Ingredients

egg 3 pcs
wheat flour 130 g
sugar 120 g
coffee extract 1 tsp
ground coffee 1/2 tsp
butter 150 g
salt pinch

Cooking method

  • Melt the butter.
  • Beat eggs with sugar, add coffee extract at the end of beating.
  • Mix flour with ground coffee and salt. Sift.
  • Mix with egg mixture.
  • Add oil at the very end. Mix everything well.
  • Divide into molds for 2/3.
  • Bake in the oven at 190aboutFrom 15-20 min.
