Ingredients

Cream 20% - 35% 450 ml + 50 ml
Powdered sugar 75 g
Gelatin 4 leaves (9.6 g)
Shredded pumpernickel 1 soup bowl
Semi-dry wine taste
Cherries or cranberries for decor
Berry syrup taste
Chocolate for decor

Cooking method

  • For cooking, I took 1/3 of the products - that's about two servings.
  • Pumpernickel
