So I'm saying something. For a full 6.5 liter pot of apples
only 2 tbsp. l. Sahara. 7 hours on "HITE", then it was cooling for several hours,
while I was sleeping. In the morning I chopped it with a blender and decided to heat it up, but my friend has sclerosis
hurry up and I turned it off only after 7 hours. Horror, of course, but a tasty infection turned out.
Today I almost ate a saucepan with a spoon. And my daughter's friend came in and asked
"Are you making strawberry jam? The aroma is crazy !!!"
kirch
Have the apples been large cut?
Monica
Stafa, Svetlana, You wrote somewhere how to cook milk buckwheat porridge. I can not find
Please write again or poke where to look

Melanyushka, no, I didn’t soak it, I cooked it on Hai, and to be honest, I never do it in MV and I don’t notice it, I sometimes turn it off when I think it’s ready. Once at night I bet on Low
Melanyushka
Thank you!

And I burn exactly the thick. I serve it as a side dish or use it for filling. Add butter - and that's it.
My Ukrainian grandmother cooked fried pies with peas (well, the filling is done like this - in the peas boiled to mashed potatoes, still fried onions and you can crumble cracklings, greens) - pour sour cream on top of the finished pies or serve with sour milk (this is what we called on the Don, what is now called natural yogurt). You can't pull it by the ears!

Slowly cooked peas like this. I fill the split peas with hot water and rinse 3-4 times. Then I shift it to a slow one. For half a packet of peas (450 grams), about 1 glass of water (the principle is that the peas are covered with water flush with the surface, and nothing more). This is because when languishing in a slowcooker, you need 2 times less water than usual. I keep it on high for 1 hour, then I switch to low. The time depends on the peas themselves. I got another 2 hours to completely boil it.

Hello girls who remember me and who does not know))))))))) I can’t find it, somewhere I wrote off how I made jam)))) but my question is, I didn’t seem to cover the MV lid ... or I'm confusing something))))) understand, pliz

If no one remembers, then go to your profile and look at the very bottom Show user posts. A lot, of course, will need to be revised, but for sure.

And I was honored to cook a little apricot jam in Keshenka! Song! Without laying hands!

Why write something? And there is nothing to write ...
I bought apricots. I washed it. Scattered on a towel. Have dried up. I cut them on one side, put them in the MV, poured sugar, put them on the LOU for the night and that's it. In the morning, with the lid open, for another 2 hours for insurance, I also got tired at the LOU and poured it into the banks.

Toka wanted to help you, daragaya, but I was already ahead
Will you bungle the jam, and again you will sink into oblivion for a year?
Irene
Yes, I've already bungled ... decided to cook without closing the lid. In two caches. In short, the big one, it seems, was overcooked ... For greater importance, I switched to heating and went to work, then I stayed ... and when I came, it was already too late to drink Borjomi ... Something some abnormal heating ... .or me (more likely) .... yes
thank you all for your help and sympathy ...
rusja
on heating, the instruction, in principle, does not recommend leaving for more than 2 hours, maybe something unpredictable happens there for a long time and is safer, still leave it on the predicted Low

Natasha, mowgli, of course, you can fry, but not necessarily. Why do we need extra fat?
kirch
It is better to fry and add carrots
mowgli
thank you girls, fried in a dry frying pan, fried the onions with rings, added half of the water and sour cream on top, I'll leave it until morning

I decided to show my work. I bought a saucepan, but I'm not bragging about anything. Cooked like vats. I took Elenka's recipe as a basis. But she has no meat, and I have lamb. I don't remember how long it was. Hours 4-5, probably. The eggplants had crawled and the lamb was very soft and delicious.

where to? in stew or jam?
rusja
depending on what vegetables, Tanya, if they are still juicy, then pour in the minimum water, somewhere from half a glass, they will give up their moisture, and if they are dry, then pour more and preferably warm, so it will go faster
Do you have a vegetarian stew, no meat?

Russia, thanks, so you need to pour a little ..
Yes, no meat. Fried potatoes, blue, carrots and onions on an olive. butter, broccoli, bell peppers and four tablespoons of tomato puree.
rusja
I think, pour it, but just a little, otherwise the tomato sauce will add liquid and they will swim there with bras
fronya40
Well, in general, tomorrow I'll unsubscribe, it turned out)))) 🔗
set
And I do not pour water into the stew, the water in the slow lye does not evaporate much. I just fry all the vegetables and if I add fruit drink, then I first evaporate it in a frying pan until thick.
fronya40
damn it. I already squished))) I could not write before 🔗

Well, nothing, I think it will be delicious, I just squelched a little)))) Why I wanted to put it so badly today, because I'm tired of running scalded in the mornings, not having time to do anything 🔗
and so I get up, and my mustache is ready!
set
I think, since this stew contains potatoes, it will boil down and the stew will thicken a little, everything will be fine, but in general I made a stew with soaked rice and did not add water, I had a boiled tomato.
fronya40
aha, and on what mode the Light do you get it? I turned on AUTO. Right?
set
I haven't fully checked the auto mode yet, so I turn it on HI, until it boils (for about an hour), then I transfer it to LOU
set
I just saw the girls wrote that they have Auto - the hottest mode, and all the slow ones are cooked in different ways, so I don't use this mode yet (I decided to test it first by looking after). And if you have already used it, then I think, then of course you need to cook on it
fronya40
Yes. I used it all the time, but then I decided to re-read Temko, and I found my notes, the auto brings it quickly to the hottest and maintains the temperature.
I used to put porridge on it for the night. and then she stopped cooking in a slow cooker (((((again decided to put it into action.
