Ingredients

Semolina 300 g
Water 125 ml
Salt 1 tsp
Vegetable oil 3 tsp

Cooking method

  • We mix semolina with salt, add vegetable oil (I have ordinary sunflower oil).
  • Add water in parts, mixing semolina to make a dough that can be kneaded with your hands.
  • Knead for about 10 minutes, grains of semolina will cease to be felt, the dough will become very elastic and smooth.
  • We wrap the resulting lump of dough in a film and leave it to rest for 1 hour.
  • After that, we crush the table lightly with flour, knead the dough again and send it to the dough sheeter. It rolls out very easily, I rolled it up to level 5-6.
  • Then go to the noodle cutter and you can go straight to the saucepan, or you can dry it)))
  • Cook for 2-5 minutes depending on the thickness of the paste.
