experienced owners of 255 models! Help!
who can explain about the dispenser ...
it opens automatically and then ...
1) Should it close automatically, if so, immediately or after the end of baking?
2) or should it be closed manually (again, immediately or not)?
yesterday for the first time I put baked goods with raisins, the oven kneaded the dough, then added raisins and then it became quiet. after about 3 minutes, I manually closed the dispenser and the stove immediately began to knead further. I just want to figure out if I'm right ...

The dispenser does not close itself. It is wiser to close it with your hand, otherwise too high bread may reach it. If you do not close, nothing, it will also continue to work. But once I got a light projection of the dispenser on the top crust - there is less insulation.
In general, the further, the less I use it. It is easier to immediately add raisins, candied fruits, seeds, etc. As experience shows, this does not break all this, and there is less fuss. It might make sense for something particularly delicate, but basically it's easier to put everything at once.

I don’t know, maybe I’m so unlucky, but a couple of times I threw in raisins and dried cherries with all the ingredients at once, so I grind it all almost evenly. So, I still use the dispenser, although I listen to add more raisins (the volume of the dispenser is not enough for me).

The instruction does not write about "open" the dispenser, "close" the dispenser (page 11). They use the term "place", that is, open ... put ... zak dig.

Good advice, but the question was whether to close it after it was triggered, but this is a little different, the instructions do not say about it. And yet it is not harmful to listen to the advice of those who have been "tormenting" these stoves for years and know all the nuances that are not related to the instructions

Why argue after all an_domini described the situation. Another thing is that it is impossible to write about everything in the instructions and the recipe book.

I would like to warn novice bakers against the literal understanding that KP bakes bread automatically, as long as everything is accurately measured by weight. Read "Baking Basics" from Admin, there he always advises to "track the bun", and this just does not allow you to work thoughtlessly automatically. At first, I really did not like this advice, but with experience came the understanding of the need to check this very kolobok with each batch, since both flour and other ingredients have different moisture content. Conclusion: in mindlessly automatic mode, only simple recipes can be put at night. It is senseless to shift the responsibility onto producers, their recipes are the basis, again for the same reason "kolobok". Of course, HP is not a washing machine (just yesterday, in our house, neighbors were once again flooded with a night wash on an automatic machine without supervision), well, it will spoil bread overnight, and that's all, but still HP is mainly for a person's daytime work, and not magic self-assembled tablecloth for preparing breakfast. So, whether you want to get up at night or not - decide for yourself, it's safer to just bake bread in parallel with others, for example, evening activities, because it can be loaded very quickly. And how the dispenser works was explained to you, it is your will to decide how you will work with it.
rog6012
an_domini
All of the above is scary stories for fearful people!
To buy HP with a dispenser and track when it works so that you can close it or "track the bun" is nonsense!
HP and other equipment are bought to help and save time!
If you have a lot of free time / for various reasons / and there is nowhere to use it, then you can find a more useful activity than monitoring the work of household appliances!
All IMHO!
an_domini
rog6012,
these are not horror stories, this is experience (both work and life).
It is somewhat naive to think that HP is a time saver, it is much faster to go to the bakery. To save time, it doesn’t fit in any way, if you’re interested, go to Chuchelka’s blog, there are very correct thoughts (7 points) about who starts HP. Including there is a point - the availability of free time, and a point - sufficient income. This is a technique just for taking up your time with additional work with the aim of healthy and tasty nutrition, and not for people who are very busy with work and active leisure around the clock. In general, from the point of view of sales, household appliances have more than one purpose to help the consumer save time, and it also performs these other functions well (there are economic functions, there are social ones, etc., see the corresponding textbooks or at least Wikipedia on the Internet).
Your youthful fervor and maximalism of straightforward judgments are good and understandable if they are appropriate for your age. But at any age, one cannot but reckon with the evidence and empirical data. Your own desires, even very hot ones, cannot turn a fact into a dream come true. In order not to be disappointed in the work of HP, I strongly advise you to read the relevant sections of the forum, everything is not scary, you just need to be realistic.
patrold
Let's just say that if the recipe is tested on a specific selection of ingredients (flour, yeast are the main ones), then there is a high probability that night baking will not harm the bread. But when flour or yeast changes, control of the bun and raising is important.

rog6012that the technique is bought to help and save time is correct.
It is difficult to argue with the fact that KP bakes bread easier and faster than baking it in a wood-fired oven. And of course, there is no need to close the dispenser after it is triggered, a slightly larger heat loss can always be taken into account.
What you probably need to remember is that automatism with obtaining a good result always lies on several whales - this is experience, this is knowledge of the subject, what and how it turns out and how it affects each other. If you take everything into account and choose, then you don't need to spy on the kolobok.

Good time of the day!
I have a question, can someone help me figure it out)))
I baked two breads in one day, after baking the first bread, I let my bread maker cool, and when it was at room temperature. then put the bucket with a new batch of kneading. If in the first case the temperature equalization lasted 25 minutes, then in the second case the temperature equalization lasted an hour after which the stove began to knead. In general, its cycle resembled an accelerated one, and as a result the bread was not very high, I would say much worse than the first, although the recipe was the same. Bread maker Panasonic 254

I bought 254, at first I was worried, of course, there is no dispenser, rye bread program, rye scoops. But then, as they announced that 255 would come at a price, plus another half price 254, (254 - 1300 UAH 255-2000 UAH) did not wait immediately bought it.
Regarding the dispenser, I was worried about how to wait for that signal, when choosing a mode with additives, in order to throw something, everything turned out to be simple, when you press the timer button, during the process, it shows how much time is left before the signal. The signal beeps for a couple of minutes, after which the process continues. I bought it about three weeks ago, we don't buy bread in the store. We haven't found our bread yet, thanks to the forum, they have already baked everything and made dough for dumplings. I also want to bake some baked goods. Bought, before the New Year, a microwave oven with convection, I'll try what happens ...
So I mean that there is no way to buy 255, take 254, you will not go wrong ... and you can buy a spatula for rye separately ...
Good day! Please explain it to me. when I put bread with raisins. then I put a certain mode. But here's something I did not notice on the time display, which indicates the remaining time until the signal when to fall asleep raisins, it shows me the total time until the end of baking. It's just that I've already gotten used to it and I know after about how long it will take to throw raisins ...

Apparently not completely cooled down. When re-baking, the oven always levels 1 hour. I read somewhere, it is necessary to apply something cold to the temperature sensor, then the alignment will decrease. (I haven't tried it myself, so I can't vouch for the reliability)

... you need to attach something cold to the temperature sensor ...
If, after baking, you need to quickly start the stove again, then moisten a large sponge in cold water (so that almost no water flows from the sponge) and apply it to the sensor zone several times for 5-7 seconds, we repeat this with other walls of the stove.
After 7-10 minutes, the oven will be ready for baking again.

Knock Knock...
Hello!
So I decided to change my 125th Delongue for a brand new 255th model!
I thought I thought, read, re-read, I have already looked through all my eyes
The budget options for Binaton for two buckets and the average Kenwood level of 450 were also considered, and finally, the well-known Panasonic. With Binaton it did not work out due to the conditions of online stores, Kenwood fell away somehow by itself. Then they weighed whether to buy the 255th or limit themselves to the 254th?
In general, we decided to overpay 40 USD. That is, for a dispenser and a not very popular rye bread program (I don’t mind my beloved), because I’m already used to the dispenser, but I want to have my own opinion about the rye program

Now there is a boom in printing, so I think what to start with a simple white again?
Begimot
Delonga served me faithfully for 1.5 years (let it please others now (I speak from the bottom of my heart)).

And where did Delonga go?
I really love my stove. only now I have added 6 kg of weight. I suppose that in March I will have to give it to my mother, since at this rate I will not fit into swimming trunks and I will not be able to open the beach season any more)))

I mixed everything! I decided to start with the famous French. The recipe is very different from my former. We have a lot more flour, and almost the same amount of water, and the rest of the ingredients too ...
It evened out the temperature for 40 minutes ... An interesting thing is this alignment ... As I understand it, it’s there by itself that it wants to skoka, and it evens out?
The gingerbread man was sticky, his hand trembled and added 1.5 tbsp. l. flour.

DonnaRosa, yes I read that you took through England. Having estimated at least another 20 of theirs for delivery + delivery time, there is a difference of $ 15. That is, which, for me personally, does not deserve attention, because I like to touch a lot before buying, BUT for a reference, thanks can someone else come in handy.

The alignment is unpredictable for us, but for HP it depends on the temperature in the room where it stands
DO NOT add flour to French, the bun is really a little sticky

FRENCH BREAD WITH ZAKVASK from Zest (AUTHOR'S WORDS)

450 g flour
250 ml sparkling water
30 g butter (this time I took mustard)
2/3 tsp yeast
1 tbsp. l. Sahara
2 tsp salt
200 g of sourdough (100%) - I have a Frenchwoman.

We put the products in the bucket in the order recommended by the manufacturer, but so that the leaven is between the flour and water, we select the French Bread Program and go to do our own thing

Hairpin
I don’t fiddle with leaven ... That's why I didn’t find it ...

RybkA
Tovarischi, help! Put Multi-flour bread - kolobok and does not "smell" ... Here one / two tablespoons of flour will not work ...
What should I do? Leave it as it is?

If we take into account the French, then there was at least something similar, but here it was completely ...
DonnaRosa
There is no kolobok made of rye flour. Goo turns out.
But the bread comes out normal.
Today she baked peasant bread.
It is also made from three types of flour.
The Kolobok did not work. The dough was sticky.
After kneading, pulled out.
Shaped what she wanted and put it in a bucket.
The bread was baked well. Nicely.
RybkA
DonnaRosa, in that recipe there is no rye flour, there are 225g of wheat, 40g of corn and 4st. l. flakes of your choice - this is the recipe from the instructions. About the rye bun, I know that it is different.

Now, having exhaled the air, I want to share my first impressions of my beauty.
From the equalization of temperatures, I was already slightly addicted, BUT the fact that it would work soooo quietly, I did not expect. I almost missed the batch! I don't remember exactly the boning! Now I go and keep my eyes open! And it seemed to me that Delonga was not noisy
To say that this is another HP is to say nothing, this is heaven and earth.
As my husband said, it is a separate living organism
We have smashed French with a bang! The taste is different, the crumb is different, in general, the bread is DIFFERENT!

This is not Panasonic - it is a miracle of hostile technology !!!
Mixed bread from several types of flour. The meaning is this: kvash turned into a bun... How? I do not understand...
Because after 10 minutes of kneading, the kolobok began to appear from somewhere. That's right in the instructions it says that they would close the lid and not open it until the process is complete! And it turns out grief from the mind!

We are waiting ...
Begimot
RybkA, I baked this bread, it worked out fine, and the bun began to form right away))) In fact, you need to look, since I now use flour "Khutorok" Dnepropetrovsk, the flour is average, but it takes more water, so 20-30 ml is necessary top up, otherwise the ragged bun turns out and the machine works hard. I told you that in Panasonic the most delicious bread is obtained)))
