Vinegar 2 tbsp. l.

Parsley 1 bundle

Cooking method

  • In a bowl, combine salt, sugar, vegetable oil, vinegar, add garlic, hot pepper and parsley whipped in a blender. Stir until sugar and salt are dissolved.

The appetizer is indeed very tasty, and the smallest green tomatoes, removed from the bushes before the frost, are perfect, so that they don't go under the snow.
