Ipatiya
AnastasiaK, how lovely!
AnastasiaK
Ipatiya, Thank you . I agitate everyone to make this dough, thanks to the blender, there is no need to get your hands and table dirty. I poured it out, and you're done).
Marina22
AnastasiaK, thanks to your advice saved the dough
Next time I will not lay down all the flour at once, I will watch. I think the quality of our flour is different.
AnastasiaK
Marina22, I am so glad! Of course, the flour is always different, even in the same house - it has dried, then the water has pulled.

Girls, I made it too with Kenwood's help. Yes, the dough is wonderful, the dumplings are delicious, on the advice of Anastasia, I added vinegar. But next time I'm afraid to knead with this blender, it got so hot, and when I turned it off, I thought it was over ... By the way, I made 3 glasses of flour, but the dough turned out to be 620 grams, the glasses are ordinary. Well, what else to mix, without fear, what to buy more reliable, but more budgetary? This dumplings are the best for me. Thank you!
AnastasiaK
spring, and in how many seconds did it get so hot? I don't even twist it for 20 seconds, turn it on for one, two or three, stop, shake the bowl slightly so that the mass rolls over there, turn it on again for a few seconds. So to speak - the impulse method, the blender should not break. And what power does it have? I did both 500-watt and 700, but I'm careful, shore. So a little bit.

By the way, I made it from 3 glasses of flour, but the dough turned out to be 620 g, the glasses were ordinary. Well, what else to knead, without fear, what to buy more reliable, but more budgetary? ...

In general, it's a miracle that the blender survived by making 620 grams of dough. I use a powerful blender to make dough from no more than 200 grams of flour (According to our recipe Admin) If I need to do more test, then I make a second bookmark. Why bother with a blender? After all, the second batch can be kneaded in seconds?
spring
Power 700, also made impulse, but since it is almost full, the knives are twisting at the bottom, the top is practically not captured, I pressed the turbo once, I release the button right away and I feel that it is heating up more and more, already turned off. I read about this blender, many complain that the motor burns out for nothing. Apparently you need 200-300 grams of maxims, as in the instructions, and I followed the recipe, it turned out that it was difficult to stir. Well, half the recipe comes out, 1.5 tbsp flour, 0.5 liquid? Not burned out, it works.
spring
I can't get Romin on kefir (probably, I have one). The dough spreads in my hands, I don't understand why, I've already made it a couple of times. Alevtina, what brand of blender do you have?
Creamy
No u Admin blender another recipe, there is no kefir at all.
Here he is:
Drive one medium-sized egg into a glass and add water to a weight of 100 grams (I myself translated this Romins 5 tablespoons of water. 0 Pour half of the egg and water mixture into the bottom of the blender. Pour 200 grams of sifted flour and pour the remaining half of the water-egg mixture on top.
And you don't even need to add flour to the layers of dough when rolling on a noodle cutter.
AnastasiaK
spring, I got 553 gr. test. Nobody got hot. Blender Vitek, which is not respected). They say - phew.
Try really with half a serving of flour.
Here they write in the subject and did it successfully with a very low-power 350 watts.Could it be the brand of the blender? And does he pull the rest successfully?
Byaka zakalyaka
I made this dough, I really liked that it does not stick at all and does not add flour at all, not during the molding of dumplings, or even after lying in the refrigerator for a day. Since I do not have a harvester attachment with knives, I cooked in a chopper from a blender, I have it tiny only 0.3 liters. I just mixed the egg and liquid in the mill (I have potato broth p left from mashed potatoes) and poured 1/3 of the liquid and one glass of flour into the eye. And so three times, everything was perfectly mixed, so that my baby is a big plus.
spring
It's clear, Alevtina, thanks, but I tried kefir, everyone praises, but I can't ... I'm afraid, but I'll try it with a blender. Anastasia, yes, I just bought it, I chose it because they praised the potato grinder very much in this model, everything seems to pull, grinds remarkably, they do not recommend chocolate, well, coffee, cereals.
AnastasiaK
spring, then another nuance - it's better to do this batch at minimum speed, and turbo is like a maximum?
spring
I did it impulsively at low speed, did not stir, so I swore for 1 sec on the turbo. I will repeat by 0.5 norms, I liked the dough.
AnastasiaK
spring, well, success! We are waiting for reports on how it is there, so that everything remains intact and maximum pleasure from the test.
spring
Thank you all for your help! Vera for the recipe, Anastasia, Byaka zakalyaka, Creamy, thank you for your advice and support. Like Byaka, the hardener divided the liquid into 3 parts and mixed in a glass. Oh ... I was afraid, but everything worked out great. URAAAA! AND THE BLENDER IS WHOLE, AND THE DOUGH IS.
AnastasiaK
spring, well, just wonderful! The exit was found. Everyone is safe and happy.
kiki99
Thank you very much for the recipe! Now I make the dough only this way. I have 2 philips combines. One is philips hr7762 and the other is baby philips hr7605. I did it on trial in both, everything worked out.

So, we can add to the note that the 350 W Philips hr7605 coped with the full norm (as in the recipe)
Chuchundrus
Vera, thank you for such a wonderful way to knead the dough! Finally, I made friends with dumplings
prubul
Hello, I have a question. My glass blender has knife 2 bent up 2 down (from food processor) Can't work on it?
Doxy
Unfortunately, there is no experience in making this dough in a jug (glass) blender, if you do share the result!

Natalia, it's good that everyone became friends - both the harvester with the dough and the dough with you)))

kiki99, Phillips are great! Unfortunately, old posts cannot be edited, let's hope that the owners of 350 Watt Phillips will read Temka to this page)))

Girls, for those who doubt, specially made the dough in a small blender bowl for 3 cups of flour and one glass of liquid. Everything messed up perfectly. The test turned out to be 553 gr. Great dough. Here it will lie down and make dumplings.

Nastya, I just saw your message. I was surprised that you made the dough in a small 200 g bowl from three glasses of flour. Where she fit there. I have a small shredder from Phillips and after Verina's recipe I want to buy a combine with a large bowl and still can't decide which one is necessary or not.
AnastasiaK
kirch, the bowl is small, not 200 g in volume, but probably 700 ml. Two bowls go to Vitek, one large, as in the recipe, and the other three times smaller. Here I am in the little one and do it.
kirch
Got it. Thank you. The agony of choice continues
Marina Prague
There is no limit to perfection!
We must think of such a way!
Bravo!

Vera, hurray! - I finished reading)) I also have a little Philips 7605, I was afraid to even try: the power is low, but I have it constantly at work - I cook food for my beloved cat - suddenly I will break the assistant
Thank you kiki99 for her experiments, now I will definitely try, I have already printed the recipe
Mirabel
prubul, Do not try to make this dough in a glass blender, this is nonsense! or rather, nothing will work out, only you will stain the dishes.
I once did this experiment, mixed it in a bread maker.
Doxy
Vikathanks for the experience!

Natalia, Hurrah! I hope everyone will get their meals - both the cat and the hostess! And the recipe is not a dogma - make any familiar one! Here the whole trick is in the cooking method - sift the flour into a bowl, turn the "beast" into it, talk about the blooms in flour, count to twenty and voila, the dough is ready!

The agony of choice continues
Ludmila, as I understand you !!!)) Only now, when I have a "leg" with replaceable knives, two "combines" - one "bottom-drive", the other "top-drive", and a separate powerful blender-glass, my darling is happy! Although, the other day, an old hand mixer that was used exclusively for Swiss meringue has died ... well, in this case I will not suffer, I will buy the cheapest one I have met)))

Lyudmila, as I understand you !!!
Oh, Vera, I've just been wooling the Internet again, choosing everything. In general, I stopped at the Philips 7627 due to the fact that there is no blender, I do not need it. The power seems to be normal 650. But I still think whether I need it or not. BOSCH 5 is available.
Alenka212
Girls! Sos! I tried this recipe. The dough turned out delicious, but so tight that it barely rolled out! Maybe I took a glass of flour with a big slide? Or was it necessary to knead less in time?
kiki99
Alenka212, I also did it for the first time. Next time I took glasses full, but without a slide, and the dough came out excellent. Apparently, everyone's flour is different.

Good recipe! Kneading bosch 68885 in a combine, beauty! Finally, the manti dumplings have settled in the house! My men are happy today, like cats, I haven’t sculpted manti for them for several years. Because for me this is hellish torment, knead and roll. But now the combine is kneading, the dough sheeter is rolling, just super! Thank you
,
Jiri
The girls, too, took glasses without a slide, kneaded them in the village of Orsone. The beauty! Now this recipe has pulled a dough roller, you have to want
olga0203
I tried it, excellent, fast and clean. Yesterday I tried it, stuck the dumplings perfectly, thanks for the recipe !!!!!!!!!!!
elenas
made the dough according to your recipe, it's fantastic! everything turned out great, delicious dumplings, I couldn't do anything like that before, thanks !!!
Bast1nda
Did everything according to the recipe. I interfered with a mulinex combine, a knife attachment, which is 17 years old !, power of only 300W. At 1 speed, no pulse mode.
No overheating, growling, mooing, even a minute is a problem.

Just a question. The baby is like in the video, but when she put it together, it is not so elastic, a little dry in sensations. What's the catch? not enough liquid? Here is a photo of the crumb.

Dumplings dough without kneading in 21 seconds! (dough for dumplings with knives in a food processor) + video

She blinded and put it in a bag and in the refrigerator. I'm waiting.
Kokoschka
Then everything should be fine, the dough reaches the desired condition, it also happens to put in the crumb
Bast1nda
kokoshka, thank you, they reassured me)))) And then I sit a little in disbelief, how so?
Is it enough to keep 30-60 minutes in the refrigerator?
But my harvester is a fine fellow! Not expected. So it's probably not about their power, but about the quality or something. We wrote above that the motors of the combines were burning with a power twice as much as mine, I was a little worried, but I turned it on, I see everything is fine.
Kokoschka
I usually keep it for 40 minutes, but it happens after a few hours of use.
Vera's adorable recipe!
Bast1nda
kokoshka, Thank you. I wait, then I will roll it out, roll it out))))
Kokoschka
Bast1nda, then he will tell!
Bast1nda
I'm telling you. I got it, a little dry, next time I'll add a little liquid. True, I made the dough in water, maybe it will be a little softer in milk.
But! it rolled just fine. Made ravioli on a nozzle in a typewriter. And just dumplings in a dumpling maker. Great dough, thanks a lot for the recipe.
And another question about the test. I rolled it out and put it aside for a little later, but it dries rolled out so quickly? I cut the noodles out of it. How to protect the layers from drying out for the period while I roll the next ones for laying on the dumplings.Somewhere I saw in a video that they are wrapped in parchment paper. I did everything for the first time, well, apparently not very quickly, so the dough was winding down.

You can cover it with simple polyethylene.
Albina
If I want it not to dry out, then I cover it with a towel.
Bast1nda
Albina, agashka215, just on top and fold it, then you can or should it be flattened straight out in full length?

I'll ask you right away. Can you use it for soup, for noodles? I've cut it, dried the noodles a bit. I think no difference from it and the noodles should be normal.
Albina
Quote: Bast1nda
Can you use it for soup, for noodles?
Why not? I sculpt dumplings, dumplings, and put the remaining dough in a bag and put it in the cold. If I need noodles, I take them out and make them. You can also use such a dough for pasties. In the cold, 10 days, or even 2 weeks lies.
Kokoschka
Bast1nda, Congratulations!!! Dumplings and ravioli are lovely sight!
In the beginning Vera wrote about milk, with it the dough is better.
I cover it with a towel so that it doesn't dry.
And I will roll out the layer, blind, then the next one. I somehow liked it better.
Bast1nda
kokoshka, Thank you!
So I rolled two at once on ravioli, two are needed and then four more on a dumpling maker. Apparently, I still had little skill and slowly did it and decided not to cover it up, or rather just did not realize that it needed to be done, it’s thin, but I sprinkled it from the spray bottle and everything was fine, but of course I won’t do it again.

And if you add milk powder to water? What will be the average between milk and water?
Albina, of course, put it already in the soup, perfectly there is not a whitish dregs and is not boiled, and it cooks very quickly, as the dumplings were quickly cooked.

The general question is, from the amount that in the first post of the test it turns out not very much, you probably also do a double dose? We had enough for one time dumplings and ravioli, which in the photo and for the noodles left for the soup.
I want to freeze it, as I have already read, after defrosting, does the dough completely retain its properties and rolls normally?
