Raspberry ice cream with mint

Ingredients

raspberry 300 g
powdered sugar 4 tbsp. l
sour cream 20% 400 g
milk 100 ml
gelatin 1 tsp
fresh mint leaves 1 handful

Cooking method

  • Pour milk into a saucepan, add mint leaves and bring to a boil. Remove from heat, cool and strain.
  • Rub raspberries through a sieve, add powdered sugar, gelatin and leave for 10 minutes until they swell. Heat gently, stirring occasionally, over low heat until the gelatin dissolves, cool.
  • Mix raspberry puree with sour cream and milk. Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and refrigerate for about 40 minutes.
  • Transfer the ice cream to a container and place in the freezer for 30 minutes.
  • Bon Appetit!

Note

You can use strawberries instead of raspberries.
