This is my second of the rediks)) I gave the first 2.5 liters to my son, how I began to live on my own (I don’t remember the name, there are 10 programs), and so in six months I missed her, but somehow I did not meet such, but I didn't even look at 4-5 liter ones, I don't need them alone, but then suddenly I saw such a miracle And that, the first one, is not too compact, you can't even say that it is 2.5, but this one is just lovely, it stands in a corner, such a crumb , I have already made pilaf, chicken legs, and oatmeal porridge, and now I put milk to heat))
And in Metro, as she took a saucepan in her hands, as she presented a cottage cheese casserole in it ... I realized that I would not leave without it)))
By the way, about casseroles, in my old cartoon the top crust did not turn out golden and crispy, so I put it in the airfryer for 5 minutes after baking.

These are not tricky culinary delights in our baby:
Fermented baked milk from 1 liter of milk with a fat content of 3.2% cooked for 8 hours ...
Marina, I didn't quite understand - was the milk melted and fermented at the same time? And in what mode and in what proportions do you make fermented baked milk? I got confused a little in recipes))
Ira Tezina
🔗

Baked milk - 3.2 percent usual in the film "farm", 6 hours in children's mode, it turned out unexpectedly with a crust, very little evaporated, it was a little more than 500 ml, it became a little less)) during the process did not open at all (it was at night), and then ruined everything (((she did not let it cool down and mixed sour cream (170 g) and put the yogurt on the mode for 8 hours. But it became clear earlier that the fermented baked milk would not thicken, because a watery layer appeared. Probably, it was necessary to give cool to room temperature ...

🔗

I mixed everything, put it in the refrigerator, the fermented baked milk turned out to be purchased, in the sense of liquid)) but it smells and tastes normal, though I would like a little sour. And on top of that, the fat floats, is that how it should be?
NaTa3838
in r'b't 2.8 r such a baby dissuade me otherwise I'll buy it)))
Masinen
NaTa3838, and Metro it is sold for 1990r)
Good cartoon, you can buy))
anna_k
Honestly - it's so convenient porridge only in Redmond are obtained))) In a small phillips and a bork they run to the lid.
Well, I really like the taste. The most favorite now is oatmeal from classic rolled oats, and boils well, and the grains are felt.
Milk porridge 15 min, liquid to cereals 2.5 in a 50/50 ratio

From the pros - the husband can also cook porridge rarely)))
NaTa3838
1990 is so cheap class! Thank you so much!
kVipoint
Madly in love with this cartoon, excellent milk porridge and soups (I have it 4 and my favorite) !!! Who else doubts, take it, I can hardly restrain myself in the Metro to wave
Catwoman
And I would have driven, but I have no move there.
selenа
Catwoman, Len, and I drove it today, but I didn't like the bowl, it is shiny brown, like oil paint, but there are a lot of them in the metro, the hill is straight
Mila1
And we have METRO nooo
lira3003
Sens! Thanks for the tip! I persuaded my husband, drove, bought! I'm happy! She carried the baby from the car, he walked behind me and laughed! I have 02, the bowl needs to be changed, there was no smell in the new one, but this one was terribly smelly. Rice on water and rolled oats on milk are excellent, Romina was surprised by the casserole, it turned out very heavy but tasty. In short, I have both babies
Gadgetochca
Girls!!! I bought a baby today! Can you please tell me, have you tried the recipes in the book? Does everything work out according to these recipes? This is my second cartoon (third dd1 staff on the way). Before that I used the instructions for Philips 3033 so This is horror, not recipes !!
Vasilica
Rosalia, congratulations on the baby!
And we have sooo many recipes on the first page
Gadgetochca
Vasilika! Thanks for the answer! But I just thought, suddenly I want to cook according to the attached recipes and it won't work ...
Ira Doka
Rosalia, Congratulations on your purchase! Let the baby make you happy and prepare delicious dishes.

I really like this cartoon, I've been cooking in it for about 1.5 years. I don't remember exactly. Almost every day, there are no problems with the bowl. I would have bought one more, for the reserve, if there was an opportunity to get into the Metro.
Gadgetochca
Irina, thank you! My husband even liked the baby! And before buying, when I said that I wanted to buy, I did not understand why I needed another one ... he knew that Steba was on his way. And when I saw her in the store, he took the box himself and said "let's go, don't choose, they are the same."
Sedne
I, too, for the money I would take in the subway, I also don't go there)
lira3003
Agree, 1999r, the red price for her! And for 4 and above it is very expensive. But porridge and yogurt turn out great in it. At night I put baked milk on baby food, and so 1 liter fits very comfortably. I don’t remember, after 1 hour or 2 hours I looked in, and the milk was boiling, cautiously, but. ... is boiling !! Little gurgles, so that young mothers note

I bought la mother-in-law for the new year yesterday, today I went and bought myself a wonderful baby, I made 2 steamed cutlets for my youngest son, everything is super,
Gadgetochca
Girls! My Redmond screen is not blue, but white! Are the blue and white models different?
kat-rin-ka
Hello! Take me into your ranks - I bought a slow cooker in the subway and I am not overjoyed at it!
The baby was needed for a portion of porridge from a quarter of a multi-glass of cereal and for small pastries. In this she showed herself superbly, porridge mortality. Baking in general WOW! Something I have been doing so well for a long time now and nowhere else.
Here is a charlotte for 2 eggs
Multicooker Redmond RMC-01
So lush and soft and very, very tasty.
And I also really liked making an omelet from one testicle.

I also have Polaris 0517, which suits me completely. But in the last days I cook everything only in a baby. I chase the shore as I can. But, in general, the bowl makes a good impression.
I also had a small Panasonic, so I don't share enthusiasm about it. Terribly outdated model, albeit of high quality.

lira3003
Katyusha, congratulations! : rose: I also really like the baby! Let it pleases further

It seems to me that they are all with a white screen ... and blue is just such a color rendition
Gadgetochca
Rita, thanks for the answer! And then I thought that the baby came to me from some kind of forged batch.
lira3003
yes, not at all! I don’t think that anyone will fake not the most expensive model! Very pretty though!
kVipoint
Katya, she's like that, I love this baby just like you because of the half-ms porridge, an omelet and a small amount of fresh soup, she's a smart and beautiful woman and cooks something for 5 with a huge plus
Svetlana62
kat-rin-ka, Kate, nice charlotte. Please write how they did it and how long they baked it, if I count it myself, I will definitely do something wrong.
Mandarinka @
Admin, baked a casserole, it was delicious, but for some reason it did not rise, although the cottage cheese was not too wet. I wonder if the baking powder is to blame? After all, there is soda, and it melts cottage cheese, there is no baking powder in the recipe book at all ...
Next time I want to add a cherry

Hello! Take to the ranks! I bought it for 2500 rubles. in an internet store, I didn't know about the action in Metro - (((And now I look at the Metro catalog - there it already costs 3999 rubles. I plan to take it with me to the sea to feed the children -)
My experiments:
1. Cooked porridge in it from oatmeal at the rate of 1 glass of milk 3 tbsp. l. oatmeal, well, sugar, salt, oil. I cooked for an hour ... maybe less -) It turned out well, but for a long time -) I will try for 30-40 minutes.
2. I always cook an omelet in a double boiler, it turns out so magnificent! Therefore, I put an omelet on 1 egg in steam mode for 25 minutes. I digested it, it turned out a brown crust (probably because I greased the bowl with plums. Oil) and the omelet did not rise ...or already a donkey, but quite edible. I will try for less time and without oil.
That's all for now -)
ket66
I also want a baby, only the price is like a big one.
ket66
Hurrah!!! Take me into your ranks! I bought it happy now. Tomorrow I'll cook porridge.

So you fried it right in the bowl, not steamed? This is the most active program in Radish, it is good to fry on it. Temperature directly on the heating element up to 180. In the bowl ~ 120-130C. Measured with an infrared thermometer.

Modes in descending order of temperature (from highest to lowest):
1. For a couple
2. Rice / Groats (the first 15 minutes gradually and slowly raises the temperature, then active boiling - evaporates the water)
3. Baking (also gradually raises the temperature for 15 minutes, then heats up). On ten (not in a bowl, but under the bowl) 158-160. I could not measure in the bowl yet, because it is usually occupied there
4. Soup / Stewing - water boils with a confident gurgle, without water at the bottom of 105-115C. On the heating element 135-138.
5. Milk porridge - brings almost to a boil 97C, then 93-95C
6. Baby food ~ 93C stable
7. Yoghurt (I didn’t measure the temperature, because I do it in another cartoon)
Heating (Heat button) - water in a bowl 63-67C, directly at the bottom of an empty bowl 76-81, walls 72C.

Sedne,
Perhaps I measured my copy. I have on Det. There are bubbles in the diet, but I have never observed gurgles. Maybe it also depends on the volume of liquid.

Thank you, I didn't know. So, after all, in the baking mode you need

Girls, and I have a sadness One latch at the silicone ring has broken. One pin broke off, a spring flew out from there. I bought shares in METRO on the last day. What to do now? Will they exchange it in METRO or can I buy this cap with a silicone ring separately? And where?

I am an omelet for 1 egg for Det. nutrition I do 10 minutes. It turns out to be very gentle. I have not tried it on Bakery. And to make it tall, you really need to do it on a double boiler, in a mold.
I also like curd soufflé (which is with starch, not semolina) on Det. food, not baked goods. The top turns out to be smooth, not "welded".

try to call the Redmond hotline, it seems to me they have no problems with spare parts and components.

Mila1better to call the hotline what they say. They are very attentive to their customers, my diving blender burned out, so they exchanged me for a new one.

Ofeliya,
In Redik I make cottage cheese for 2 packs (200g each),
if you are not too lazy to beat the whites, then based on these recipes (they are, in general, the same thing):
https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=422.0
https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=40021.0.html
https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=176171.0

And, very small - from 1 pack of cottage cheese, or when it's just too lazy to beat the proteins, according to this recipe:
https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=323339.0

At the bottom I put a circle of baking paper. I also have a new saucepan, it does not stick, just out of habit (there is an old Brand 37502 saucepan with the same coating, which is already sticky).

Mode Baby food 1h-1h10 and 30min is heated.
