Oh, Homjak, so she's kind of new, I have never seen such a thing. Cool. And share a little your impressions - what, for example, is your cup? Is the time regulated? On all programs, and on baked goods? How long is the baking time set?
There is nothing about her on the Internet).

The bowl is like your first one, only nothing peels off it yet, and it doesn’t seem to smell, no matter how much I haven’t smelled it. True, I did not dare to leave ready meals in it. The time is adjusted by the button "Additional functions" - for each program its own. In principle, it is convenient, I like it. She still stands at my dacha. I'll cook something on the weekend (maybe a knuckle) - I'll write. There are pictures of the preparation of stuffed peppers-tomatoes, I can post it, if interested.
Homjak73
Stuffed peppers (tomatoes).

Peel the seeds from the pepper, cut off the top of the tomatoes, remove the pulp with a spoon. Filling: raw rice + minced meat + spices.
Grated the carrots, cut the onion into cubes, fried on the "Baking" mode in a little oil.

I added the middle from the tomato + 100 g of tomato paste, boiled it, turned it off.

I put stuffed peppers and tomatoes in a saucepan

, topped up some water (hot) + salt, pepper, covered with a lid

and on the "Soup" mode.

Homjak73
At the weekend I cooked a knuckle with vegetables. Unfortunately, no photos were taken.
Here is how it was. I smeared the pork knuckle with a mixture of salt and pepper, stuffed with garlic and fried on both sides in the "Baking" mode, dropping oil on the bottom of the saucepan. Then I added some water to the "Extinguishing" mode. She took out the shank, poured the liquid into a bowl. In the same saucepan, I fried potatoes, added eggplants, onions, carrots, zucchini - all in cubes, a shank on top, poured broth on top, and again on stewing mode, after 7 minutes turned it off, released the pressure ... and we ate everything second.
Kristi
Finally, the NEK bowl came to me. Lubricated with oil, drove the water. The turn came to stuffed cabbage. For 40 minutes I suffered with her. As a result, the cabbage rolls were cooked in a simple saucepan. Floated constantly. the pressure was not gaining. Twisted, twisted, all one. It's a shame.
Robin bobin
Wow, Christie. How annoying. Strange, the Knack bowl has done a good job for me. Only recently did she notice some swellings on it, which are then smoothed out. My pressure cooker began to float after about 4 months of using the NEK bowl. I even think it's not because of the cup at all. Here Larssevsk says, she somehow adapts, puts the bowl exactly in the center.
So far, I have this neck bowl - the most successful of all "multicooker" purchases
I don't cook in Daewoo now. Sometimes I want to, but when I remember this steam ..... I'm waiting for the time to post it to Ozone. Alas((((.
Larssevsk
Robin, Larssevsk last time also suffered pretty much with cooking pea soup. Apparently, time has come for me X
Robin bobin
Maybe we all have just stretched silicone rings? Have you filmed them often? I, frankly, are quite rare. I was just afraid that it would stretch. Filmed only if it already clearly required cleaning.
Larssevsk
And after every cooking I took off the soap. The smells were maddening. But it doesn't matter anymore. Girls just need to cook in their own bowls and not spend money on NEKovskie. There are no such problems with native enameled bowls. Prepared a dish, put it in another dish, that's all the secrets.
Kristi
Now I put both bowls next to each other - at NEKovskaya, the height is 0.5 cm lower than the declared one. It seems that this is the whole point. And my dear, as it burned for the first time, is still burning. Each time you have to soak and clean for a long time. clean, clean. I cook only where with liquid, mainly the first. In general, the joy was short-lived. Very short-lived.
Robin bobin
Christie, try to get her back. After all, a year of warranty. I'll try mine. When I was able to contact the manufacturer, they recommended returning it, and it was necessary to do so, in hot pursuit. Well, it is unsuccessful. I tried Stebu - it's just heaven and earth. Although there are also some problems with the bowl.
Now there is such a huge selection of these pressure cookers. The units are said to be good.
LUBANYA1
Hey everyone!!!! Yesterday my husband gave this wonderful machine for his wedding anniversary ... I can't imagine what to do with it, the instruction is zero, it's scary to start cooking something .. I understand that the multicooker does not cook with the lid open? Please write down which buttons to press in stages ... Thank you in advance !!!
Larssevsk
LUBANYA, congratulations on your assistant
1. With the lid open, you can cook in the "preheat" mode. In this mode, you can pre-fry
2. Put all the ingredients of the dish in a saucepan, for example, pieces of meat (I marinated beforehand) and potatoes
3. Close the lid
4. The valve is in the closed position. Twist it and you yourself will feel when it is tight (closed), and when not tight (open)
5. Plug the MV into an outlet
6. Press the "menu" button until the "meat" picture lights up

And that's it, MV will start working on its own and finish it on its own.
After cooking, it will switch itself to the "heating" mode and will wait for you to turn it off
After 5-10 minutes, the pressure will drop and allow the lid to open OR you can move the valve to the open position and release the pressure yourself, then the lid will open faster, but be careful, do not hold your hand near the valve so as not to scald

Do not forget to pre-run the MB with water a couple of times in the soup mode so that the smells pass

Ask questions, I wish you good luck and DO NOT BE AFRAID of it. Get used to it very quickly
Larssevsk
MORE!!! Do not forget to put on a white plastic drip tray on the side, otherwise condensation will drip.
Maybe I'll remember something else, I'll add :)))
In general, here Robin is the most special and Homjak73 is good at cooking in it. Maybe they will add something else important
Robin bobin
LUBANYA1, I congratulate you on your assistant. You will appreciate it, especially if there was no pressure cooker before.
I'm more of a specialist on the forum to sit than to cook)). Larssevsk answered you well in detail. What I can add from myself:
1. She cooks PERFECTLY long-lasting dishes - meat, legumes. For lighter, vegetable dishes, for example, I decrease the time. First try everything at standard time, and then, perhaps, you also want to shorten.
2. For soup, I usually pour hot water - so it builds up pressure faster.
3. Do not release the pressure by hand at the end! I usually gently, not abruptly push the valve back with a fork, and then everything is fine)).
4. Good proportion for milk porridge - 1 multi-glass of cereal - 1.2 liters of milk. It turns out thick and boiled.
5. For the Baking mode, you need to use paper - otherwise it may burn to the bowl. I smear the bowl with oil, pour a layer of semolina, then paper, then butter again, and only on top - the dough. The standard baking time of 20 minutes is not enough for anything, feel free to start the program again, without even looking under the lid.

In general - ask, we will share our experience with pleasure. Write about your successes))
LUBANYA1
Robin Bobin thanks for the instruction !!!! Today I try to bake a cottage cheese casserole, for the third time I click on "Baking", because in all recipes the baking time is 40-50 minutes, so I thought that the standard 20 minutes is not enough ... And yesterday, according to the recipe Larssevsk cooked potatoes - I laid everything: potatoes, meat, onions, carrots, It turned out delicious, and most importantly - quickly !!!! Thank you so much girls !!!!!!!!!!
LUBANYA1
Girls, please tell me how to cook porridge in the morning, so that in the evening all the ingredients are laid.I haven't figured it out with "time" yet ...
Robin bobin

Hello everyone. I mastered the delayed start function. Just in case, I decided to write: select the desired mode, for example, "porridge", then press the "preset" button and use the "time" button to select the time after how long you want it to start. And that's all. You can go for a walk. Ripe for the purchase of a second device for a summer residence We also want a pressure cooker, but we can't decide on a model. Maybe someone heard something and advise? We want to also bake
LUBANYA1, if you are going to make porridge at night, smell it, please, picky in the morning. In our bowls, if you keep food in them for a long time, a chemical smell appears. But the Hamster does not seem to be. I think, maybe, in new batches, Daewoo solved this problem with a saucepan?

LUBANYA1, I didn’t use the delay, but in my opinion this is how: put the ingredients for the porridge, for example, 2 MC of cereals and 8 MC of milk, select the “menu” button to light up the “porridge”, then IMMEDIATELY press the button “time” so many times, until it shows the time after how many MV should turn on. For example, at 22 = 00 you want to cook porridge by 7 in the morning. Press "time" until 8 o'clock is set. Then the MB will turn on and start cooking at 6 in the morning, and by 7 = 00 it will already be cooked, sweat and let you open the lid. It is not advised to cook semolina, corn and instant oatmeal (only long) in pressure cookers. Good luck!!!
Robin bobin
: swoon: Wow. I just read yesterday how Brand 6051 could not stand being touched with his elbow)). Dent, and stopped working. Daewoo is, yes, just a monster)).
And I got mine too, couldn't stand it. It takes a lot of time for me to get it to the post office. Not working yet. So I think - that she is idle in the closet. I'll cook for now. She cooked milk porridge and pea soup for me more or less, as soon as she steamed it. And now I have put potatoes with chicken and vegetables. She began to soar ... as soon as the pressure was built up. I had to open, check the ring and the position of the bowl. And that's what always surprises me in such a situation - by this moment everything is almost ready! Even before the pressure. I don’t understand this in any way. Well, kind of strange, I was going to cook under pressure. I put it on for another 5 minutes.

"Probably, we have somehow managed to sort by products.
We will send you 4 + Classic in the near future, and you will return us 4. Cl. Please enclose a description of the problem in the box so that we can quickly find its cause. "- This was the answer today. We look forward to further.
Robin bobin
Christie, we are waiting for the result together with you. In general, it's not very pleasant - to receive - to send - to receive again ...

Quote: LUBANYA1

Girls, who used the Chop feature? Larssevsk, with a delay you said everything correctly, Thank you, now with my eyes closed I communicate with Cartoon. Happy with the purchase !!!!!!!
LUBANYA, I didn't use the Chop either. It quickly seemed to me that all programs are the same, only the time is different. Therefore, I generally use the main mode of Kas - there setting the time from 1 minute.
Surely worth a try, but what if it's sensory
I, while waiting for Shteba, use my whole Daewoo. She limps, of course, every 5 times she stops to gain pressure in short mode. In the morning I finally tried to make a casserole. I'm not very friendly with casseroles at all. I made it on the principle of "a little bit of everything", it was just necessary to save the curd. So there is no recipe as such. The result pleased me - both me and the whole family.
And now I have big plans for cooking - I need corn, and porridge, and soup, and chicken with a side dish. The second device is clearly not enough). I've come up with a 2 in 1 technology without a double boiler - I cook everything in bags)).I rubbed the chicken breast abundantly with salt and spices, rolled it up the sleeve, put 2 bags of buckwheat on the side dish in the same bowl, water about a third of the saucepan. Now she is already letting off steam, I wonder what happens)).
Robin bobin
But the corn turned out great. 6 small ears fit in a bowl, 15 minutes on porridge. True, she was young. Taste).
Robin bobin
Eh, and what she needs I cooked normally several times, and now, on a simple milk rice porridge - let's sizzle again, soar through the ENTIRE lid, in a circle. Yes, as if the war began. She turned it off, let off the steam, straightened the pan, then she still let it slightly through the lid, but not so scary. This also affects the result - the porridge turned out to be too thick, and from below ... well, it did not burn, but it turned yellow a little. A little more, and I had to scrape it off
LUBANYA1
But I can't do it with baking. I try to bake a curd casserole for the second time (2 packs of cottage cheese, 2 eggs, a glass of sugar, vanillin, soda or baking powder, flour - so that the dough turns out like pancakes), according to this recipe, I always baked in the oven and it turned out great. And then ..... But with the purchase of a multicooker, now I don't go to the stove, I cook everything, only now I want to finish off my wonderful machine with the "Baking" mode ... I pressed "Baking" 2 times without opening the lid, then stood for another 20 minutes. I opened the lid with hope, but in the end - batter, although it rose in volume .... I put it again on the "Pastry" ....
Robin bobin
LUBANYA, well, how did the casserole turn out after the third launch of Baking?
Yes, the Baking mode we have is such that you need to adapt to it. And casseroles in pressure cookers are also a capricious business. I read a lot in other topics that even inveterate cooks have a casserole in pressure cookers not the first time. In our charlotte, 2 cycles are baked, that is, 40 minutes, and for cottage cheese, most likely, more is needed. I got a casserole after two runs, but I left it heated for a while - it just happened. In general, the fact that I did it well the first time seems to be pure coincidence)).
Robin bobin
LUBANYA, and just in case - do you know that the top of any baked goods in any multicooker is always white? Even when it's baked well. So don't wait when it will be ruddy. The main thing is to dry it, and to check it, I pierce the dough with a stick in the old fashioned way.
LUBANYA1
In short, after 4 launches of "Baking", I sent my casserole to the bin. The bottom is burnt, the top is white, and the inside is raw meat. I firmly decided that it is better to bake in the oven, well, at least from cottage cheese - only there. This is such a capricious product .... But the stuffed peppers on the "Pastry" turned out to be excellent. I also cooked borsch. It turned out like my grandmother, in a Russian stove. A week ago, Cartoon appeared in my kitchen, and since then I have only turned on the stove a couple of times. I cook everything in her dear !!!!! By the way, here you girls write that you are not happy with the cup. I can't say that, it doesn't burn, it washes cool ...
Robin bobin
Quote: LUBANYA1

Lyubanya, but how does the bowl smell? And then my main problem is not even burning, but this terrible chemical smell

Stuffed peppers on baked goods - it's great. I am still afraid of this program, I have not tried anything on it except baking. Please tell us how the peppers were "baked"? How much liquid, how long, than stuffed?
LUBANYA1
The bowl doesn't smell !!!!! And I use the modes either "Meat" or "Baking". "Baking" is the same stewing. Peppers stuffed with minced meat with rice. First, on "Warming up" I fried onions and carrots, added a spoonful of tomato paste, put the peppers there and added water (half covered the peppers). I turned on "Baking" and was busy with other things for 20 minutes. One thing now pleases - you do not need to constantly look under the lid of the pan, then decrease, then add gas. Now I advise all my friends to buy a slow cooker !!!!
Robin bobin
I cooked this: Meat according to the recipe of the last century. I took the recipe from here https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=284112.0.html .
Would highly recommend it. It is something. The scent was in the entire staircase). It is ridiculously simple to prepare, it turns out tasty and fast. The arrangement for our multi had 30 minutes on Meat mode for a kilo of pork.

good day!
She became the owner of the daewoo multi-pressure cooker. I tried to cook milk rice porridge and was upset: the milk ran away, the rice was burnt. I cooked like this: 2 mult. water, 3 mult. milk, 1 multi. rice, plums. oil, salt, sugar. I put a delay for 5 hours, pressed the porridge button and that's it. No instruction, maybe I'm doing something wrong? Help!!!
Robin bobin
dinochka, hello. I congratulate you on your assistant. She's nothing so scorching, just adapt a little, and then she will cook you like a magic pot. I myself have never used a delay, but here's what Larssevsk advises
Quote: Larssevsk

I can say that my milk porridge always turns out excellent in it. Without delay, I cook like this: a liter of liquid for a multi-glass of cereal, sugar to taste, Porridge mode for 7 minutes. Just in case, you can grease the bowl with oil to prevent it from sticking. Although, I repeat, my porridge never stuck. It is also recommended that the milk does not run away, paint a "ring" with oil above the level of the food, the butter will not let the milk rise.

dinochka, it is definitely you did not close the valve, but cooked porridge with an open valve. The lid sticks so "dead" that the milk has no place to pour out, except for the open valve
dinochka
Thanks for answers!
Today I'm experimenting with porridge again, but without delay. As it turned out, my valve is closed in a position closer to myself (about 8 o'clock), and in others it seems to be even lowered, but steam is coming. That is why the milk ran away yesterday. I will write about the result.

dinochka, you twist the valve with your finger. You yourself will feel - when it is closed and when it is open. When it fits snugly, then it is closed, when it "overhangs" a little (the gap does not appear large), then it is open
Felis_S
Hello! Here I am in your ranks ... Yesterday they gave me this cartoon .. I read the forum, I decided to immediately order a new cup. But I can no longer find the exact model .. Tell me, please .. They wrote that the NEC 4+ bowl is suitable, I found this:

Daewoo 3570 multicooker-pressure cooker

This is it? And then everything is indicated there at once and 4+ and 4 -... How to understand something? After all, there are bowls of 5 liters. They won't fit?
Larssevsk

Felis, first of all, don't panic !!! We had the first batch and the producers may have heard us. I do not exclude that the bowl in your pressure cooker is quite decent. Leave some liquid (such as compote) in it overnight and check. If the dish is odorless in the morning, then everything is in order with the bowl. Secondly, even if the bowl smells a little, do not store food in it. Prepared and immediately transfer to another container.Thirdly, NEC bowls do not fit well with our pressure cookers. The girls and I got burned on this. They ordered the bowls, paid the money, and the pressure with them builds up every other time.
Fourthly, I, for example, still liked to cook in my own bowl. But if, nevertheless, you decided to buy a spare bowl, then here is a link to the layouts for them:

Regardless of the capacity, bowls are currently presented in the following ranges:
"Eco" - a bowl with no coating at all at the lowest possible price. The best choice for cooking boiled, steam, stewed, stewed dishes, especially long (more than 1.5 hours) cooking;
The non-stick bowls are best for baked, fried, and high-sugar, milk, egg, starch, or a combination of foods.
"Classic" - bowl with one-sided inner coating;
"Premium" - bowl with double-sided coating (inner - black, outer - silver-bronze metallic or black).
"Proff G1" is an aluminum bowl, on the inner surface of which a layer of stainless steel is applied. A non-stick coating is applied over it. The outside of the bowl is not covered. The first generation of professional multicooker bowls.
"Budget" - bowls with a double-sided non-stick coating based on fluoroplastic. Manufactured using imported materials.
"Kerama" - bowls with a ceramic layer are covered inside with low-temperature glass enamel with the addition of fluoroplastic. External anti-adhesive coating based on fluoroplastic. The cups have excellent abrasion resistance. They wash well. Bowl thickness 2mm.

If you need a really indestructible coating, then the Eco series bowl is the best choice. It is generally uncoated, made of aluminum grades AD / A5H / A5M, intended for cooking. It is not afraid of any tools (knives, forks, spoons, ladles, etc.), aggressive products - pickles, jam, soup bones, etc. Prepares boiled, stewed and steamed dishes with maximum efficiency. Especially for cooking modes longer than 1.5 hours.
However, for obvious reasons, some dishes in it can stick to the bottom (porridge, fried, etc.), so for such dishes the series with non-stick coating "Classic", "Premium" or Proff are better suited. The first two have the only difference in the absence / presence of an external anti-adhesive coating. And it is mainly needed only for use in the dishwasher. If the bowl is without outer coating, then in the dishwasher it fades and becomes gray under the influence of chemical. reagents and hot steam (while its functionality, of course, remains), however, you can restore its appearance in a hot solution of citric acid. The best modes for the Classic and Premium series - frying, baking, porridge, sweet and sticky dishes.
The combination of a thick heat-distributing layer of aluminum, a durable, wear-resistant and inert layer of stainless steel with a non-stick coating makes the Proff bowls the most abrasion resistant, allows you to use any tools. At the same time, the non-stick properties do not deteriorate even when the coating is cut with a knife, scratches, punctures, etc., since the polymer is inside and outside the stainless steel matrix. The Proff bowls are specially designed for frequent use (more than twice a day).

I wish you good luck and more pleasant moments with your new assistant
Felis_S
Thanks a lot for the quick response! I also have a problem that the instructions for the multicooker say that the DEC-3567 series. I went looking for information about her on the Internet, and there is not a single mention! 68 is, but 67 is not! In short, I have a non-existent version ... and I'm afraid of it ...))))) I'll try to cook a simple one in my own bowl and tell you .. if I stay alive ...
Robin bobin
Felis, yes, take your time with the Knack bowl. Even if it immediately seems to fit, it is still a little different, and over time it deforms the O-ring, it starts letting steam out from under the lid. That's how, apparently, I did it, alas.I cooked in it for a little more than six months, and there were no complaints about this bowl, but the result is at a distance, of course. So try to make friends with your "native" cup first. Recent buyers seem to have good bowls. Maybe it’s true that we were not in vain trying so hard to reach the manufacturer, yes, Larssevsk?

And, by the way, I recently bent the side of the Nek's bowl. Not myself, of course, somehow I hit her. So now I'm completely prepared in my Daewoo.
Robin bobin
Felis that you, on the contrary, do not be afraid! This is probably just an improved version. If so, then there is simply no price for it - the pressure cooker is good, reliable. By the way, it seems that someone here on the forum has the same model, look at a couple of pages earlier.
You will stay alive, that's for sure, just set the valve correctly
Robin bobin
And, and yet, Larisa used Amway with a brush for this bowl.
Larissa, I checked it out too. I suddenly, when I smeared something on them again, I realized that there was no smell in the kitchen! And how all such products stink -. And this one only bites a little on the hands if you gape.
Felis_S
Girls, thanks for your support! I got inspired and already started stewing zucchini. Onions, carrots, garlic, tomatoes, peppers, zucchini, spices, salt. She pushed everything into the "soup". Stands, blinks .... now even began to hiss ..... I left the kitchen ... nerves are not iron))))))))

Have you checked the valve? Closed?
Felis_S
well, kinda closed
Robin bobin
And how much zucchini was put? It takes quite a bit of time for them to stay warm.
Felis_S
oh ... but I didn't even think .. I just pressed the "soup" button and that's it .. It seems 20 minutes. Well, now they will be boiled in mashed potatoes ... Now, soon the program will end, I'll see what happened. To open the pan faster, you need to cover it with a cold wet towel, right?
Felis_S
All. the program has ended. lights up 00:00. I don't touch her. probably should switch off by itself. The instruction, of course, is still that ... will not tell you anything ..
Robin bobin
No, 00-00 is already all. You can unplug it from the outlet. And that the process is complete, you will know by the fact that the lid begins to open - when the pressure cooker releases the pressure. At first I was also afraid to release the pressure forcibly. Actually, right, if you cover it with a cold wet towel, then everything will be faster. And if you still very carefully move the valve straight through the towel with something - a fork there, then even faster.
Felis_S
uffff .... I opened the valve with a fork, let off steam .. I opened the lid. Well, it looks like stewed zucchini. Only now there was a lot of liquid, although I did not add water at all, it was vegetables that gave juice, almost soup. I tried, well, we can say that it is delicious .. but not magical))))) Maybe they will stand up, cool down, become better. Not enough salt, add salt. Here, by the way, is a drawback, you won't try it during cooking, but it's not scary. In any case, the first acquaintance took place, the dish turned out, she herself remained alive Many thanks to everyone who helped !!! I couldn't have done it without you!))))))
