That's lovely!!! Looks very tasty !!!
But in terms of time, if I do it in a pressure cooker, an hour should probably be enough?
And water only up to the first mark? otherwise, last time I poured it to the maximum - it turned out to be a broth, but inside it was rather dry (but, perhaps, this is due to too long cooking time ...

Vikul, I understood, I just had a brisket in the fridge, I rubbed it with garlic, pepper, bay leaf and salt, rolled it into a roll, put everything in Belobok, but I no longer had the strength to cook it, so I put it in the fridge right in the ham maker until morning , and in the morning I will put to prepare.

FISH ROLL
Rolls in Belobok (Polaris PMC 0508AD)

I took in the same quantity pink salmon and cod. I turned the fish and carrots in a meat grinder, added an egg, salt, black pepper, basil and a mixture of fish spices. I put everything as it should be in the BELOBOKA and put it on for extinguishing for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
I didn't expect it myself, but it turned out very tasty! Next time I'll add a gelling mixture.

Ask them to give you a hat too, they can offer several options. There, they add a hat directly to your avatar, and then instead of your avatar, you will put the one that will be done to you. Look at least a few pages, I think you will understand.

CRALKA, I bought in the "Seven Hills" section. This is a chain of stores selling airfryer and various little things. You can order through an Internet store. The cost in Moscow is about 1000 rubles.

Vic, I taught mine to taste the liver, they seem to be okay .. I often make chicken liver pate
Sausage was said to be soft and tasty ..Today a friend came to see me with her 10-year-old son, he is so picky about food ..
I swallowed a piece in a minute, I guess.
He said, "Mom, make us this one too." Mom said, I'll go buy Beloboku .. This is such a resonance ..
Now I want to make ham with pork neck and chicken breast

You can try to make it with cream, as well as gelatin gives sausage juiciness.

Vika, do you need to grind everything raw into a paste? And the liver? Will it not be liquid? Also eggs .. I used Beloboku only once, made a roll of chopped breast and pork. Very tasty, but fell apart when sliced. Another question - I have agar - can it be used instead of gelatin and in what proportions?

Svetlana, I grinded everything raw, it turned out liquid, even very,
Rolls in Belobok (Polaris PMC 0508AD)
but in finished form, it did not crumble during cutting.
I don’t make rolls completely from minced meat, I turn at least 1/3 of the meat in a meat grinder to bind the minced meat.
I can’t say anything about agar, I didn’t use it.

Vika, thanks for the promptness. Another question, did you grind it with a blender or in a meat grinder? And how much gelatin should I add? I have no gelling mixture ..
