And if you also cut them on the Berner, and put them in a hinged double boiler and put them on manual mode for only 5 minutes, then this is generally a high-speed option. I have a steamer from Panasonic, it fits fine. Steam bleeds a little, but for cooking chopped vegetables, this is not important.

Girls, and some mode in this pressure cooker there is no pressure? I'm completely confused.

bleeds a little because of the hinged steamer?

if you pour something liquid on the baking program, then the pressure will also build up (I did it even with the valve open) so that only heating works without pressure

bleeds a little because of the hinged steamer?

Well yes. The girls have already written that the hinged double boiler does not allow the lid to close tightly, the gasket does not move much, therefore it is not possible to gain full pressure, but these are trifles and so it turns out

I baked only 2 times (the valve is open) the pressure on the "Pastry" was not recruited, just the lid sucked a little, if you pull it harder, it opens normally

the day before yesterday I baked a casserole with very wet cottage cheese, so at 15 minutes of baking, pressure was built up and the float rose, although the valve was open
This was not the case with other pastries

Buriak started up the juice and the fish became sweet and tasty))

What kind of fish did you take?
Carp (korop).)) Yes, you can do anything, we do it differently)) I used vegetables: carrots, potatoes, beetroot and onions. I marinated the fish, chopped the vegetables and also pepper and salt. I mixed everything into the roasting sleeve). 20 minutes in a double boiler. I punched a couple of holes in the baking sleeve on top.

Diamond in multicooker and pressure cooker, the top does not brown in baked goods, it always remains "white"! check with a toothpick if the product is not damp then you can pull it out

Today I finally got to the steamer)
I cooked potatoes and carrots for Olivier !! In 20 minutes, the potatoes boiled very much, I had to send them whole to a double boiler, I cut them halfway! Now I know!

Well, my first Honey cake has expired, I baked in the "baking" mode for 30 minutes + 35 minutes + 25 minutes, I put baking paper on the bottom, so it took me more time for baking! I seem to have baked it a little because the bottom was a little browned. I cut the pie into 4 pieces, now I will make cream
Diamond
And also girls, today for the first time on a double boiler I cooked vegetables for vinaigrette: potatoes and carrots - 15 minutes, beetroot - 20 minutes. and did not release the pressure forcibly, left it to go down on its own, everything was steamed super

Complete disappointment - baked a biscuit. It's just horror, I had to run the baking program 3 times while it was baked and still the biscuit remained wet inside. I stood before assembly for almost a day and was very dissatisfied with the result. Now I won't dare put the charlotte. Very weak power in this mode. What do you think - is it possible to bake on some other program, with a higher temperature? Or play with the programs - 15-20 minutes with the manual valve open, and only then set the baked goods. I'm just at a loss. I took, and this is one of the main purposes of this device, for baking biscuits and such a bad result. It's a shame. But it is a pressure cooker that I need for making canned meat for a student, if it does not work out to choose the baking mode, I will have to take one more cartoon, especially in the summer you will not turn on the oven.

I baked a cheesecake "Fair". She put the pastries on for 35 minutes, then added another 15 minutes. 10 minutes passed. extra time, I hear the smell of straight baked dough, I turned it off earlier and then the bottom of the cheesecake stuck to the bowl (I didn't lay the paper, I thought that the thin dough would leak under it, the bottom was well oiled), I didn't have time to burn, but it's dark. The bowl was washed easily, although I had to dig deeper into the honeycombs with a little toothpick

My bakes are amazing too !! 40-50 minutes is enough, The edges are ruddy ruddy. Once there was a damp middle, but it was a problem with the recipe, it did not fit for a pressure cooker !!!

I baked a honey cake with soda, put it 2 times for 30 minutes (the "Baking" program) and stood for 20 minutes on the heating

The pressure cooker is super. Yesterday I bought it in the subway. The quality is excellent. I cooked chicken fillet with carrots and onions for filling the puffs (bomb) the meat melted. I cooked for the function (chicken / pilaf) 22 min. Then I cooked the roast with the same function. Super Potato remained all intact, but awesome to taste. The main thing is fast and without problems. There was time with the child to play and at the same time, dinner was being prepared. My husband liked it. I recommend this model to everyone.
Who knows the recipe for making yogurt, write. There is no function for yogurt, but I think it can also be cooked without this function. Who cooked, write on which program ...

Time set 50 minutes. It was baked wonderfully, but it was browned at the bottom - either there is too much time for such a quantity of products, or because of the sugar, more sweet stuff was puffing. I cut off a wet edge, the sponge cake inside is not raw.

Good afternoon, happy owners of Comfort.
May I ask you a little questions?
At the moment I am actively looking for a pressure cooker.
The choice is between
redmond 4506,
redmond 4507
or comfort 500.
Interested in: duet dishes (porridge and steamed),
sometimes baked goods, quick jellied meat, broth ... baked meat
And if very seriously - are you satisfied with the pressure cooker? There are no punctures in it?
The instruction on the Internet is terrible ... therefore the question about the model is
can I regulate the temperature?
Can I cook with the lid closed and the valve open?
Is the pot quality good? Long enough?
Maybe you would advise something else?
Thanks everyone for the answer!

I somehow do not really understand how to cook two dishes at the same time without a hinged double boiler.
Or, in comfort, the steamer is mounted high enough that it is quite possible?
because in dex the steamer is placed on the bottom, and in redmond it is also not very clear how two dishes at once
sparta
Sone4ka, I myself don't know if you can cook 2 dishes or not, that's why I'm asking. But there is a steaming container in redmond ... what is it for?
And in comfort I saw a saucepan - like with a notch ... but not low (if I don't confuse anything) ... for once for 4 people, there should be enough porridge and cutlets.
Roza_Irina
Girls, I'll come to you in Temka for help. I am looking for a non-stick saucepan that would fit the stem. I thought that it would fit from Dexica 40, but it would not fit in by as much as 1 cm more around the circumference.
I need
Inner diameter - 22.0 cm.
The outer diameter is 24.0 cm.
Height - 13.5 cm.
Bowl circumference just under the rim - 69.5 cm

How are your sizes with a saucepan? The circle is especially interesting. Who is not difficult, help, please.

sparta, I will write my opinion. Since August, when I got SKV, I have never regretted that I took Comfort. Almost every day I have it at work. The instruction is useless not only on the Internet, in the paper version is the same. On the first page of this topic, Oksana Sandy described all the functions of the SQV very well. I took all the dishes and cooking methods on our forum and adapted them to my pressure cooker. Plus, we have a recipe section specifically for the Comfort Fy-500.
For a couple, I cook only vegetables for salads, potatoes in their uniforms quickly for dinner, while the herring is being peeled and during the season my steamer plate worked for grape juice... Duet dishes have never done anything.
With a lid and an open valve, only baked goods are good. Everything else will be very boiling. Steam comes down both from under the lid and from the valve, since the temperature in it is NOT regulated (I do not know a pressure cooker where the temperature is regulated), everything boils at full capacity. Therefore, she is a pressure cooker, so that it would be several times faster to cook with a closed valve under pressure.
My saucepan is still in excellent condition, but I don't fry in it. Baking will most likely not work, since for SCW you need at least 50 grams of liquid to build pressure, otherwise the saucepan overheats. Although you can probably try to bake meat on baked goods

Sone4ka, in the pan for the Comfort Fy-500 there is a special rim on which a plate steamer is placed (on the first page of this topic you can see them well). Therefore, it is possible to cook two dishes at once. Right here Sandy shared how she cooks.

Roza_Irina, in my
Inner diameter - 22.0 cm.
The outer diameter is 24.0 cm.
Height - 13.5 cm.
The circumference of the bowl directly under the rim is 70.8 cm.
I don't know why there is such a difference in the circumference, maybe the metal is in your thickness, or maybe the centimeter is lying
I already told in some topic that I was in the Metro, there was comfort in the window and pressure cooker Deh (instead of buttons it has a large knob in the middle). So she specially took out the pans and measured them. One to one - height and diameter, only in Dex with a black coating and seem heavier. I was afraid to take a picture in the store, so take my word for it
Roza_Irina
Angelica, thanks! I wasn't the only one to measure, it's a pity that both are thick, they may not fit. I will look further. If I could buy and, if possible, could be returned, like Polinka's from the forum, then I would take a chance. And so buy and then what to do with it?

I read that in Shtebe they have already successfully cooked in a bowl from Brand, which means that both the dex pot and the redmond pot are compatible with it.

If I could try. I also bought a stainless steel bowl. It is written that it is suitable for dex and the 6050 brand. And the girls in the staff cooked from the 6050 brand. And I put it, and it was higher and the lid did not close, but it was perfect for the 6051 brand. So understand which is better. All the same, an extra centimeter in a circle frightens me so far. I measured it again with another centimeter. Circumference 69.5 cm. Oh. Thank you, dear girls for your time.

now I measured stainless steel and dex non-stick, which were prepared without problems in Saturn and Redmond 4507.
So, in the original from Dex - girth 70.5
in stainless steel, 69.5
height, somewhere around 13.6 / 13.7

ie, stainless steel is really "thinner" than aluminum by a whole cm, but this does not affect their interchangeability.
Roza_Irina
So in your pressure cooker, the original is probably larger in diameter and you put the smaller one in there. And of course she got in. I bought this one from Polinka for 6 liters for my burning, she turned out to be thinner with her and approached mine perfectly, but if it were the other way around, she would not have crammed. This is how I reason. Maybe not right.

Yes, the edges are rounded. At first I was also very careful and was afraid of scratching the bowl, but now I boldly put it in a saucepan, everything is fine

In my case, the inside diameter is 22.5-22.7 (it was not very convenient to measure).

Mother-in-law bought Scarlett, there the pan in diameter did not fit into Comfort completely. Not only is the height greater, but I have not yet heard that it clicked on the bottom - it got stuck.

Help, I bought this miracle, but I can't get it to work.
Programs are selected, the first two zeros on the screen blink, the second digits correspond to the minutes of the program, and it seems like it should be, but that's all, the ten does not heat up.

What else to press to make it start?
Maybe the valve, or the cover is not working properly?

P. s. the lid does not close tightly, closing the latch, there is a backlash, the lid can be lifted to the floor cm

cold pressure cookers have backlash - this is normal. When pressure builds up, the lid sits tight.

I won't tell you anything about work - I have other saucepans.
you do not press the delayed start there?
sasha_iraq
I tried all programs, and delayed start, and without it, the result is the same as described above.
Ten is cold.
This is the first turn on, as it is written I pour 2/5 of water and try to boil,

Should there be a ball in the service valve? It seems that it is missing under the nut (from the inside)

How to check ten?

How to check ten?

put an empty pan, turn on any mode, you can heat it, and press your hand to the bottom of the pan - it should heat up.

I will not say anything about the balls - I have not seen)
