Chicken and zucchini soufflé (Brand 6051 pressure cooker)

Ingredients

Chicken fillet (breast) 1 PC.
Chicken liver 300 g
Zucchini small 1 PC.
Carrot 1 PC.
Butter 50 g
Milk 100 ml.
Chicken egg (proteins) 2 pcs.

Cooking method

  • Wash fillet and liver, cut into small pieces, cut zucchini and carrots into cubes or circles.
  • Put the pressure cooker on the bottom of the bowl, fill it with milk so that it only covers the contents.
  • We set the standard "Extinguishing" mode.
  • Then, after the end of the mode, we transfer to a deep dish and puree with a blender.
  • Add butter, lightly salt. Beat the whites until a strong foam, add to the mass.
  • Then put it in a bowl and put it on the "Baking" mode, set the time for 30 minutes.
  • Cool completely in a bowl.

Note

Soufflé (French soufflé) is a dish of French origin.
In any case, soufflé contains at least two components: firstly, a mixture of sour cream consistency and, secondly, whitewashed egg whites. The first gives the taste, and the whipped proteins give the product airiness.

I liked your recipe, perhaps I'll try to repeat it in Brand 6050. Only I am confused by the long processing of the liver, I will not stew it, but will immediately add it to the baking mixture.
