about a month, we bake bread only with sourdough every 2 days. everything was fine and good. she kneads normally too, but I somehow feel like dough with my hands, it's easier for me to knead myself. and exactly as much as I need, if I suddenly need to bake a double or triple portion. Yeast bread without any problems at all, super settings.
But ... exactly one month later she broke down. that is, the scoreboard screen did not show, and the current stopped flowing into it. we sent it back. the money was returned to us after a while. They wanted to take the same one, but they no longer sell it on ozone. then we realized without her, we can do, but it was with her that I learned to bake bread with sourdough)))))) so I won't scold. perhaps our breakdown is due to the fact that I turned it off from the network whenever I left home. and the switch there burned out, or something like that.
Now we bake in the oven. and bread and round comes out, and a double portion, and which one should come out. So we can do well without her. This was the first HP and, possibly, the last with an oven)))) and hot batteries where the dough can fit. In the summer we will think about where to put the leaven. I'm sure we will. so like that, but in comparison with Panas, on leaven, there are dances with tambourines. but for the rest of the rules. Although some people do not accept any kind of bread from HP, they feel the taste of metal or something else.
MariV
Anna Svetlova, it's a pity, of course, contact the service center - they will definitely help. I had this - everything was fixed.
Anna Svetlova
Yes, we thought, and then decided, well, why do we need it at all, if it is possible without it, and the money was returned already. and the HP was sent to the MSC. And we have a service center in Samara, and it makes no sense to drag her there when without a car))) so without her, but she is very good. The modes are just class))
MariV
Anna Svetlova, well, if you do without HP, then it's good. And I can’t imagine making dough without HP. At Brandovskaya, only the noise confuses me.
Nata521
MariV, and what is very noisy?

Something there are no user answers at all (((
MariV
Nata521, compared to Panasonic - noisy. What questions are you waiting for answers? Which is better - Panasonic or Brand?

Read the reviews about both, and the choice is yours.
Anna Svetlova
what is noisy yes. I still creaked until you squeeze.

I have had this bread maker for a month.
So small, pretty. He kneads very hard. It is not a problem to lengthen the cycle. Changing the temperature is not a problem.
I like the ability to program in many ways very, very much.

But the automatic programs did not suit me, for my subjective taste it tastes bad, except for the French bread program, and I am lengthening that, as Olga advised.
Manual mode rules for me.
And there is also a small claim to the upper crust. I do this and that: with and without towels))), she's different here. More gentle)))
But these are little things.

And, dear girls, the question arose: I just can't remove the heating in advance after baking. Maybe there is such an opportunity, but I'm not catching up?

MariV
And why do you need to remove the heating? This is not a slow cooker. They baked bread, waited a little and pulled out of the bread machine.

sometimes you have to leave home for a long time and she bakes unattended. I know this is undesirable, but it turns out that way. And then this heating is completely useless. I would like to turn it off in advance
vernisag
Without heating, the bread will be wet with condensation if left in the bucket.

for me, when you leave it in a bucket, that with heating, that without it, it’s not the same))) it tastes, But morally it would be calmer if the stove was immediately turned off, otherwise an hour of additional heating without supervision is unnerving.
In principle, there is no problem with heating in a multicooker. But in the manual for the bread maker there is a recommendation not to leave the bread maker unattended during baking. Hence all my fears.

I have already begun to bake - but I must leave. You can't interrupt. And the fact that it will also heat an hour longer will be exciting
vernisag
No, you just don't understand, if the stove heats up a little, the bread won't burn and nothing will happen to it. And if there is a complete shutdown, then the bread will completely get wet in 2-3 hours and it can only be thrown away.
Believe me, I threw it away, water was dripping from the loaf ...
It's easier to put the bread maker on a delayed start, so that the bread is ready for your arrival.
Sedne
Irina, do you have this xn too?
vernisag
Specifically, this one is not, but all bread machines work the same.
Put hot bread in a plastic bag and see what happens in an hour ... it's about the same.

Thank you. Then let it warm up. Already three times I had to leave the bread maker alone unattended in the apartment during its work. But it was very exciting, I tried to persuade myself that no one on the forum seemed to complain about fires from bread makers
fffuntic
And I was still biased towards quick baking programs, but decided to research them as a study)))
And I discovered that the Express-750 program is very strange. When I turn it on, the stove immediately begins to heat up to 130 degrees, that is, immediately to the baking temperature of bread, while the mixer rotates intensively all the time set by the instructions, and yeast is included in the recipes for this program. So the question arose: is my program buggy or is it so strange it was conceived: baking with stirring?
MariV
fffuntic, and you read the instructions - the algorithm of this program is described in great detail there.

Olga, the fact of the matter is that time interferes just like in the instructions. But from the first second it starts to warm up and in a minute it is already red-hot !!! ten. And against the background of this baking, the mixer rotates.
You can't even cook jam at this temperature, not like baking bread with yeast.

I suspect this is a glitch in my stove. But still I decided to ask on the forum.
Because on the Express-1000 program everything is fine, it heats up a little ten degrees to 30-35, there it does not get hot from the first minute of the mode.
MariV
About short programs - if you paid attention, then there are no recipes in the instructions for this HP. In the list of recipes in the subject - too.

Question to the representatives of the company Brand. Now there is a 25% promotion for everything. I really want to buy a bread maker at a discount, but they are not on sale. How to be? Already asked this question on Brand's forum, in feedback, silence everywhere. Maybe someone will answer here?
