Tell me, do you have Vitek, a red-gray color? How it suits you. I stumbled upon him yesterday, everything suits him, but I haven't really read the reviews yet. What is your opinion?
I wrote about my Vitek in detail in the Blender topic. I bought it in May, while there are no complaints, but the main plastic nodes do not inspire confidence. I only use it for cubes and shredders.
For meat I have a meat grinder, for grinding any solid products - Thermomix. For the test - HP and the same Thermomix, so Vitya does not work at the limit of his capabilities. But I took it at a good price and with an additional service program for 2 years. If it gets covered, they'll just give me a new one in the store.

Yes, yes, it will be great with the dough ... Oh, I was really inspired by the purchase. Do you have any in mind? Yesterday I sat until one in the morning, and did not find a suitable one ... Still, however, we want a bread maker
Yeah, in mind I have been suffering for two months now.
As for me, there are excellent options for Bosch Cubix 5529. Power 900 W, a bunch of graters, cuts into cubes, and everything else that the combine can do + the price is nice
And fresh from a completely new compact Boschik is 68885. It is the same in functions as Cubix, but the power is more than 1250 W and a whisk for whipping is included
Here is a topic about Cubix there oh-oh-oh-a lot of useful things
https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=22259.0
There are also very good Kenwood harvesters (there are also many topics on the forum) and they have more nozzles than Bosch, but I personally like Boshiki very much

Tan, that's right, I already have everything except normal cutting for Korean carrots, and it is not convenient for me to cut into a bowl, especially as small as in 1669. I had it, I handed it back, it did not suit me. I took a Vitek cube cutter with a full set of different graters-shredders-blenders-grinders. The quality is certainly worse, but the price, the size of everything and everything else suits me very much.

I was interested in 1388 only because it is without a bowl, but immediately grinds it into a container.
But does she do it well?
1388 Korean carrot makes perfect:

Dear Babushka! And 1388 chops everything well, I'm interested in a shredder, especially cabbage and potatoes in circles?

Slicers 2: 1.2 mm and 2.4 mm. Shink amazingly! But, it is not suitable for blanks. For large volumes, a powerful harvester is better. 1388 is indispensable for salads directly in a salad bowl, vegetables directly in a soup, in a frying pan, fruits directly in a dough or on a pie. After I bought it, I use it every day. There are more salads. I have a Bosch MUM 86A1 combine and I didn't want to assemble and disassemble for the sake of one salad. Now, grace! It takes up little space, it is easy to disassemble / rinse. But, this is my opinion.

... Suitable for me for a change. The harvester has solid discs ... again, personal preference ...

And I think that just in the version of the vegetable cutter, these inserts are justified, they take up less space than solid discs
I am already actively picking up the combine, but 1388 does not go out of my head Pretty she is still

Girls are dear! Today I went to the store, my husband let go and fed our son). So, I went first to MVideo and there I saw a cool thing that cuts fries into fries. It costs 590 and 790 rubles. Then I went to MediaMarkt and, upset, wanted to go home, because Boshik (cubes) is dear to me, but then the manager took me to the meat grinders and said that now there are a lot of attachments for them. I have a Zelmer grinder. She gave me a booklet, which indicated 4 drums (shredder, grater (max i min) and some other, separately there is a nozzle CUBES ... Hurray, I will buy ... And I don’t need an extra device ... And I will buy for potatoes little thing, although she said that maybe the nozzle that releases cubes can work for fries too ...

Girls, good evening everyone! I would like to ask, who already has a Moulinex DJ9058? What feedback do you have about it and how often do you use it? Is it really that simple as on or do the knives become dull over time? I was very fired up to purchase this model, but there are no real feedback from the owners yet. And I'm not more interested in positive reviews, but in the disadvantages of this model. To know what to expect from her.
Marfa Vasilievna
Yes, in fact, there are no sensible reviews yet, because it has been on sale for only a couple of months. So no one will tell you how quickly the knives blunt.
Only something like this:
stupid thing.cooler than any food processor. A portion of Olivier for 16 people was prepared in 3-4 minutes !!! just an irreplaceable thing. It is very easy to slice the fries.

Pros: cuts and shreds very easily and quickly. consumes little electricity. quiet enough. indispensable for cooking large amounts of food

Cons: for shredding cabbage, you have to cut the roach additionally into small pieces
Peking cabbage and crab sticks salad was cooked in 1.5 minutes, including nozzle change. Did an excellent job with the pumpkin.

Pros: easy and quick to disassemble and clean, quiet, stable

Cons: no potting attachment

I had to go peel the onion and chase it out on a shredder. The bulb turned out to be very large, I should have cut it smaller, but I only cut it into 4 parts and barely squeezed it in. Usually, I take a small onion and it makes rings.

Vera, please tell me: do chopped vegetables get stuck inside the drum at large volumes? I have this type of Moulinex grinder attachment and over time I have a problem with drum clogging inside. We had to stop the shredding and knock out the shredded from the inside.

On this shredder, I do not make large volumes, so, for soup frying, onions with carrots or potatoes with onions, or potatoes for pancakes, or grate a couple of apples. She is constantly on my table, always at hand, ready, instead of a grater. And, if you need large amounts of chopping: for conservation, or ferment the cabbage, I can get the Zelmer meat grinder. At the expense of the drums, I don't expect them to completely clog, I always help with a silicone spatula. In the process of work, without turning it off, I carefully insert the spatula into the drum and everything jumps out. I don’t know if I understood it.

Thank you Vera. I did this at one time, and then the spatula caught on and the whole kitchen was in carrots. That's why I bought a 1388 shredder without drums

I use everything. Kitchen 17 sq., Corner work surface, large. Standing: coffee machine, kettle, milk frother, Bosch MUM 86A1 base and electric grinder. Everything else is tidied up in very accessible places and also a loggia. Everything is very conveniently planned out. So the new settlers will be adopted into the family
There will definitely be a report on the device!
