Ingredients

Dough
Flour 2 stkn
Boiling water 2/5 stkn
Vegetable oil 4 tbsp. l.
Filling
Dry white mushrooms 20 pcs
Buckwheat porridge 1 stkn
Vegetable oil 4 tbsp. l.
Bulb onions 1 PC
Decoction
Water 0,5 l
Bay leaf 3 pcs
Black peppercorns 4-5 pcs
Garlic 2-3 cloves
Parsley (greens)

Cooking method

  • Cooking the filling:
  • Boil the mushrooms in water, pour the broth into a separate bowl, and finely chop the mushrooms and fry them with onions in oil, mix with porridge and knead well into a homogeneous mass.
  • Dough:
  • Pour boiling water into vegetable oil, pour flour into this mixture and quickly knead the dough, knead it thoroughly with your hands, and then roll it out into a very thin layer without adding flour, since this dough does not stick to the board.
  • Dumplings:
  • Cut the rolled dough into 5x5 cm squares, put the filling on each piece and form dumplings.
  • Grease a baking sheet or frying pan with oil, place one layer of dumplings on it and bake in the oven over moderate heat for 12-15 minutes. Then put the dumplings in a pot, pour hot mushroom broth, salt, add spices and put in the oven for 15 minutes.

I didn't have any questions with minced meat. At first with the dough too. Questions began to arise later, when I realized that I took 2 cups of boiling water, and not 2/5 cup. Therefore, there was no question of not adding flour to the table. The dough turned out to be sooooo tender. And in the finished product, it generally tastes little like dough. Rather, tender mashed potatoes soaked in mushroom sauce.
Before putting them in the pot, I did not bake the dumplings, as recommended in the recipe, but fried them in a pan.
The result is a very tasty lean dish!

In general, like this: buckwheat, mushrooms, onions passed through a meat grinder. It turned out really stuffing. The taste is not very good, if someone likes a pronounced taste, add more spices. I put it in the microwave (since there is no suitable equipment for the oven) Half of the liquid spilled out during the boil, half was completely absorbed. As a variety in the post, I highly recommend it!
