Feliz, with the first course you! I'm glad the first experiment went well. Then adapt to it a little, it will be even better.
How does your bowl behave, what impression does it make? If you cook porridge, grease it with oil just in case.
Yes, and regarding the release of steam - it is not advised to drain it when you cook a lot of liquid food - soup, compote. Better to let him go out at least halfway.
Felis_S
Thank you!))))))) The bowl behaves decently, does not burn and does not stink))))) Then the thought arose, try to cook the same stewed vegetables or soup in the baking mode, without pressure, so that it turned out like stewed. Confused by a little short cooking time ... Well, what should be done with the products so that they are ready in five minutes? To boil brutally? One of the girls wrote just about this, that she opened the bowl, and there is a terrible gurgle ... not very good and useful ...
Larssevsk
Felis, if you cook without pressure, then the cooking time is not at all short. This will turn out to be an ordinary electric frying pan. I would not cook soup on this mode. There is a wonderful "soup" mode, on which I cooked - pea, pickle, mushroom. It turned out delicious. In the "baking" mode, you can pre-fry the soup with the lid open. However, I did not use this pressure cooker to its fullest. Basically, I used the "meat" and "soup" modes. Only time changed. So, try, experiment, master. You may find your personal secrets by trial and error

Feliz, what are you, a short cooking time is just a virtue. To my shame, I have not grasped exactly what the principle of cooking under pressure is, but it’s not about boiling. There, on the contrary, it seems that cooking due to pressure takes place at lower temperatures, more nutrients are stored. But it boils, unfortunately, yes, brutally. This is probably the case in all pressure cookers. My new one also boils after opening. You just need to shorten this stage as much as possible, releasing steam forcibly.
The fact remains that the cooking time is very short. A large piece of meat, with a kilogram - in 30 minutes.
Robin bobin
Larissa, Feliz, no, you can fry there not on the Baking, but on the Heating. !
Felis_S
but I don't have a pancake heating ... I fried it on baked goods ...
Felis_S
Yes, I appreciated the quick cooking))))) I put chickpeas (chickpeas) without pre-soaking on "stewing / jellied meat" - 45 minutes and you're done. I think it would take three hours, no less. Apples with sugar (not jam, and so, put out) put on "porridge" for 5 minutes, and then evaporated excess water on baking. In short, there is something in it))))))) By the way, I read here that they put vegetables to stew on "porridge" for 3 minutes, but I don't have three minutes! Minimum 6! If you set the timer. Damn it ... I say that my unit is weird .. I did not find heating ....)))))))
Robin bobin
Feliz, at least 6 minutes is generally the minimum, no programs have less? In fact, this is also a good time, it's just me who loves to reduce the time to 3 minutes, and so everyone cooks everything, and even vegetables, for 10 minutes.
I have never cooked chickpeas, now I want to try with a pressure cooker too. How do you cook it - just cook it?
Felis_S
I have not tested it on other programs yet.I'll tell you later))) I cook the chickpeas until tender, then add vegetable oil, salt and some spices (last time I used "Provencal herbs") And I warm it up for a few minutes, stirring it. This is a very self-sufficient product, it can be eaten without anything)))) It is possible with a salad of fresh vegetables. I sometimes cook separately stewed vegetables for him. Then it's absolutely delicious))))))
Felis_S
Girls, save me! Nothing works! ((((((I decided to make a vegetable stew, the recipe for which was proposed here - fry onions with carrots in sour cream), then add potatoes, cauliflower, pepper. I put it on "porridge" for 6 minutes. At the end it turned out that vegetables gave a lot of water (again the same problem!), and a slightly tough carrot. I decided to "bake" to bring to mind. I remember that I read about the program "baking" that it is carried out with an open valve. Turned on, opened the valve. She stands, hisses, wants, apparently, to gain pressure and cannot ... the countdown does not go ... I closed the valve, she immediately began to cook, after five minutes I turned it off, let off the steam, looked into the pan - so there is even more water, what was it! Well, what the hell is this! How to be with it? And it burned, dog .... Why does the "baking" not work with an open valve? I thought she would dry the dish for me ... aaaaaaaa ... .. uuuuuuu (((((((
Larssevsk
Felis, I do not know about you, but in ours, without pressure, only the "warm-up" program works. Baking works with a closed valve. And on heating you can cook even with the lid open. If the vegetables are watery, immediately after the end of the program, carefully open the valve (just do not scald yourself), the excess liquid will come out. I have CV on the windowsill. I flip open the window and open the valve.
Robin bobin
Yes, and you can evaporate the liquid on the heating program, with the lid open
Felis_S
I immediately open the valve and open it after the end of the program ... anyway there is soup .. of course, you can evaporate it, but who needs such cooking? I went to the thread about multi Panasonic ... everyone squeaks in delight .. on the first day of purchase they prepare five dishes and everything is fine ... damn it .... I'll go buy ...
Larssevsk
Felis, alas, but there is no perfection. Panasonic is a multicooker, and we have a pressure cooker. The peculiarity of the pressure cooker is that the dishes are cooked in their own juice under pressure. But the multicooker does not cook meat like ours. I now have a STEBA pressure cooker for soups and meat products, a small Redmond 01 for cereals, casseroles, omelets and side dishes, I plan to buy a third cartoon with touch modes for pilaf and vegetables (fortunately, the window sill is large)
Robin bobin
Feliz, yes, buy a slow cooker. Only not instead of Daewoo, but in addition to it. Indeed, vegetables are not her greatest strength. But the multicooker is slow. 5 dishes per day - it is she, without exaggeration, will cook all day - there one dish is cooked for 2-3 hours, slower than on the stove. The pressure cooker is very good for meat and legumes - the speeds are cosmic and all the more delicious. And in a slow cooker, you will wait for dinner for a long time with the same meat. Therefore, most keep at least two appliances: a multicooker and a pressure cooker.
By the way, do you add liquid to vegetables at the beginning of cooking?
Felis_S
no, no, I don't add a drop of water to vegetables! this is a saucepan itself, then all the juices of them are pressed))))))) I can't do without multi ... I'm a vegetarian, so I don't care how much meat is cooked there .. The only thing I liked was that she cooked chickpeas quickly ... But there is just NOTHING more! And I threw out yesterday's vegetables ... you can't eat such nasty ... Everything is watery, transparent and smells nauseating like in a school cafeteria, I already remembered my childhood)))))) Yes, it is prepared faster, of course ... But doshirak is even faster and more convenient. This is not the purpose of cooking ... I'll give it to some meat-eater, let him cook jellied meat in it ...
Robin bobin
Ah, vegetarian ... Then you really have nothing to do with her. Unless just for legumes. I am not a vegetarian, but I also love vegetables much more than meat. Yes, in Daewoo they turn out like in a school cafeteria, that's for sure.
Robin bobin
Oh, good cartoons - a dime a dozen))). Only I understood on the example of this Daewoo - you need to buy only focusing on specific reviews on the forums.Because the dear ones are not necessarily perfect. I read a lot of good things about Philips 3039, Redmond 01 (but it is small, 2 liters, it seems), Polaris 0517 (there, however, a ceramic saucepan deteriorates over time, but it seems that all ceramic saucepans do this). And Brand multicooker is highly praised. Well, Panasonic is considered a classic, I, however, have never been interested in them, I don't know anything about them.

Girls, hello everyone! Hope everyone is doing well.

I haven't been here for a long time, even as a guest. I’m wondering if I can read everything I’ve missed?

In general, I have not come up with anything new to cook. I use it as a pressure cooker - that is, vegetables, fish, boiled-steamed meat are obtained. I don't add water at all, and so often everything is flooded in its own juice ...

Let me remind you that I have a Daewoo Dec 3568 with a LandLife bowl 13.5 cm high (still a new sample, it does not taper downward). I have been using it since March, and I am generally satisfied with this pressure cooker. The bowl has already thinned out, as if rubbed, there are scratches in places, but it is still good. I ordered another bowl for a change, I got a black one, it's good that for only 500 rubles through joint purchases. The silicone ring has not yet changed. It is already scary, dark, but does not let steam through.

I immediately noticed that I began to lose weight when I began to cook such dishes in it (and at the same time refused all kinds of chips, crackers, pastries ...). In general, during this time I have lost weight from 90 to 75 kg.

Amber, hello. I am very glad to hear from you. And Lenochka and I (Robin Bobin) are now Shtebists. We got a pressure cooker "STEBA". She is the first, and then I am with her, for which I am very grateful. So my Daewoo is now with the students in the hostel. Steba, Redmond 01 and recently Binaton 2130 work at home. I am very glad that you have lost 15 kg. Keep it up!!! At this rate, you will soon throw off another 15 :)) I myself lost weight from 75 to 55 and can imagine what kind of work it is. I wish you all the best for the new year. If you have questions about Steba, write, we will answer

Girls, hello! I threw my deushka to hell. Meat, jellied meat, etc. is certainly super. But damn the bowl is so g ... became. It is simply unrealistic to cook in it. It's a pity to poison the family. Recently, even a chemical smell has appeared. I read the reviews, looked at the forums, decided to join your ranks of Shteba :-) but later. Maybe in April. While not rich in money, even for the staff. I bought a cheap supra macs 3510.
mama v kube
Supra mcs 3510. Tablet fixed :-)
Girls here on the forum cook so much in it, you have to try. And then I'll buy the staff. How about using binaton?
mama v kube
Girls, what do you think is the Daewoo bowl already? No way to cook in it? Who is in what condition?
Larssevsk
mama v kube, Hi. It is a pity that you suffered the same fate as us. I am very pleased with the staff. Redick and Binaton are not pressure cookers, but multicooker, so there is no point in comparing them. A lot has been written about Redmond 01 here. And I am very pleased with Binaton for the following reasons: I bought it for 2600 + the blender was a gift. The bowl is awesome. Porridges don't run away. The 3L size is very convenient. Now it has risen in price even without a blender.Probably, for that kind of money, it's better to buy another cartoon, for example, Panasonic. Since Binaton is "blind" (there is no screen with time and temperature), there is no signal about the end of cooking. And if in terms of pressure cookers, then, of course, today there is no equal to Stebe (taking into account our ordeal with pots).
As for the DEO pots. It cannot be restored and a miracle will not happen.
mama v kube
Okay. :-) negative experience is also an experience. :-) How do you cook after Daewoo in the staff? Probably heaven and earth? Now I have weighed everything a hundred times, determined what I need, read the forums. And then the Daewoo somehow blindly bought it. I won't fall for this again.

Cooking in Shtebe after DEU is the same as driving a Maserati after VAZ 2108
mama v kube
Larssevsk, aaaaa, made fun)))) has already begun to postpone on the staff. Since I'm on maternity leave with twins and there is not much money, I have to save up)))) while choosing a new multicooker I met on Daewoo sites. Spat and spat))) it is necessary to make such a pancake ... to invent. ))))

Larssevsk, I forgot to ask: is everything also fast in time? Porridge 5 min, meat 10 min? And then I read in others that it was longer.

I still set the time, even though Shteba is a little less powerful than this DEU, but the food smells like food and everything is perfectly cooked for the same time. It seemed to me that Shteba was gaining pressure faster. A separate song on the noiselessness. At first, I could not get used to her quiet work. I listened to everything, it seemed that it was not working. I cook multi-cooker recipes at a pressure of 0.3, pressure cooker recipes at 0.7. You just need to take it with a Teflon bowl as a gift at Ozone. Only with steel, for me personally, no ice. And, even a big plus, in comparison with the DEU, Shteba is not at all smelly. Before, after cooking, the whole kitchen of the ventilated DEU stank, but now there is no such problem. True, I don't make porridge and sweet pastries at Shteba anyway, it still smells to me
enisej14
mama v kube, for our Daewoo bowl Redmond RB-A523, like a native. I have been using it for half a year and have no problems. sold in almost all stores selling multicooker redmond. eldorado for example. cost in the region of 800 rubles.
Larssevsk
enisej14, You would have been here a year ago with this message, when we were all amicably tormented with pots.
Kristi
Girls, after all, they sent me a cup from NEC. Now I cook everything in it. The first was sent to our DEU - it did not fit. I wrote somewhere in the beginning. And the second "Classic 4U +". I don't remember for which multi. No smell. The top is not smooth aluminum, but some kind of rough coating. I cook both the first and the second and the pastries turned out. They sent it back in November, but it is still like new. And which did not fit, they left it to me. I bake in it, because when baking, you do not need to close the valve.
Here you can see: Mine is more like Premium than Classic. In general, I am now happy and am not going to change my saucepan yet.
langrig
Hello!
Well, here I am ... I bought a model 3567 in a nearby warehouse for the occasion. There is nothing about this model, as if it does not exist ... It's just that all men, young and old, are on vacation, and I work. And coming at 7 pm, I start cooking ... I bought them a cook. I read it here ... it looks like I bought myself a headache
langrig
and the topic also died ...

Great cartoon for beginners!

Great cartoon for beginners!

Svetochka, congratulations on your purchase. An excellent pressure cooker, of course. The only complaints were about the saucepan. Perhaps, in your new batch, the pans were also changed. And we had disgusting and smelly, so I had to part with her
langrig
The saucepan has never failed.Maybe because, for added confidence, I grease the bottom with butter when I cook the porridge. And so - beauty! I like it so far. Yes, I bought it without any super pretensions. I just handed it to my husband and said that this is his new cook
T. K. they are on vacation, and I am at work.
Melek
Help pliz !!!!! Tell me how to turn on the baking mode? I do everything according to the instructions 7 times I wait for the menu until the baked goods light up, but automatic cooking does not start. Only squeaks incessantly. Help me to understand!!!
langrig
: girl_sad: I haven't used any baked goods yet, but you don't need to press the rest of the programs seven times. I just plug it in, load the food and press the desired program. Sometimes I also experiment with additional functions for programs. Sometimes I fry on baking or stewing, then I press cancel and turn on the soup.

If your program does not turn on, then you have to go and give up ...
Anna83
Hello everyone!!!! So I became the proud owner of this multicooker! But after reading the reviews I'm afraid to touch her now !!!!!
Larssevsk
Anna83, and what are you afraid of? A pressure cooker is like a pressure cooker. Doesn't fail. Cooking quickly. If the bowl fails, buy a Redmond RB-A523, the girls wrote that it fits perfectly.
Anna83
Larssevsk, I really haven't read it to the end yet, but the beginning of the reviews was not impressed))) Well, of course I will! The first thing I decided to cook is porridge, I'll lay everything in the evening and in the morning!
Larssevsk
Anya, keep the proportions. What are you going to cook? Don't forget to close the valve !!!!!! The first time I still would try to cook not on a delayed start.
Anna83
wanted rice, but could not set the timer. tell me how to do it ??? I had to cook it this morning. it turned out tasty but burnt (((((((((
Larssevsk
Anna83, select the desired mode, for example, "porridge", then press the "preset" button and use the "time" button to select the time after how long you want it to start. And that's all. You can go for a walk
Rice porridge is cooked in proportions 1: 5. For 1 ms of rice, 5 ms of milk. If less, it will burn
Anna83
Thanks to the proportions I did the same!
Larssevsk
Anya, please. What I remember, I will write
Anna83
required !!!! but I haven't quite figured it out yet!
casuta
Hello! became the owner of a multi-cooker pressure cooker burning, I do not have a baking mode. can you tell me how to replace this mode? thank you in advance
Larssevsk
casuta, firstly, you are not in this topic. Now I will drop the link there, the kind girl Manna is special in all multicooker. Secondly, look specifically at what model you have. The answer will depend on this.
