Stuffed zucchini on the "Extinguishing" mode.

Here's another zucchini casserole with cottage cheese.

It is very simple to prepare, but it turns out quite a dietary and delicious dish for breakfast (and not only!)

Testing the Brand 6051 multicooker-pressure cooker

For 1 kg of zucchini, 250 g of feta cheese and 250 g of cottage cheese, 4 eggs, 50 g of butter (I used it to grease the bowl). Put the mixed ingredients in a greased bowl and cook in a BAKED BAKERY for 20-25 minutes.

If desired, sprinkle the finished casserole with grated cheese, and to melt it, keep the casserole for a few more minutes under the lid.

My magic saucepan is great for all the culinary ideas I have in mind!

Today I cooked pearl barley porridge (in water), washed the cereals, boiled them in boiling water for 2 minutes, then poured them into a pressure cooker, 2 cups salt - 1 teaspoon, water 1 cm higher than the cereals. I cooked groats on an automatic mode for 9 minutes, pressure 50 kPa. After the end I looked, the water did not end, the cereal turned out to be not very boiled. I added 5 minutes @ 70 kPa, after the end I looked - there is no water, the cereal is ready, my husband tried it, he liked it very much, but I would like it to be larger and more savory, such as my mother cooked for us in childhood. Girls, tell me how to cook such porridge in the Brand 6051 pressure cooker?
YanOchka-
Try to cook on porridge mode - default 15 min. heating on it is less and more time is given, the ratio of cereals to water is better to take 1: 3

Probably by trial and error on "Manual".

And if on the manual try less than 100 degrees longer? Should be stewed, swollen.

We put it at 95-98 degrees, in time for an hour (you can even one and a half) and it will loosen up.

I would put 1 hour at 95 degrees. Based on the results, I would adjust the time the next time. In short, tomorrow I will do (pearl barley is my favorite cereal, and I always cooked it in Kukushka) and I will report on the results.

It happens to me that I don't turn off my cartoon.
Yesterday, for example, I stewed zucchini with meat, then steamed manti, then potatoes with cream on Milk Porridge,
/]Testing the Brand 6051 multicooker-pressure cooker
and, finally, I made cottage cheese on "Yogurt"! And this is if you have at hand two conventional multicooker and a 6060 pressure cooker.
You can't even compare, this is so much better and more functional!
I think it can work like a slow cooker! The name needs to be changed.

I really like "Children's Mode" mashed zucchini made today.

In the Children's mode I make pork ribs. First, I fry the onion on the Fry, put the ribs (marinated in mayonnaise with mustard and ground pepper) and also fry on both sides. It is enough for frying for 5 minutes. on each side, because it fries very well. I add sour cream and half a glass of hot water, a small bay leaf. Children's mode 20 min.
The ribs are the most delicate (if with cartilage, then they cannot even be found), but at the same time everything is whole, the meat does not fall apart. Well, very tasty.

And here is a Spanish dish - paella with shrimps.

Today I decided to cheat my pressure cooker - I laid zucchini, apples, etc., I wanted to make mashed potatoes at the "Children's". I didn't add water - I think they will give me all the components of the juice and everything will be OK!

After a minute, the device turned off and switched to the "Heating" mode. I did this operation twice. She didn't torture her pet anymore, she opened it and splashed some water.

Oh yes, how many times have I come across like this.
I already wrote something - she is very smart! Doesn't want to work without liquid. That is, it has good protection, it is practically impossible to overheat and, God forbid, it is practically impossible to break the emergency valve. I don't know how to try.

And sometimes it turns on sometimes not.It was so on my meat. At first, I only made butter without water (according to Gash's recipe). I did that a couple of times .... normal flight.
And once I folded the ice-cream shanks, there were 2 kilograms, I added butter ... I went into the room, beep, I didn't understand anything, I turned it on again ... again the national Indian hut. I had to pour half a glass of water, then it started up, but the pressure did not reach maximum for a long time.

Hello everyone! Now I also have my first SV! Already 2 days. My impressions:
1. It's funny that the legs are different from below. I wonder why?
Testing the Brand 6051 multicooker-pressure cooker
2. First I started the SV with water at 20 pressure, everything worked perfectly. Then I put 40, and after the valve rose and closed the hole, I began to poison the emergency valve - orange. Even a couple of drops came out. I decided to take off and take off and set the pressure to 70. But apparently the valve had already fallen into place and everything became normal. No more poisoning.
3. Milk oat porridge 1 to 4 - excellent, as I like, thicker.
4. I set my first "non-oven" charlotte with fright for 1 hour 10 minutes, then another 10 minutes, as a result the apples burned slightly, I will pour the dough down next time and put less time. And it turned out to be denser than in the oven, but delicious!

5. I made pork in large flat slices (about 12x5x2cm), fryed a little on one side and on mode the meat for 15 minutes without adding water, delicious, very soft, next time I will put it for 10 or 5 minutes.
6. I also made whole chicken. At night she insisted on me. I cooked on the mode - baking 1 hour 20 minutes. When in half an hour I decided to turn the chicken over, it turned out that the pressure cooker was blocked and the pressure was 20. The pressure was lowered, I saw my dear swim in the broth. The rest of the time I cooked with the valve shifted. The water evaporated, the chicken was baked and stewed as planned.

7. I realized that I always put more time than needed, and that SV works perfectly and I really like it!

MariV
What confused you about this recipe?
Milanya Touche
I did everything according to the recipe ... it didn't work out ... not to mention the HONEY
MariV
What recipe are we talking about? On page 52 of the Honey Pie recipe book?
About testing - we tested the device itself. not a recipe book.
Milanya Touche
YES. The baking of cottage cheese casserole and honey pie did not work out according to recipes from the recipe book from multi 5061. In general, a slurry ... and in other recipes, the middle of the baking is damp ... and the top of the damp pastry is baked unevenly
francevna
Milanya, when baking in a pressure cooker. the dough needs to be made a little thicker if you baked in the oven. I didn't bake honey, but I made different cottage cheese casseroles, everything is baked. The top is white, but I flip it over and bake for another 15 minutes. Last time I baked a pie with apples, it turned out great.
Milanya Touche
Exactly, that everyone bakes simple and well-known pies and cakes, but constantly with specifications in the recipe, and more complicated ?? or recipes from a recipe book? which are really wrong .. that's the problem .... the impossibility of making baking recipes more difficult?
MariV
And more complicated - what are these? Eclairs, napoleon or meringue? Will never work in a pressure cooker! Sponge cake, yeast, butter - easy! About the recipe book - this is to Brand.
By the way, the recipes for the Pansonik 255 bread maker were also not entirely correct - no one is immune from mistakes. For this, there are forums with real recipes.

Hello!
The third day we have this device. There were some questions. Nowhere did I find a recipe for whole-grain oatmeal. I tried on the Groats mode, the time increased to 11 minutes, the proportion of cereals-water is 1 to 2.5. At the end, there was too much liquid left, I turned on the Fry for a couple of minutes with stirring, the water was gone. The porridge turned out to be harsh. What is the mistake, maybe you need to soak the cereals or change the mode, time? In the cartoon I cooked this porridge on the Normal one, but with a delay for the night - everything worked out. And the question is about salt. In the cartoon, the salt had to be diluted in water immediately, is it relevant?
yuryd
And yet, I will duplicate my question on the design of the device in this thread. The bottom of the bowl turned out to be slightly convex inward and during frying oil collects in a circle near the walls, and the middle is dry. Over time, the coating can burn like this. Does everyone have the same feature or is it a cup marriage? And one more thing - when we open the lid, it clings and slightly raises the bowl, which, falling down, knocks on the bottom of the device. Is this a design feature or a defect?
Scarecrow
Comrades, who proofs the dough in manual mode. Do not forget to turn off the heating, like some fools. Because for the test, I set it to 25 degrees, and much more on heating. In short, I almost cooked it, yeah ...

Hello! Of course, whole grain cereals need to be soaked. It soaked it all night in a slow cooker, and cooked it in the morning. You need to do the same with the pressure cooker. Salt ... it's up to you. Someone salt after, someone before ...

In many multicooker, pressure cooker, such a domed bottom of the bowl. When you open the lid, do not lift it immediately, let the bowl and lid peel off from each other, so the bowl will not fall

As for salt, I meant something else. In a slow cooker (at least in ours), if salt is poured into cereals with water, for some reason it will not disperse evenly - one spoonful of porridge will be saltier than the other, even after stirring, so the forum recommended dissolving salt in water in advance. So I asked if this is relevant for SV.
yuryd
People, tell me, please, another moment. Now we put the potatoes on the "Stew" mode by default. The countdown started 17 minutes after the start, but the pressure shows nothing (no risk is lit). This is normal? The pressure in this mode should reach 50. Will it still rise or is something wrong?
yuryd
Yes, there is something wrong. The program has already run for 5 minutes, and steam is coming through the hole under the handle. What should be done?
Manna
I never mix salt in water (for any saucepan). I’ll just poke the cereal with salt in the water and that's it. And for classic rice, nothing but water is added to the cereal, but everything you need (oil, salt, etc.) at the end of cooking. That is why I said that it is at your discretion.Try different options and settle on the one that works for you.

Quote: yuryd

The countdown started 17 minutes after the start, but the pressure shows nothing (no risk is lit). This is normal?
I do not know the features of this device (maybe the girls will tell you more precisely), but usually the countdown starts from the moment the pressure is set. If the pressure has not accumulated, then either the valve or the silicone gasket is installed incorrectly.
yuryd
Yes, alas, for some reason the float does not work

Some miracles: I opened and closed the lid, after a while the lid locked, but the sensor did not show any pressure. The mode is over, the lid is blocked, the steam is released ... Does this often happen or until the SV is new, it does not run in?
Manna
Disconnect the device. Recheck the correct installation of the siltcon ring and valve, check if the float is free of movement (not clogged). Try to run the program again.
yuryd
We started the device from the beginning, only the time was reduced (the potato is almost ready). This time, the lid locked almost immediately, and the pressure sensor still does not light up

I will continue my story. The second time, despite the fact that everything was already hot, the device increased the pressure again for about 15 minutes. I dialed only 20 (with the required 50) and started the countdown. For 3 minutes by the end of the mode, the sensor showed 30 kPa. Now everything has turned off, I'm waiting for the pressure to bleed off and we'll see what happened. Today it was practically the first launch of the device (except on the first day of the lemon "compote" on the "Steam", but the pressure there was only 20 and everything worked fine) and this is such a misfortune. Let's hope that these are problems of running in the device. The wife is shocked. After the breakdown of our multicooker, she wanted something similar, I insisted that we need to move towards progress and got what is called full progress ...
MariV
yurydDo not be so upset! Most likely, you will get used to each other and you will be happy! Did you add liquid to the potatoes? And on what mode did you cook? If there is no liquid, pressure may not build up. The instructions say that it is necessary to add liquid if the products are dry, not juicy.
Once again, carefully, slowly, re-read the instructions - it is well, worthily written. You will find many answers to your questions.
