Ingredients

Biscuit:

fresh cherry 2 tbsp.
cognac (vodka) 100 ml
Cream:
butter 200 g
boiled condensed milk 1 can
Glaze:
sugar 4 tbsp. l.
cocoa 3 tbsp. l.
milk 5 tbsp. l.
oil drain 3 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • Biscuit:
  • First, I ground the yolks in a blender with 1/2 cup of sugar. Whipped the whites into a cool foam, added the rest of the sugar a little bit. Introduced yolks, flour, cocoa, soda. Baked in a mold d = 22cm. Pace. 180-200 degrees 30 minutes, until done. Allowed to cool completely, then cut off the lid as thin as possible. I chose the middle of the biscuit with a fork carefully so as not to damage the walls and bottom. It turned out to be such a bowl.

  • Filling:

Crushed it a little (compacted). Then again cherry, cream, crumb. again cherry and the last layer of cream. Did you understand it? There should be 2 layers of crumb, cherry "sowed" 3 times and the cream smeared 3 times.
  • (Why do I lay it in layers ?! This makes the cake lightweight. In the original, the crumb, cherry and cream are mixed separately, and then they fill the base. I offer my own version, and you choose.)
  • Covered with a lid and covered with glaze.
  • Glaze:
  • 4 tbsp. l. sugar, 3 tbsp. l. cocoa (no slide), 5 tbsp. l. milk. Boil the glaze (it should boil for 3-4 minutes) and let it cool down a little add 3 tbsp. l. draining. oils.
