if you add milk powder to water? What will be the average between milk and water?
It will probably be good! milk, half a glass is needed.

THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! The recipe is a miracle, the dough is even better. The entire refrigerator is littered with dumplings and dumplings. And I won't stop. I just enjoy the process. And most importantly, the rolling machine finally started working without any problems.
Bast1nda
kokoshka, I saddled the dough with milk, excellent result, put a little less flour, everything immediately fell into place. the crumb dough has turned into dough.

Thanks a lot to the author for the recipe! I gave it to my friends, they also heard for the first time that you can make dumplings in a food processor. )))))
Kokoschka
Bast1nda, great!
And the day before yesterday I made two batches for manti.
I used one immediately, the second in a day, the result is just as good.
Turmeric is also always added for color.
Bast1nda
kokoshka, and I got yellowish on 1 egg and milk))))

It would be great to translate this recipe into grams. For example, I don't have a single glass, but I have accurate scales. And so I want dumplings.
Kalyusya
Fostis, are there any cups in the house? Use a teacup.
VovaUzh
Kalyusya, not the best offer, because tea cups are different.
I, for example, have a tea cup - 500 ml.

Fostis, "3 glasses with a slide" - it will be about 500 grams of flour, well, + - a little bit, because it depends on the flour.
and there you will experimentally determine the quantity.
Admin
It is generally accepted in cooking to take a cup-glass with a volume of 250 ml. And such a faceted glass (with a rim) is useful to have in the house. Suitable for any measurement of products and liquids.

So we use a 500 ml mug. but we take only half of its volume

Doxy, Vera, thanks for the dough recipe! Very fast and great! I made dumplings, now my favorite recipe!

Fostis, I really hope that the dough, albeit without a glass, you did it! But, for the future, the ratio of dense dough for rolling is always one to two by weight - 200 grams of flour per 100 grams of liquid! This dough is likely to be too tight for hand rolling. And if you are going to roll out the dough with a rolling pin, you should either take less flour or more water.

By the way, recently, when I put flour into the bowl "by eye", the dough turned out to be so tight and tiny that it was impossible to even mold it. I crumbled it into pieces, threw it into the mixer, splashed two tablespoons of water and scrolled it again - the dough became just what it needed!

I am reporting) the dough turned out, but I did not take into account that the dough for manual rolling should be more moist, I was tormented by rolling, but the taste is wonderful and my Bosch msm 4000 coped with 500g of flour easily. Thanks for the recipe!

kirch, the bowl is small, not 200 g in volume, but probably 700 ml. Two bowls go to Vitek, one large, as in the recipe, and the other three times smaller. Here I am in the little one and do it.
Anastasia, and it is possible in more detail the brand Vitka, with numbers.? I am studying this topic and considering a budget option. I have a Bosch 66150 blender with a power of 600 W, but the bowl is small in it, but I want a large bowl and at the same time a budget option.

not VT-1480? my favorite
AnastasiaK
Mila56, Tumanchik, yes, girls, and my beloved Vitek 1480! It is excellent, the bowls are comfortable, in the big one I make dumplings, lean biscuit, pancake, etc. And the small bowl is for minced meat, crackers, onions, caramel, and whatever comes to mind. I'm happy with everything.

my beloved Vitek 1480!
I fell for him for half a year already, even then when I looked on YouTube how dashingly he crushed raw liver. But the kitchen is small and there is not enough space. Any new kitchen appliances will have to be rearranged. I can’t allocate a permanent place yet. I suspect that in it you can knead not only dumplings dough, but also shortbread dough. And I don't know whether to choose a flip 7762 combine (or some other), or this one. I know for sure that you need a large bowl so that you knead the dough (for 500 grams of flour) and grate carrots and other vegetables, well, I twisted the meat, and maybe I made cocktails. ... And the kitchen area does not allow buying two units. In short, the brains are "boiling".

Girls, why make the dough crumbs? I always mixed the ready-made dumplings dough, my SANYO

Dumplings dough without kneading in 21 seconds! (dough for dumplings with knives in a food processor) + videotyrnetovskoe photo

he worked alone since 1982 for 25 years, and is now alive, she kneaded dumplings and yeast and any other dough in it. The bowl in it is not so voluminous, 1 egg-150 ml of water - about 3 ladles (120 ml each) of flour - it was 1 batch, it turned out to be a tight bun, which is lovely for the eyes, kneaded for a family 2-3 times. And why should you be concerned with the exact weight. And the flour is different. and liquid can be any - and water (and boiled water), and milk, and yogurt-yogurt, and everything requires a slightly different amount of flour. As we knead with our hands, the same principle, we add flour to the desired coolness of the bun.

I do it in kenwood, also not in a crumb, but it's very normal. There is no dough sheeter, you have to do it softer
Kenwood is not the one that Kesha is, but another, ordinary FPP 225. I specially bought it for this business. Two years - normal flight

Mila56, go to the topic Blender, we discussed Vitek for a long time, everything that you describe, he does great.
Irsha, exactly, I have straight dough boxes, excellent dough, a few seconds - and you're done!

go to the Blender topic, we discussed Vitek there for a long time,
Anastasia, I read this topic 6-8 months ago and even then I saw there reviews about Vitka, including your positive ones. But we must return to that topic, reread, I really want to knead the dough and everything else.
AnastasiaK
Mila56, here is any dough, however, it turns out great. I especially love this dumplings, in the Temka of which we are.
And I have had a blender for a year and a half, and I think that during this time I have worked out its price.
Mila56
Anastasia, I was in MVideo yesterday and Vitka was not there, but you can find it if you want. I just didn't decide. what to buy. It seems I want the PHILIPS 7762 harvester more, but I'm not sure yet. I am a cancer by horoscope, which is probably why it is not easy to make decisions, but I love VITKA, although I don't have it yet. I want both VITKA and FILIPKA, and this is already a diagnosis

Thanks for the great recipe! I made dough today. By the way, you can note that my harvester "Salute" 1986 coped with a bang with the test! True, he did not make a crumb, but gave it out immediately in 30 seconds. well kneaded dough ball. I put it in the hol-k, and then stuck dumplings. I rolled it by hand (well, I don't have any bells and whistles), very easily and quickly. Thanks again!

By the way, thanks to this recipe, I looked into my passport and found there that it is POSSIBLE TO MAKE (knead) Dough in this combine! This is after 30 years of use !!!! These are the twists and turns of fate!

Thanks a lot for the recipe and cooking method! Delicate elastic and very convenient to cook!
But a heart attack almost interrupted this song :-) :-) :-) she put everything in her Boshik ... he cheerfully began to chop and suddenly fell silent
I think everything, kapets does not smell, does not smoke, but is silent. I poked him, stroked him, called my husband what was okay ..apparently from the shaking the contact of the bowl moved away and for security reasons he passed out :-) three minutes of horror were provided :-) but everything was compensated. then delicious dumplings :-)
Thank you!

Well! And I did it! I have a BOSCH MCM-5525, "forever" is practically a sloth. I just finished sculpting the manti from the dough that the author suggested. Thank you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And then I kept thinking, could, not be able to make the dough ... I did it! Only for my rolling pin and hands, it turned out to be tight. Now I looked at the comments, many write that for manual rolling it is necessary to make the dough softer. I'll take it into account a second time.

I can't get to this test ... mine stopped eating dumplings ... they say it's harmful ..
I certainly do them ... just in case ... but there are different cases ...

I won't get tired of thanking this dough! Just a lifesaver, I spent exactly a minute in the evening - in the morning I wound up noodles. A VERY convenient recipe, ideal for rolling dough. Many human thanks.

Finally, I got to this test. I made it in a Braun 570 blender with a 250 g dough knife. flour, 1 egg and 0.5 mst water, a pinch of salt, 2 tbsp. l. vegetable oil. I kneaded it for the night and started sculpting in the morning. The dough ripened very well overnight.
I made dumplings with such a mold

And here are the dumplings after steaming
🔗

They are, of course, more like khinkali in size.

My food processor Moulinex Ovatio 3 a hundred years ago (700 W / 3 l.) Coped with 1.5 norms of dough without straining at all, but ..... pieces or rather crumbs such as those of the author, I did not succeed, the processor first cut everything , and then everything instantly rolled into a "ball" I turned off and took out the already formed piece of dough
Very instant and not stressful, thanks to the author for a great way

Py. Sy. Bosch MUM 84 (1400 W), cut it with knives just like the author, there was no "ball"

this is good - immediately ready dough
Yes, it is very convenient when I did it in Boch, I thought it would be better, nevertheless, the power is much more, but no - the dough is not taken into the ball even though you crack
I also did it with knives in Boch ...
Knopka_
girls, how much can this dough be stored? I made dumplings, and removed the leftovers in the cold room, and made them with pans, bowls, only now I found out, it is 6 days. maybe throw it out better? or how?
Irgata
Quote: Pirogue
dough in a ball is not taken even though you crack
add water and all of you, probably, strictly followed the proposed recipe, Vera-Doxy turns out exactly a crumb, and add some water to it, a little bit through the neck of the lid of the combine - a ball will form

which one you required density
Quote: Knopka_
lies 6 days. maybe throw it out better? or how?
if it does not smell (does not stink) - and not black - it is quite suitable - at very low t it can lie in the refrigerator for up to a week
after a long lying down, it softens a little - the autolysis processes are going on - let them on the manti, they do not need a very tight dough
or bake unleavened cakes in a frying pan, under the type of lavash
or knead in bread dough - it will disperse
or roll into noodles
or throw it in the grass - the birds bite

Doxy, Vera, thanks for the super-quick recipe, I must try it!
Tell me, but if the bowl is only 500 ml, how much can you knead at a time?
Waist
Vera, thanks for your way of kneading the dough!

I liked it very much and helps VERY much

I don't have a combine, but I have a hand blender with a small bowl of 600 ml. So in this bowl I am making a dough for noodles (egg + flour + semolina) - quickly and easily your dough has not yet tried to make, but a start has been made

Thanks again !!!
Knor
I also thank you for the recipe! I wanted to take pictures, but still nothing Easy and simple to do!
Ksyusha, I also have a blender with a 500 ml bowl, I divided it into two steps
Trishka
Svetul, thank you!
I already bought a harvester, there is a 1.5 liter bowl!

Ksyusha, what prevents you from preparing the classic dough for khinkali in the same way?
Trishka
Yes, I tried the classic one, which without eggs, knead in Xn, the dough is tasty, but it needs to be rolled out thicker, I broke by 6 during cooking, but it tasted delicious, one was stuck together with a "bag" for a sample, (the rest are already on the varenichnitsa I sculpted it, my boys said: the main thing is not the form, the main content,) and rolled it out with my hands, in general, as it should, so it did not break, but I don’t like thick dough, so in the next. I’ll probably skate 4 times, and I’ll try the recipe with eggs.
kirch
Ksyusha, I stopped by trial method at 5. And it is not thick, and does not break
Trishka
kirch, Lyudochka thank you, I'll try too!

Doxy, Vera, thank you very much from me too! Yesterday I kneaded, I just forgot about the butter, it turned out cool, but the new Starfood noodle cutter did it with a bang. the vermicelli is cool. I did half a portion for testing (although my blender is powerful 750W, but with a small glass).
In the evening I will sculpt dumplings, I will add butter!
