Cupcake with apples for tea

I tried to do it today. Only instead of an apple I threw the raisins. And the oven took 70 minutes ... And at the exit I sprinkled the cake with icing sugar. It turned out just a delight! Thanks for the recipe)))

911zerber
Ingredients: 1kg.
Eggs - 4 pcs.
Butter or spread - 150g. (soft)
Sugar - 150g.
Flour - 450g.
Baking powder - 1 package
Vanilla sugar - 1 bag
Raisins - 1 glass

Preparation:
Beat eggs with sugar with a mixer, pour into a mold, add everything else and turn on the cupcake mode. After the end of baking, leave for another 20-30 minutes in the heating mode.
It turns out delicious!
P.S. I weigh everything on an electronic scale.
I also put the raisins in the box right away, because the dispenser for some reason does not work in the cupcake mode, but on other programs, as expected in 8 minutes. before the end of the batch.
Lydia
911zerber, for some reason I don't like baking muffins in HP, I prefer a multicooker. But I really liked the recipe. Now I will think how much of it is in the cartoon. And I will bake (hopefully)! And please tell me what is a spread? I first met this word ...
Crochet
Lydia ,
A spread is a product obtained as a result of mixing vegetable and animal fat (and a bunch of all sorts of additives), and is proudly called soft butter ... As a rule, spread is sold in plastic trays (jars) ... And still it is better to take butter or regular margarine softened, or a mixture of butter and margarine (IMHO) ...

Good day! The recipes for Delongy 125 have this:
Cake
150 ml milk
1 whole egg + 1 egg yolk
60 g softened butter
250g flour
1 pinch of salt
12g dry baker's yeast
100g sugar
40g cocoa mix with sugar

I think 12 grams of dry yeast is a lot. And how much sugar to add if there is pure cocoa powder?
Pogremushka
I'm not a muffin specialist, but 12 g yeast is really too much in my opinion. I would cut it in half. By the way, somewhere in Temka they said that the cupcakes are distinguished precisely by the absence of yeast in the composition, but are made on a baking powder.
Alexandra
12 grams of live yeast is too much for this amount of flour ... eight is enough
onkolog
Alexandra
eight is enough
Do you mean dry yeast?
Qween
onkolog , I think the cocoa-sugar mixture is a Nesquik type product, replace it as you see fit.
And yeast Alexandra meant dry.

On what setting is this cake offered to bake? This is important, because the product with baker's yeast should be baked in the "Sweet bread" mode, and with chemical yeast, ie baking powder in the "Cake" mode. And there are typos in the instructions.

I also tried to make one, but I did it with apples. I beat eggs with sugar and butter with a mixer, and the rest was mixed with HP. It turned out well, very tasty and beautiful.
My husband ate almost everything with tea at night. The only thing is, I would increase the number of products exactly 2 times, then it will be higher and even more beautiful.
Alexandra
I didn’t mean dry yeast, I don’t bake it at all.
It is fresh (live). I bake at the rate of 2 grams of fresh yeast for every 100 g of any flour. That is, for 500 g of flour, you need 10 g, you can even 8.
But this cake is rich and, as a general rule, you need more yeast. Here is 250 g of flour.Even if you take 2 times the usual amount, you only need 10 grams. But in my opinion this is too much, 8 grams is enough.

I just baked the Kugelhof yeast cake in butter and eggs (see the Temko of the same name) and its dietary analogue (in the Temka about healthy eating) on whole flour, proteins and low-fat cottage cheese. The first one baked at 20, the second at 15 g, but I came to the conclusion that in both cases 15 grams per 500 g of flour in the muffins is enough.

That is, for 250 g of flour - I repeat once again - eight grams of fresh yeast is quite enough.
And pouring 12 grams of dry there is just a crime against the pancreas !!! (IMHO)

And pouring 12 grams of dry there is just a crime against the pancreas !!! (IMHO)
: o Explain this point for me in more detail or please post a link to the info about the relationship between yeast and pancreas. And then with the purchase of a bread machine, the family began to eat more baked goods, naturally with yeast, and it is interesting to know about these frightening details ...
Alexandra
I have no reference, there are complaints from family members about heartburn and pain, and the results of my examination after several months of consuming my breads on dry yeast: exacerbation of pancreatitis.
And there is the result of the last year - baking with sourdough and fresh yeast, dry yeast is strictly excluded, no described phenomena in family members and my ultrasound - the pancreas is in a calm state

Here, this discussion is completely out of place, if there is a desire - go to the topic on healthy eating, or open a separate topic.
Here we are talking about yeast cakes.

Ready to repeat myself: using fresh yeast, you can make an excellent yeast cake at the rate of about 3 grams of fresh yeast per 100 g of flour.

For ordinary non-rich bread made from any flour, the calculation is 2 grams of fresh yeast per 100 g of flour

In a diet cake made from 100% whole grain (wheat wallpaper) flour, and even with bran, completely without oil, on proteins and on zero cottage cheese. having spied an idea in the collection of recipes for Bork, put in addition to 15 g of yeast per 500 g of flour + 4 tbsp. l. bran - also 1 tsp. baking powder. So my cupcake grew higher than the bucket, and for fear of the unbaked top I had to crush it ... Now I think 8 grams of yeast and a teaspoon of loose liqueur would be enough.

The structure of a yeast cake is very different from a cake on one baking powder, these are two different types of baked goods. Yeast - more like Easter cake, but not Easter cake Interesting structure in one word

Here is a photo, and a recipe in Temka about healthy eating.

Cupcakes in a bread maker (recipe collection)
And here is the Kugelhof yeast cake, also on whole flour with the amount of sugar reduced by 3 times, 20 g of fresh yeast per 500 g of flour without the addition of baking powder.

In both cases, the amount of dried fruit is 5 times higher than indicated in the recipe

On what setting is this cake offered to bake?
This recipe from the book suggests the oven on the "Cupcake" mode. And so he did. The result is a dense, almost unbaked chocolate mass, almost unbaked in places. It seems that this recipe was printed in the wrong place in the book. A local recipe for Kugelhof with raisins turned out great.

I really want cupcakes like they sell bricks in the store, such a fat one. Someone tell me the recipe?
Very grateful

Cupcake base:
175 grams of melted butter
175 grams of sugar - I take fructose, it turns out much more fluffy, I recommend
3 eggs
175 grams +3 tbsp. l. flour (in the original recipe there were 3 liters of cocoa, replace with flour)
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 packet vanillin
Hello, a sadomasochist who treats pancreatitis writes to you ..

More to the point, it took me 1:15 minutes for it to bake properly.
I added cocoa, raisins and nuts, 30 grams of fructose with vitamin C, the rest of the usual sugar.

Mental equilibrium was undermined by the smell, and in the morning, with tears in my eyes, I forced myself to spit it out, since I can't do all this now. Thanks to the family, they saved me from the torment and by 10 in the morning there was no trace of the cake

Sadomasochist treating pancreatitis:

Take a look at my topic about recipes and secrets of healthy eating. There are the most dietary cupcakes, without butter, eggs and sugar, and even on oat bran alone. I guarantee that you won't have to spit out the finished cupcakes with tears of disgust
anka2005
Alexandra, thanks, I'll take a look!

True, I sobbed not from disgust, but from the fact that I could not swallow a single piece, but wanted to eat everything in one fell swoop
Alexandra
I understood so, therefore, pitifully and offered

Today I tried to bake a cake in a bread machine for the first time. After reading this Temka, I was a little worried, suddenly it won't work. I took the recipe from the manual for LG:

White cupcake:
wheat flour - 1 cup and 2 tbsp. spoons
salt - 0.5 teaspoon
baking powder - 1 teaspoon
sugar - 0.7 cups
melted butter - 0.3 cups
eggs - 3 pcs.

Cup 230 ml

In a small bowl, combine flour, baking powder and salt. Separate the whites from the yolks, divide the sugar into equal parts. Beat the whites separately with a mixer, gradually adding sugar, beat the yolks with the remaining sugar in a separate bowl. Gradually combine this mixture with the whipped egg whites and flour mixture, while whisking, add the melted butter. Pour the resulting mass into a mold greased with vegetable oil and bake in the KEKS mode. I have it - 1 hour 10 minutes.

To this recipe, I added 2 more tablespoons of infant formula to flour (I have a little son, so there are remnants of the mixture) and raisins.
After baking, I kept the cake on the heating for 20 minutes.
The result is amazing.
Unfortunately, I can't post a photo until I have learned it. But very tasty and well baked.

Help please! I have an LG with a program for making jam, there is no separate baking program, but I really want a cupcake. And if you turn on the stove without a bucket (for example, for Fast bread), and insert the bucket at the right time. Will HP stand up to such bullying?
shade
Peace be with you bakers!
Bellochka and she will turn on without the inserted bucket ???
I somehow tried to skip the batch on my 5004 by removing the bucket
so the stove did not react with the bucket pulled out
of course you can do it differently !!

It seems to me better not to risk it and make a cupcake in the oven or slow cooker (if available).

Thank you for efficiency!!! I probably will not risk it Curiosity prevailed! It works without a bucket!

Guys, please tell me what the cupcake might be missing, that it gets stale already in the morning ?? I make according to LH recipes, the cupcakes themselves turn out to be delicious, but if you don't eat them quickly, then the next day it's already stale: ((
rinishek
strange, I don't get stale for almost a week ... maybe more oil is needed? and also - in the oven, cupcakes (subjectively) turn out better
iren_adler
My cupcakes do not grow stale either, although they rarely live until the next day
rinishek
usually a piece survives to me until the 5th day ... well, no one will need it
shade
Peace be with you bakers!
Judi main components pass ??

Previously, my muffins in the bread maker did not work very well. And recently, a friend bought herself a bread maker and began to bake muffins in it according to her proven recipes. She brought it to me for testing. Delicious. Of course, I copied the recipe from her.
I have already tried it with dried cherries, prunes and walnuts. The tastiest came out with nuts, followed by cherries and lastly by prunes. I tried mixing with a mixer and in a bread maker on dumplings. When kneaded in a bread maker, the cake tastes better. And here is the recipe itself.
-1 egg
-1 cup of sugar
-1 glass of kefir
-2 cups of flour
-100g butter or margarine (I baked with butter)
- half a sachet of baking powder
- half a glass of filling (I put more)
Beat the egg with sugar, then add the rest of the ingredients, of course, mix everything. Baking 1h23min + do not open the oven for another 5 minutes.
Regular faceted glass.
doamna
good day everyone! who can tell you why the middle of the top is not baked on the cake, always damp! recipe from a book offered to the stove!
rinishek
doamna my muffins were not baked in my bread maker. And then I bought a special form for a cake - with a hole in the middle (like a grandma) - and everything is baked perfectly in the oven - much better than in KhP. Still, cupcakes turn out better in the oven, and it seems to me better to mix them by hand
doamna
rinishek, I have trouble with the oven, it’s not successful, it’s some kind of inherently delicious cupcake, all my friends are delighted, I have to cut out a large piece!
rinishek
well ... then in HP you can try to hold it for at least 30 minutes. after baking with keep warm. In general, I will not say that I didn’t have a cupcake at all in HP. According to the recipe from HP, it turned out tasty, with slightly toasted barrels. I learned here that some manufacturers recommend laying a bucket with pegmented paper. I don't have this in the instructions. And one more thing - DO NOT OPEN the HP lid during baking - how to drink? Give me one cupcake, for sure, it suffered from this, and the bread once, due to my impatience or curiosity, went down (I always open the lid from the impatience). In some recipes for cupcakes, it is written so directly about it - do not open the oven! in the first 15-30 minutes.
doamna
rinishek, thanks, I'll try! finally, my dad loves to do it, sometimes my husband! so what will we try with him
iren_adler
doamna, really hold the cake in the bread maker on heating for another 20 - 30 minutes. I also had the same situation, now everything is OK. I've baked a lot of cupcakes already.
klazy
I keep the cupcakes in the HP for a long time - 1.40 min-1.50 (I put 2 baked goods in a row, when the color of the cupcake roof suits me, I turn it off).
while baking cottage cheese and banana muffins a couple of times, they bake perfectly, not like in my old oven: ((
rinishek
hmm, strange ... my cupcake in HP is already fried - the sides are brown. Different HP, different modes, I have baked goods for the cupcake program - 1 hour, if I put on baked goods in a row, I would probably get a coal
tatulja12
I used to bake muffins in my oven. I set the last cupcake for 50 minutes, it’s time to get it, and he has a white roof, set it for another 20 minutes. Propex, but the barrels were very baked. Correctly they say here, probably you need to put the baking for 1 hour, and then not get it for another 30 minutes. Maybe then it will be baked and not burned.
Panevg1943
Greetings to the muffins! I have been using the Moulinex OW 5004 bread maker for a little more than a month. I tried a lot of recipes both from the recipe book attached to the stove and from the recipes on this site. Everything works out great. Cupcake recipe:
Eggs - 4 pcs.
Sugar-220 g
Vanilla sugar-0.5 sachet (if you like, then you can more)
Salt - 0.5 teaspoon
Rum or cognac-2 tbsp. spoons
1 x Lemon (juice) and the zest in the dough.
Butter (softened) or margarine "Pyshka" - 200 g (I baked with butter).
Flour of the highest. grade-450 g
Baking powder (baking powder) -3.5 tsp
Raisins-100 g
Candied fruits (if any) -70 g
P.S Eggs sugar, vanilla. Beat sugar and salt for 5 minutes .. Then add rum, juice, zest, soft plum. butter, wheat flour and baking powder.
Program "Cupcake" (if there is none, then, I think, sweet bread will do). The crust is medium. Baking for 1 hour 10 minutes. Weight 1 kg.
It turns out to be a very tall, ruddy cupcake. Keeps fresh for a very long time. Excellent cut. R.S Water or milk is not needed !!!
Pisec
Hello everybody!
I bought a bread maker and, before starting the baking process itself, I study the mat. part and all .. all .. all ..
Tell me plz, when, for example, in the recipe for a cake it says "Eggs - 4 pcs.", Does it mean adding a whole egg with protein and yolk, or just yolk?
Summer resident
Whole eggs are meant. If separation is provided, then the recipe usually stipulates this
rinishek
Maybe not in the subject - but Muli has great recipes!
Pisec
Summer resident ATP for the answer.
rinishek Now I am almost ripe and will start baking and trying everything. Everything here is so deliciously described and the recipe book has such convincing pictures that I completely agree with you. Now it's just a small matter - start baking and trying.
Nattusik
In my Skier, the cake comes out great. My favorite is white (from the cookbook for the stove). But ... one portion is not enough for us, the oven does not bake two, so I moved into the oven with the cupcake. The recipe is multiplied by 2 plus candied fruits or raisins. Not a cupcake, but a fairy tale.
iren_adler
Agree with Nattusik ... Too small muffins in a bread maker turn out to be Eaten up in almost one sitting. Probably I will also switch to baking in a regular oven.
shade
Peace be with you bakers!
