Ingredients

Dough:
Eggs 1 PC.
Cottage cheese 250 g
Softened butter 150 g
Wheat flour 350 g
Salt 1/2 tsp
Sugar 1/2 tsp
Soda 1/2 tsp
Filling:
Hard cheese (I have Parmesan) 200 g
Sour cream 20% 1 tbsp. l.
Eggs 1 PC.
Garlic (optional) 1-3 cloves
Fresh dill, cilantro or dry herbs basil, oregano (I have basil) optional

Cooking method

  • Beat cottage cheese with butter. Add egg, beat again. Add sugar, salt, flour mixed with baking soda. Knead the dough. Wrap in plastic, put in the refrigerator.

  • At this time, prepare the filling. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Add egg, sour cream, garlic, herbs. Mix well.

  • Divide the dough in two. Sprinkle one part with flour and distribute with your hands over the form, covered with paper, make small sides. Lay out the filling. Stretch the second part on a floured table with your hands to fit the shape and place on top of the filling. Wrap and pinch the edges.

  • Make cuts with scissors.

Cooking program:

Bake in an oven preheated to 200C.
