I put 1.5 liters of cold water on MANUAL for 100 * C for 30 minutes. The valve is not installed. Let's see what happens. 16:03 - START.
The scoreboard was burning
19 minutes - you can hear the water boil. Gurgles.
18 minutes - rustled from the pressure indicator.
17 minutes - the relay clicked. A small vapor came from the pressure indicator, and a few drops of water splashed from the valve pin.
16 minutes - the relay clicked again, the boiling and noise subsided.
15 minutes - the click of the relay, whistled from the indicator, and it rose, blocking the lid. Steam hissed from the valve pin
14 minutes - the float fell, all the sounds died down and the boiling was not heard.
13 minutes - the click of the relay, it was heard how it boils, the whistle from the indicator and its raising, the hiss from the valve pin.
12 minutes - the hiss subsided, the float fell.
11 minutes - boiling intensified, whistling
10 minutes - float up, hiss from valve pin, etc.

She didn't listen further, turned it off. It is clear that with a frequency of about / slightly more than a minute, the float rises and falls (pressure builds up and falls off) when boiling increases or decreases, i.e. when the heating element is turned on and off. Denis Br wrote that the work of the heating element is cyclical with some kind of intervals.

My conclusion: an incomplete pot of soup can be boiled in this way, but I would not risk leaving it unattended.

Chicken meatballs with mint in sour cream sauce.

Testing the Brand 6051 multicooker-pressure cooker

A very tasty combination of ingredients - for me this is new, still unknown!

400 g chicken fillet (veal is possible), onion 1 pc., 0.5 zucchini, 0.5 tbsp. parboiled rice, 0.5 bunch of mint, 2 carrots (not used), vegetable oil, salt, pepper.
Chicken meat can be finely chopped, combined with all ingredients. Fry on the FRYING program or immediately cook on the STEAM program in a heat-resistant container, pre-pour with a sauce of sour cream, eggs, flour, salt and nutmeg.
Or you can prepare the sauce separately and serve in portions.

The soup is cooked for 30 minutes actually at 100 degrees and 1 hour at 95 (no boiling at all). Nothing is boiled in the trash, but a very rich taste is obtained. In slow cookers, everything takes even longer to cook, but no one is outraged.
The soup can also be cooked in high-speed mode (many people really like it). Handmade soup as an alternative to soon-soup, for those who love multicooker.

I agree with Elena! I also like multicooker soups more (albeit longer), the taste is richer after all! I even threw everything together at once, without even frying, it’s delicious anyway!

.... But MV apparently knows how to very subtly monitor the boiling process and keep the temperature "on the verge" of the liquid escaping. I don't think of any other explanation ...
And if so, then we will not achieve an exact analogue of MV

I wish representatives would speak on this topic. They know exactly how IT works.
In the manual for Brand 37502 there is a table of the multicooker operating modes on page 10 Read:
Soup Stage 1 100 deg. - 40 min., Stage 2 90 deg. - 15 min. and 3 stage 100-90degrees-15min. The default time is 120 min.
Description of the stages:
1. Within 40 minutes, the temperature of the multicooker contents reaches 100 °.
2. Within 15 minutes, the temperature drops to 90.
3. Every 15 minutes: the content of the multicooker reaches 100 ° and decreases within 15 minutes to 90 °.
Obviously this is the "edge" of non-escaping
We adjust for ourselves and cook soup. 40min-100grad, 30min-95grad. Total110min.
The soup is more rich than under pressure, but if you take frozen meat (I took chicken breast from the freezer), the heating time must be increased. I did this during the work of the 1st stage. I opened the lid, and there it is still not boiling, there are 3 minutes left until the end of the stage, so I pressed "+" for 10 minutes. This is when filling 4 liters.
For borscht, this algorithm is "not very". I don't want to open the lid and add. but as in the multi-put, closed and left.
I will continue to experiment. By the way, borscht has already eaten: swoon: no words, a couple more experiments with modes and you won't want to look at borscht.

I put cabbage + frying for another 10 minutes, boil without pressure and go to heat to languish.
I have a question for users and saucepan testers, how did you like the Reheat program?
I absolutely do not like it, he warms up aggressively, the soup is boiling, the multicooker is gaining pressure, the food is not just warmed up, but boiled. I like, although it is not correct to compare, of course, the program Heated in a multicooker Oursson, there the temperature rises to 50 degrees smoothly and just as smoothly drops to 1 degree and back, and so for 30 minutes, it warms up even mashed potatoes from the refrigerator wonderfully, warms up, if the soup is not boiling. How do you like it?

And I do not agree with "baking"!
50 minutes is not enough, I put 60 on everything. But for a casserole, 50 minutes is a lot. Why scoff at cottage cheese for almost an hour?
the rest has no time to read.

I used the heating, very quickly. But it was food left in the bowl overnight.

I really even like it ... Only I probably do not use it for its intended purpose, that is, not for heating already prepared dishes, but for heating the liquid so that the pressure builds up faster during the cooking process For example, for porridge: I pour cold milk, I turn on the heating and while I rinse the cereals, etc., the milk has already warmed up ... in general, I save time on building pressure

I absolutely do not like it, he warms up aggressively, the soup is boiling, the multicooker is gaining pressure, the food is not just warmed up, but boiled.

That's right, it should work like that. Boil the entire contents (for example, the first dish) so as not to sour during long-term storage (1-3 days). I use boiling milk. I put 3 liters, does not run away. It is possible on the soup, but there you need to set it up to 1-2 minutes - sometimes I am too lazy, but in WARMING everything up by default.

This is how HEATING works, it heats food (without boiling) to a warm state and keeps it at this temperature. It is convenient to use for proving the dough as an alternative to the MANUAL MODE, for those who are "lazy" because of 3-5 minutes.adjust the STAGES with the buttons.

In my humble opinion, it should be a warming up. I can boil food on any of the programs, and in order not to bother too much with the buttons, you can turn it on for Frying, there is also the default time, only not 20, as in heating, but only 15 minutes. To do this, there is a HEAT / CANCEL button at the top left. It is also used as an independent program for heating food without boiling (page 25, second paragraph in the instructions)

In general, I agree, the names of the buttons are confused (heating-heating), go and figure out which of them boils, which heats up until you read the instructions. What is easier to name them: one is BOILING, the other is HEATED to leave. It would be clearer that way. I looked at the scoreboard and did not need to be wise (in the sense of thinking, reading the instructions). You want to boil, you want to heat it up.

And add the sentence to the instruction: "You can use it as an independent program for warming up dishes." And then it is only indicated: "To manually turn on, press the button ....." And why do you need to guess for yourself and guess a small digression - this may seem like a nitpick, since not all manufacturers have such detailed instructions as Brand did.

Then I don't see any logic at all, why should I do the WARMING up program separately? if food can be reheated also on HEAT?

I agree completely. The brand makes me sooo happy, you can buy it only for the sake of milk porridge, it's just a thrill of milk porridge. Baby food for vegetables is a very suitable regimen - and the vegetables are ready and not boiled into a rag.

The pastries are very good, albeit longer, but very neat. The biscuits are tender, the casserole is excellent. The crust is reddish, does not burn. Manual pleases, you can even cook semolina (very convenient). The frying is good. Yoghurt mode does not overheat. Delicious meat and chicken are obtained at maximum pressure. I have no complaints. The pad may move after heating, but I just fix it and no problem. I quickly got used to directing the condensate to the rim, and if there is a lot, then I just tilt it a little towards the drip tray.

I have been using the pressure cooker for a little more than a month and I have the most pleasant impressions. I cook several dishes every day in it and I have never been disappointed!
Favorite modes: SOUP, FRYING, STEWING, MILK Porridge, MANUAL, STEAM. I already wrote that our saucepan fries excellently - so delicately, I really like it!
And what delicious porridges are obtained here, and the soup !!!
On the BAKERY I am delighted with wonderful casseroles, on the STEAM program - gingerbread, and of course, vegetables, fish.
I haven’t cooked yoghurt and jellied meat yet, but the girls here have already delighted with these successfully cooked dishes.

I also really like the design of the pressure cooker, and its light tone will fit into any kitchen.

No, Gal, I didn't like the casseroles on the baked goods, they were very much baked. Here on hand, this is a miracle, not casseroles!
I am very pleased with the soup regime. The other day I cooked frozen breasts for my pussies. After 28 minutes, the pressure gained and after another 20 minutes everything was ready. We arrange such a time and quality of cooking sooooo !!! "Yogurt" again, pleased! Both useful and unhelpful ( : secret: but tasty ) turned out great !.
Handmade and children / food, this is friendship forever!
I didn't use the ferry, but I liked the warm-up.Several times I warmed up pilaf, stewed potatoes and meat. Warmed up very quickly.
One thing upset me at first
I forgot to start clamping after using 6050.
While the bowl is being washed, I control the cells.
Confused, the bowl smells, some musty smell after washing, but this does not affect the food.

Casserole?
And as in 6050 "rice" mode.
In 6051, the casserole did not work on the "rice", the cartoon turned off. Therefore, for casseroles I stopped at "manual".
Tanyulya
And I haven’t tried Yoghurt, the other day I want to and didn’t cook jellied meat.
While she is my darling one for 7th cooks.
I really liked the trick with programming, this is what we asked the cuckoo so that we could lay the dough and, with a couple of buttons, program its proofing and subsequent baking, this is exactly what it is. I'm one hundred percent happy with Brand 6051, I really didn't have any problems with the previous 6050, but this one is certainly more advanced.
Well, a nuance, a minus ... or not ... you need to very accurately and correctly assemble the lid after washing, I once probably skewed a little, the steam was coming from under the handle, the pressure was not gained, I interrupted the program, I disassembled everything again, collected everything ok , therefore, you need to collect clearly, without any distortions.
But most of all, of course, I am pleased with Milk porridge,: girl_love: I just can't get enough of it.
Twist
I have been using the pressure cooker for a little over a month. We made friends with her from the first day. On the technical side, during this time I did not have a single problem! And I liked everything that I managed to cook during this time. I liked the "Baking" mode very much. The pies are tender, nothing burns or sticks to the sides of the bowl, and can be easily removed. I am very pleased with the "Frying" mode - it gives an excellent result, and the oil consumption is minimal. I really like the manual mode too. And using combinations of different modes, in my opinion, you can cook a dish of any complexity. So I am two hundred percent satisfied with this model. It seems to me that it can satisfy the most discerning consumer.
