In my opinion, I tested ...

In short, the elder son accidentally drove his elbow over the multicooker body (stood on the table). Dent. It seems not huge and not terrible (on the left, if you look at the scoreboard). The husband straightened. I was glad that almost imperceptibly. And now it doesn't even turn on. Here, damn it ...

The case, by the way, has a rather flimsy rigidity and sags under the fingers, even when you hold it with your hand to stick the cord. Be careful.

Hello, dear members of the forum, how do you deal with the smell of previously prepared dishes? It annoys me directly that porridge, for example, tastes like jellied meat ... I read the opinion that a spare O-ring will help solve this problem, only the rings are not yet sold ... I am thinking of buying a separate bowl and ring for dairy dishes and pastries. Only will this solve the problem? it seems to me that the smell comes from the lid .. yesterday already I soaked the ring and the bowl and the lid in the cleaning agent, thoroughly, thoroughly washed everything to no avail ...
Luysia
Odor is absorbed most by the O-ring. It is best to have a spare ring for milk cereals and baked goods. This will solve the problem, because when I change the ring, I make baked goods and heat the milk in Brand 6060. And this is a pressure cooker smokehouse! And no foreign odors.

For now, just wash well, boil with lemon, leave the lid open for airing.

Constitution, just please do not post the same messages in different topics.

Scarecrow, do not worry. You were not the only one who suffered from the child. (I have a pause in squeezing, but soon everything will be OK.)

But you know Brand doesn't throw up in trouble. They will fix it, it will be better than a new one!

I just realized that the whole thing is in the ring, so I wash it after every preparation of dishes, with the participation of garlic, onions and other products with a strong smell.
I'll get a spare ring at the first opportunity! In the meantime, I'm doing fine without him.

Today for the first time I cooked a steamed omelet in a silicone mold, which is for cake. I put "steam" without change. I liked the omelet, especially my grandson.

I baked a curd casserole, I do everything on "baking", there are no problems.

Recently I cooked a pork neck, I really wanted it to bake, but it didn't work out, but it still tastes very tasty. You can just see the meat is soaked in water so that from 1kg700gr, 950gr is left.
I made a marinade from cherry plum, garlic, spices, salt, stood for 2 hours. Then I fried it in a fry and put it on baking. There was no liquid in the bowl. But it took some time and the lid blocked and the pressure gained 40, and then dropped to 20. and so it was prepared. When I opened the bowl, I poured out 600 ml of liquid and used it for the sauce.

When it has a strong odor, I leave the silicone ring in a ceramic pan in water with lemon overnight (the ring is straightened out and a little liquid is needed).

... and in order not to bother too much with the buttons, you can turn on the Fry, there is also the default time, only not 20, as in the warm-up, but only 15 minutes. And I would like the convenience of all programs.
I forgot to add, in WARMING up for 5 minutes. time, and 20 lights up - this is pressure.
You need to press the small TIMER button in the middle of the scoreboard and then the time -5 will be displayed.
Itself at first was confused.

I broke my darling !!!

In the evening, my daughter decided on her own initiative how to wash it, and took off the silicone ring, and then did not put it in its place, but put it in a drying cabinet. In the morning, asleep, I, of course, did not notice that the ring was not in place and turned on herculean milk porridge. As a result, oat mucus ran over the edge and filled all the insides. It's been two days ... The pot still doesn't work ... Now when my husband arrives

Gasechka, don't cry, everything will be fine! There will definitely be a way out!

In Manual mode, choose any pressure and time.
Aygul
Linen, thanks. I just need to get a repetition of the Quenching mode as in a regular slow cooker for 2 hours. Is it possible?
Elena Bo
Yes. Set the temperature to 95-100 degrees in Manual mode and the time is 2 hours.
At 95 degrees, the lid does not lock. At 100 it will probably block. It is possible for 30 minutes. Set 100, and 95 for 1.5 hours.
Tanyulya
It was the first time today that Meat didn’t gain pressure.
I made shanks, put ice cream again ... I had to add some water.
The meat mode is certainly amazing. In an hour, almost jellied meat turns out from beef shanks. I found out by chance, I just poured the meat with the resulting broth and into the refrigerator, it turned out meat in jelly, the jelly is so tight.

I've already written everything about the work of the pressure cooker - I've already figured out the modes - everything is OK!
Crackling too - the slightest drop on the bowl or heater - and popcorn pop!
The only thing that does not always work out is to catch condensation, especially when baking. Yesterday I baked a cheesecake, slightly spoiled the barrel. Well, there is something to strive for!

but with yet another compliment to Brandik. I like Fry, that at least close the lid at least open the program does not go astray
Fried potatoes on Zharka exposed 25 minutes, 4 large potatoes.
Fried in a mixture of vegetable and butter. Fried for 12-13 minutes on one side, mixed and, as it were, on the other side. The potatoes turned out to be fried, and so loose and crumbly. Yummy !!
Next time I'll take a photo

Girls! I bought Brandik too. The question arose: when the manual mode is set - when setting the time, it is necessary to add minutes for heating / boiling? The countdown in even time starts immediately after pressing the Start button.

Hello. I have a question for Brand. I have been using the pressure cooker for two weeks. I was delighted until today. I decided to cook jellied meat (already cooked). I loaded meat and water. Turned on the "meat" mode, maximum pressure, time 1.5 hours. The pressure built up, the countdown began. And after 20 minutes, the broth poured from all the cracks (from under the lid), it hissed loudly, I pulled out the plug. At the same time, the electricity was turned off. The horror is terrible. The broth of course got inside the pressure cooker too. What now? Drying your favorite pressure cooker. I am thinking of starting to grieve for her, or is not everything lost? It is definitely impossible to leave such a device turned on unattended.

: flowers: The pressure cooker has dried. Checked on the "steam" mode. Works! : yahoo: The most important thing is that I'm afraid to put a lot of pressure. Should I go to a psychologist, probably? After all, I have endured fear. I cook the jellied meat on a regular stove, and this is all 4-5 hours. Very sad.

I've already cooked jellied meat three times. Time was set at 1h50min. The meat was loaded to the maximum mark, but less water was poured. I was afraid that the liquid would not boil over. It worked well and even the lid was clean.
Was the steam release valve clogged? And the whole silicone ring, does it look normal? Maybe on one side it didn't fit tightly on the lid?

I check the ring several times before turning on the pressure cooker.

It's strange. If there was no tightness, there would be no pressure. If it was hermetically closed and the pressure got too much - why it was depressurized (well, if it got out from under the cover) ... I have no explanation yet. The ring did not fit well somehow, what squeezed it out? ... I don't know ..

Moreover, pulling out the plug from the socket will not instantly correct the situation. It won't stop hissing right away, because it takes time to relieve the pressure.

The ring was sitting straight, as before that I cooked the tongue, at maximum pressure. I washed everything, and the ring too. I don’t know what happened and why it was overflowing. Yes, turning off the outlet and turning off the electricity did not save the day, the "pot" was boiled and cooked. I wash the removable valve every time (just in case), although it is not clogged with anything. I hope tomorrow the "scar" on my heart will grow, I will try to cook something in my favorite pressure cooker.

I think the pressure cooker is just overheated. And the silicone ring weakens with prolonged heating, drew attention to this. In the work of any technique (eg washing machine) it is recommended to take a break between washings. Probably the pressure cooker should also be allowed to cool down.

I think Brand representatives will better answer.
Tanyad
Thanks for answers. Probably true, she overheated. After all, almost immediately after cooking the tongue, I charged the jelly. Both are prepared with great stress.
