Beef brisket with sage

Ingredients

beef brisket 1-1.2 kg
potatoes 0.5KG
bulb onions 1 PC
garlic 1-2 cloves
sage (dry) 1 tsp
mixture of four peppers 1 tsp
salt taste
light honey 1 tsp
dry white wine 100 ml
olive oil 2 tbsp

Cooking method

  • 1. Fry the brisket pieces together with finely chopped onions and garlic until golden brown with one tablespoon of olive oil - Fry program with the lid open, time 15 minutes.
  • 2. Add large pieces of potatoes to the fried meat (or whole, if not large).
  •  (multicooker-pressure cooker Brand 6051)
  • 3. Combine wine, honey, olive oil, salt and freshly ground pepper mixture. Pour the resulting mixture into a multicooker bowl, add sage and turn on the "Meat" program, time 45 minutes.
