Today I made it according to the recipe known on the forum Curd soufflé
Here's what happened before baking
Oursson MP4002 and MP5002 pressure cookers
after baking for 50 minutes on the Casserole mode, then 50 minutes. on heating and another 10 minutes with the lid closed and the saucepan turned off
Oursson MP4002 and MP5002 pressure cookers
another photo after taking out my negritosika

Impression: delicious, it turned out that the souffle was very juicy, but for some reason it did not rise much - 4cm, not 6cm as in the recipe ... And it was very tanned ...

Hello everyone!!! And so I have had the skorvarka for a week. And ... Very conflicting impressions. The smell went away almost immediately. I do not notice the buzz, or it has become completely quiet. A wonderful heavy bowl. I really like that the cover is non-removable. During this time, I cooked soup in it twice, and to be honest, something alarmed me in cooking. But so far I was in no hurry to draw conclusions. And today I decided to cook rice porridge. I did everything as usual, put a hundred grams of cereal and six parts of milk. I set the default porridge mode to 15 minutes. When the pressure was built up, the countdown went and after 15 minutes she automatically began to release steam. When the signal sounded, opened. The porridge has not yet reached and I immediately decided to put another 3 minutes. I closed the lid and exposed the program. It turned on but it was not there, it shows an error and does not want to turn on. Residual steam blocked the lid and I forcibly blew off steam for about five minutes. When finally the pressure was gone, I was able to start the porridge program. As soon as the countdown went off, a minute later turned it off. She let off steam herself - opened the porridge was already digested. In short, instead of getting the result without hassle, I spent almost an hour spinning around the pan. Of course I couldn't like it. After all, a pressure cooker is needed to save time and energy. And before that, I had inconsistencies with her. I suspect that I am still married. And tonight she even gave me ... ... She put vegetables for the vinaigrette in a bowl, poured half a glass of hot water, closed the lid by turning it. Then I decided to add more water and what do you think? I could not open it. I wanted to turn on the program - it gives an error and shows the pressure - one division. And what I just didn’t try, I didn’t manage to open it. So she is smart and has been standing for the third hour with the lid locked. Although disconnected from the network. Tomorrow will have to drag her to the store. Together with potatoes and beets and beets. : girl_mad: Something like this. Just some obsession with pressure cookers I have. It's a pity because I need it like air.

Included but it was not there-shows error and does not want to turn on.
And you can find out more - what is the error? What was written on the display?

Error E3 - clean the steam adjustment mechanism or contact the service center. So it stands with a locked lid and raw vegetables.

It's sad however ...
Have you tried connecting to the network today? Yesterday steam arose from hot water, did you try to release the pressure?
Why didn't it unlock after cooling down .... weird

Are there Household appliances repair centers in Arkhangelsk? Take her to them, let them at least open it, relieve the pressure, and then be sure to issue it with an act in the service, so that you can know the reason for the valve blockage, and present something to Orson, if anything.

I would do it

And never fill the pot completely with food - only no more than 2/3 of the pan height!

I'm fine so far. An ordinary simple pressure cooker, with an accessible menu, a good bowl, I don't like that there are no handles. Functionally good.

Hello girls !!! This time I am with good news - everything worked out well. In vain I ran into my Orsyusha and brought you into doubts. It was her own fault. In the morning I was already quite ready to take Orsyusha back to the store. While dressing, my husband was doing something in the kitchen. Lo and behold, walking with Orsusha in his hands and with the lid open. It turns out when I closed the lid somehow one potato rested against the lid and as a result the lid was blocked. The husband shook Orsyusha differently, the lid and opened. Even he was surprised how much I stuffed the poor girl into her. Admin !!! You are right, once it is supposed to fill 2-thirds of the bowls and it should be done. This is a lesson for me. Then the husband disassembled the lid, rinsed the valve under running hot water, assembled it. I put the porridge to cook. This time everything was perfect. The second day I am not overjoyed at her. Everything works very well. In general, Orsusha is a very delicate girl, but strict, with her you need to be careful, just a little that does not immediately nag at her. But when you do everything right, she reciprocates. I hope for long-term mutual love and friendship with her. And I wish all the happy owners the same. Bye Bye.

And I am with a question about pilaf. I really liked the pilaf in Ourson-5005 according to the recipe of Tatiana (Admin). Supposed to cook in the same way in 4002. But in the book they write pilaf to cook on the Fry mode, and why not Porridge (as in Orson-5005). Someone cooked pilaf, if so, how and what are the impressions?
Tanyulya

I didn’t cook pilaf in 4002, but if I do it, then it’s the same with preliminary frying of onions, carrots, meat, that is, classic cooking with zirvak. And then when you already add rice, it seems to me you can use Porridge and just 13-15 minutes it will depend on the type of rice, you can also try Fry, but also no more than 15 minutes.
And fry at least in any mode with the lid open. This is still a theory, in practice I have not done it.

I cooked pilaf in 4002 as indicated in the recipe book, roast mode for 30 minutes .. everything turned out delicious, but the liquid remained at the bottom and the rice turned out to be sticky, although I bought rice especially for pilaf

Maybe a lot of liquid? In pressure cookers, the ratio of cereals to water is not more than 1 / 1.25

Maybe, but I put everything as in a book on 2 measuring cups of rice 3 measuring cups of water liquid practically ate ate covered rice, you can even say that it did not cover ..in general, if I cook pilaf on the stove, then I pour 2 glasses of water into 1 glass of rice

And here is a recipe book The author of no recipe can guarantee you that you will get the same thing! We have different cooking conditions, products, cereals and so on.

Especially when you are cooking cereals-pilaf. Here, the ratio of cereal / liquid, as a rule, experienced chefs recommend take water to the thickness of the index finger above the cereal rice, buckwheat, pearl barley.
The rule works - I always use only this rule

That is not any proportions all by eye, just to cover the macaros and then they look out of the water, salt and a little vegetable oil. And then, as it were, I fry in the same Porridge for a couple of minutes.

I cooked cabbage rolls, first, in the Porridge mode, I heated a bowl with grows. butter and lightly fried cabbage rolls directly frozen (there were 5 pieces, it became very convenient for me to cook small portions). She turned off the Kashu mode. While I was frying the cabbage rolls, I chopped the onions, carrots and bell peppers coarsely, 2 tomatoes. and sent it to the cabbage rolls. Added 1/2 m / st of water, salt, spices to taste, Pork / cutlet mode for 26 minutes, served with sour cream. Everything worked out, we do not like sauce in stuffed cabbage, so there was enough juice from the vegetables, the vegetables themselves turned out very tasty, not sour, namely stewed, next time I will add more. For myself, I decided to try the next time on the Beef / Lamb mode for 30 minutes, because the cabbage leaves are now strong, nevertheless, on the Pork / cutlets mode, the stuffed cabbage is cooked, but I would like the leaves to be softer. If you take young or Peking cabbage, then this regime is enough.
I also cooked cabbage soup and stewed potatoes with vegetables. I had the broth ready (I cooked it in Ourson-5005), cooked the vegetables on the Porridge mode, added potatoes, cabbage, salt, spices and poured the broth, the Soup mode 15 minutes. Beauty and deliciousness, to cook in the evening - our Ourson has no prices.
Stewed potatoes with vegetables according to the recipe in the book on the Roast mode. I didn't like it, I like the potatoes to be like from the oven, but it turned out, like in a saucepan, potatoes and water, in Ourson-5005 the potatoes turned out to be stewed, like from the stove. Included Casserole to evaporate liquid. Next time I will try on the Kasha mode.
I liked very much that Ourson already has pressure on each mode, by the end of cooking you don't have to wait for it to go down, you can immediately open the lid, the lid remains clean after cooking.
Now I went to cook charlotte according to Tanyulya's recipe, I will write off the result.

Hello everyone! I also recently bought an OURSSON 4002 pressure cooker. The first thing I cooked was frozen chicken thigh broth.Cooked on the Soup program for 20 minutes, the meat was a little undercooked. But this did not bother me, because after that there was cooking cabbage soup (I don't remember, 10 or 15 minutes on the Soup program). I did it in two stages, because I had a young cabbage. The cabbage soup turned out to be very tasty. Then I stewed potatoes with porcini mushrooms, the mushrooms were frozen, I defrosted them a little in a micron to divide them into pieces. Roast program, 15 minutes. I poured a little more water than necessary, when I opened the lid, I saw that potatoes with mushrooms "float" in the water. But then I slightly squeezed the potatoes, mixed them and realized that it turned out the way I wanted. Unfortunately, I couldn't take a photo.
But today I saved pasteurized milk. I just didn't want to boil, made baked milk. I tried to find information on the Internet, because I didn't know which program to use. I decided to do 2 hours on the Jelly program. Here's what happened:
🔗 🔗
I drank what was in the cup without waiting for it to cool down. My mother made such milk for me almost 26 years ago in a milk cooker, when I was feeding my newborn daughter. Deliciously delicious!
I apologize for such a long message. It's just that I've wanted to buy a pressure cooker for so long that I can't hold back my emotions.

Hello everyone! Made chicken breast rolls the other day at 4002. Nothing fancy. I cut the onions and carrots, put them on the Casserole (I like this frying program better than Porridge). While it was fried, I cut the Bulgarian pepper and tomato, sent it there.Beat off the breasts, greased with crushed garlic and salt, put slices of cheese and pepper inside, wrapped rolls, fastened with toothpicks and fried them lightly in a pan (did not roll in anything). I put it on vegetables, set the Chicken program for 15 minutes. For some time it was heated while the guests were waiting.

Tanyulya ,
since you have (or had) a Brand 6050 pressure cooker, could you compare 4002 with it.
I am mainly interested in whether there is any difference between the temperature modes in the 4002?

My Brand, like a pressure cooker, suits me perfectly, but for the life of me, I don't understand why she needs so many buttons, if the modes differ only in duration. At least, I don't see any more differences, well, except that the frying meat is a little more jovial, and all the rest are the same in temperature. If you close the valve, the pressure will build up, you will not close it - in any mode, approximately the same frying occurs ...
And you here, I see, are discussing different modes. Do they really have a noticeable difference?

Let me not compare, because all pressure cooker multicookers are similar. They differ in valves, the ability to change pressure (so far there are only Oursson 5005 on the market, Brand 6051 should come out soon)
Speaking specifically about 4002
The modes do not differ drastically, of course, but if the same product is cooked in different modes as an experiment, then you can understand how and what.
For example, on Kasha it seems to be gentle heating, but the liquid evaporates.
On Zharkiy, the temperature is not very high, according to observations, everything is stewed there and a lot of broth is formed in this mode.
Casserole, no pressure and the temperature is clearly above 130.
Chicken / Duck I think about 105-110 degrees ... but I do not say
Jellied meat is clearly up to 90 degrees because there is a slow languor.
The soup is also boiling.
I have not tried other modes.

The porridge mode is over. We open the lid. I have no water left (if not calculated, carefully drain the water). We put a piece of butter. Fry the porridge with the lid open in the same mode until there is enough golden brown crust. Often you don't need to stir, otherwise you will get mashed potatoes ...
