Ingredients

Dumplings
(I had small ones)
400 g
Seafood Cocktail
(I had frozen mussels)
200-300 g
Bulb onions 3 pcs.
Carrot
(I had grated frozen)
1 PC.
Garlic 3-4 cloves
Tomato juice 800 ml
Water 1 tbsp.
Tobasco sauce
Salt
Parmesan

Cooking method

  • On the "Frying" mode, fry the carrots grated on a coarse grater and the onion cut into half rings in vegetable oil. Since I had frozen grated carrots, I held it for 5 minutes under a closed lid, then fried with the lid open, stirring from time to time.

  • Pour tomato juice over the roast. Dilute slightly with water, sprinkle with tobasco, add a little salt.

  • Put the dumplings, seafood cocktail, bring to a boil and cook on the same "Fry" mode for 10 minutes. At the end, squeeze out the garlic.

  • When serving, sprinkle with Parmesan flakes (or you can pour sour cream and add herbs).

Note

The result is a rich soup with a pronounced fishy taste. If you do not add a seafood cocktail, it will also be very tasty, but it will be a completely different soup. I cooked it in a multicooker Polaris 0517, but the recipe is suitable for any model, because only the "Fry" mode was used. And of course the recipe is easily adaptable to a regular cooker.
