Ingredients

Any favorite dough 400 g
Potatoes 200 g
Minced meat any raw 250 g
Bulb onions 0.5 pcs.
Garlic 1-2 prongs
Pepper, salt taste
Vegetable oil 2-3 st. l

Cooking method

  • Chop onion and garlic finely. If the minced meat is dry enough, dissolve the salt in 1 tbsp. l of water, add pepper. Mix everything well. You can add your favorite spices - my mush, for example, can't be without them ... so I put in a good tablespoon of dry basil.
  • Divide the dough (we love yeast) into 2 parts 2: 1, baboutRoll out the most part and put it in the mold.
  • Laying out the filling I will first tell you how it was suggested in the author's recipe, and then how I did it.
  • Cut raw potatoes into thin plastics, lay them on the dough with "scales", adding a little salt along the way.
  • I, as they say now, "I know these jokes," so I always bring potatoes to al dente - with peeled whole tubers in a red bag in the microwave or with these same plastics in a frying pan with a microscopic amount of oil. I don't torment young potatoes like that, they cook quickly, but today I was greedy for young potatoes in a pie ... Cool it before putting it on the dough.
  • So, put the potatoes to be poured, put the minced meat on top, close with a thinly rolled small piece of dough, carefully and carefully blind. Cut a few holes.
  • Here the author advises pouring at least 3 tablespoons of oil into these holes ... I do not do this (maybe the potatoes will not be half-baked from this oil, as I fear, but they will be quite soft and ready for themselves), especially today they baked Pie with minced chicken from homemade chicken, and it is quite fatty, whether to butter.
  • Distance, if the dough is yeast, half an hour or longer, grease with butter or an egg, bake for 30-35 minutes at 180 * in the oven. To be baked - take it out of the mold directly hot, sprinkle with water, cover with a lid for 20 minutes.

Yes, yasmin, appendala. True, the author notes that if the dough not yeast, then the minced meat should be fried. But I baked from yeast, and hung it out.
