Stuffed pepper in the Scarlett multicooker

Stuffed peppers in the Scarlett multicooker

Ingredients

Bulgarian pepper 7pcs medium
any minced meat 300-350 gr
raw rice 2/3 multi-cups
bulb onions 1 PC
Tom. paste 2st. l.
carrots, another onion option

Cooking method

  • Chop onion, mix with minced meat, raw washed rice, + salt, pepper to taste. Stuff the peppers, put them in 1 row "standing" on the bottom of the MV saucepan.
  • Put the tomato paste, pour cold water over the peppers' shoulders, add salt, spices, bay leaf to taste.
  • You can add grated carrots, chopped, onion, or tomatoes (but then the paste is then half as much). All this can be fresh, can be dried, you can pre-fry ... Or you can do without it. In short, as you like best, cook it!
  • Turn on the extinguishing mode. I have MV Scarlet 411, 750 W, default extinguishing mode is 1 hour. But you can cook in other MB models, just correct the time in accordance with the power and characteristics of your particular model.
  • I love to cook to make it simple and cost-effective in terms of preparation time. This is just such a recipe!
  • And also delicious!
  • Bon Appetit!

Time for preparing:

1h20m

Yes, the recipe is mainly for those who have just purchased their first CF and have not yet mastered it. I also remember my throwing - I didn't really like the recipes in the instructions, but I had a great desire to cook in MV, I read a mountain of tips / recipes on the Internet, while somehow I got used to it

Thanks, I'll try this recipe sometime. There must be a completely different taste. They are more likely to be baked.
