It is possible with a steel knife, but for some reason I liked the dough knife better.

Yesterday I decided to make pizza dough in my old blender Scarlett SC-4246: 1 m. Yogurt with water + 3 m. Flour + baking powder, salt and sugar. The crumb didn't work out, but the dough is wonderful, literally 3-4 zips and it's done. Longer bowl of blender soap I'm very happy, thanks for the recipe.

Many thanks to the author for the recipe! The dough is super, it just takes seconds! Chopped, lay in the refrigerator, rolled it out with a rolling pin and stuck dumplings!

good topic. picked up the kneader. noticed that planetary mixers do not knead in proportion to their cost. I read that yeast does better. One of these days I will try to knead a small one into one pizza in a chopper. (150-160gr). P. with was a chopper Chinese first gave a friend. bought myself kenwood. so she claims that Ken is worse in business. By the way, I didn't see a fivefold increase in quality according to the price tag. (even a multiple)
