Good day!
My newly baked bread maker brought me to the forum))
however, like all of you

I got a Panasonic SD-257. For a week I walked all around her and looked closely! Then I read the Instructions for HP and decided to "test" it in the case. Baked according to the "Cupcake" recipe in the "Baking" mode. It turned out very sweet! Simply unrealistically sweet I decided to cool my ardor and baked cakes in a cast-iron frying pan! Then I came back to the idea of home baking again and I thought about the yeast that I never had in my house! There is a lot of different information on this topic on the Internet, so I went to this site and your wonderful forum! A wonderful and surprisingly useful resource for novice bakers As far as I understand, bread can be baked with yeast, or you can use sourdough. You still need to make friends with the latter, and since I had never seen her before and there was no one to teach me, I decided to start with yeast. After reading about various additives that are unpleasant for our body and, in particular, about the existence of thermophilic yeast, I decided to buy the most, in my opinion, optimal yeast (that is, without any declared "harmful" in the composition, such as emulsifiers, conservatives, etc.). ). The assortment in the store was not too large and I opted for SAF-velor yeast (active dry baking yeast). I wanted to find pressed or live ones, which I read about on the Internet, but such variations did not exist in the store. So, as indicated on the package, I diluted this yeast in water and added it on top of the flour that I poured into the water. I started baking at about 22, and at 2 am I happily took out of the bucket my first bread called "Basic", which I baked in the mode of the same name. As it was said here on the forum, I followed Kolobok. He formed so funny that I could not leave the stove! As a result, I got an excellent shape and I was already looking forward to his "birth" The bread turned out to be tasty, soft with a light crust as required And since the fear of an ugly result disappeared and disappeared with the first victory, I swung to Easter, the recipe for which I found on the forum , it is called "Very tasty Easter cake" by Elena Bo with minor amendments for yourself - a wonderful tasty And today I set off in search of a recipe for Keksik. It turned out that the cake differs from Easter in that it is baked with baking powder and without yeast. I was looking for a recipe without alcohol. And I chose this one:

Cupcake with apples for tea

Wheat flour 175g
Sugar 150g
Butter 40g
Egg 3 pcs.
Large apple (preferably sour) 1 pc.
Baking powder or baking soda 1.5 tsp.

1. Beat the melted butter, sugar and baking powder with a mixer.
2. Add eggs and whisk again
3. Gradually add flour to this mixture, mix well until smooth.
4. Cut the apple into thin slices and add them to the dough.
5. Stir everything gently with a spoon.
6. Put the prepared dough into a bucket.
7. Bake for 45 minutes, then leave in a bucket for 7 to 10 minutes.
8. Carefully remove the cupcake and cool on the rack. From Celestine.

I would be grateful if someone comments on it, who baked it, and I would especially like to see a photo of this miracle

And also today I found recipes on how to make Sourdough, grateful to Admin for her work and his presentation and explanations here! So after the cupcake I plan to have sourdough bread. Please advise which recipe is the best to start creating the starter culture? I would also like to see photos of the process of its cultivation!

So I baked my first cupcake in a Panasonic 2502
it is a pity, but in his book of recipes there are not enough and especially under Panas I didn’t tell anything on the internet - if someone points a finger somewhere on the adapted recipes I will be glad.
So on the topic.
Baked cupcake
2 eggs,
1 can of condensed milk,
200 gr. draining. oil (I thought I needed 100, 200 too)
0.5 tsp baking powder
200 gr. flour

in the end, he threw it all as it is and put it on kneading according to the dumplings program for 18 minutes
at the last minute, I threw a handful of raisins for the test, which stood for 3 minutes in boiling water and which I then blotted with a napkin in order to remove excess moisture. the raisins were mixed and I put them on the baking for 60 minutes. at 60 minutes the cake was not ready yet and butter was bubbling out of it a little. baked for another 20 minutes
in the end, everything is delicious, but somehow not airy, and you need 100 grams of butter

In general, I still have a kettle in this matter, I use a bread maker for about two weeks. But what I will say, do not be afraid to experiment, everything is baked, only the recipes need to be slightly adjusted for each bread maker. And the cupcakes are baked well.

And I'm sitting upset because the cupcake didn't work out! Ranas 2501, recipe for summer cakes, kneaded, laid everything as per the recipe and for 60 minutes. Delinknulo, stood for 10 minutes, the top was not tanned, one might even say pale. The paper stuck to the cupcake or vice versa the cupcake to it. The truth still stands on a stand, the taste is really nothing, shabby, even very (is it a joke 380 ml of condensed milk). But let's try again! We will not surrender without a fight!

What's the difference for which stove recipe? The recipes are universal and suitable for any HP! Choose any recipe you like and you will be happy !!!

For Eugup
The cupcake was finally baked properly today! Delicious, recipe from Eugup, thank you! I sent thanks to the author. I did everything according to the recipe, only I was "stupid" when I started program 19 and thought that kneading the dough for 20 minutes according to the program is a lot, well, in a word, I put the ingredients, everything is kneading and then the thought is at 7 minutes, but you just need to press STOP and that's it , here's 5-6 minutes for you. Live and learn!

Cupcakes in a bread maker (recipe collection)
This cake is made of 1st grade flour + peeled rye in a ratio of 1 to 1, sour cream was used instead of butter. Recipe from Eugup.
That's for sure, Alishar, live and learn!
And about "What's the difference for which stove the recipe?" I can say the following: different order of bookmarks, baking temperature, etc. The recipes may not differ, but the technology for making cupcakes in different HPs is different... Something like this...
k.alena
If the cake mixes HP, then the order of laying is not important (or rather, it is better to lay liquid and dry ingredients in the same order as the bread). I consider butter as liquid, because some recipes even indicate - to melt.
The order is important if you knead with a mixer (usually it is indicated in each recipe), and then baking - this is also the same for all ovens, only you set the time, and the temperature + - 5C does not matter.
Although my HP has a special porgamma "Keks", it is heated during kneading and the butter is melted, so I use the butter directly from the refrigerator. Although later you still need to intervene, since the program assumes a proofing of 20 minutes. (apparently for yeast-based muffins), and then baking.
Crochet
Quote: k.alena

the program assumes a proofing of 20 minutes. (apparently for yeast cupcakes)
No, well, it's somehow not serious, 20 minutes for a yeast cake is clearly not enough. And for a cake on baking powder / soda, these 20 minutes are not at all necessary.
In my HP, on the "Keks" program, after a short kneading, baking starts immediately.
k.alena
For me this moment remained incomprehensible, since the stove is programmable and I safely excluded it. By the way, in the instructions there are muffins with the addition of yeast

By the way, in the instructions there are muffins with the addition of yeast
k: -Xalena, soda / baking powder muffins with yeast? In my instructions, this also has a place to be, to be honest, I have not tried it.
Or did you mean just yeast cupcakes?
k.alena
The recipe is just by leaps and bounds, but I have not tried it.
Crochet
k.alena
And, well, just by leaps and bounds, this is understandable, bread from the category of Easter cakes, brioches and others like them. Confused by a 20-minute proofing ... after all, it's very little for a yeast cake ...

Good evening everyone!

An old dream came true, I still persuaded my husband to give me a bread maker, chose a model for a long time, climbed a bunch of forums and read a bunch of reviews, but my husband, as always, did his own thing and chose himself.
And so I became the owner of the Moulinex OW3101 Uno. The bread maker is not bad, but the recipes are full of tension, and if there are more or less, then the additives are such that you cannot find in our Krasnodar, and with the proportions, in my opinion, shoals, so that saved me from disappointment in my ability to prepare your forum. The main thing is to add the ingredients in the sequence in which it is written in the instructions.
I want to say many thanks to the members of the forum, I learned a lot of new and interesting things from you. So I've been making fun of my bread maker for a month and a half now, baking bread every other day, mostly according to recipes from the forum, and everything turns out great. At least my husband and daughter like it and we stopped going to the store for bread :))
But then I decided to bake a cupcake for the first time, reread everything that was written in this topic and finally decided to take a chance.
I want to say right away that this mule model has a cupcake mode, but it lasts 2 hours 06 minutes (of which 23 minutes are kneading, 1 hour 43 minutes are baking), by weight only 1 kg, well, crusts can be choose three types, o and additives such as raisins, etc. are added on signal 5 minutes before baking.
In general, I took Celestina's recipe for "apple cupcake for tea", but with the addition of raisins and nuts (as advised further, sorry, I did not remember your nickname). The only thing that I did not like in the recipe, first beat the sugar, butter, eggs and baking powder (30 seconds) in a mixer, poured it all into a bucket, and added flour on top, turned on the cupcakes program (I have it number 13) and gave it to the bread maker the opportunity to work, and apples, raisins and nuts were added at the signal of a mule. The result is like this: the crust is uniform, brown, absolutely not burnt (I did not use paper), it rose badly, but here I’m probably my own fault, since I threw a little less baking powder than in the recipe (the infection ended), the dough is slightly wet, although it can if my hungry people would not have demanded to cut a hot cake and give it to them right there for tea, then it would not be the same if the cake had stood for a while))), but again everything was baked wonderfully, and the main thing turned out to be very tasty, really ate my troglodytes in twenty minutes. So I can't say what would have happened if he had lain down a little))
So thank you all for the tips and wonderful recipes.

Z. Y. I thought about writing for a long time or not, but still decided, you never know who will help)))
Unfortunately, I didn't manage to insert the photo, otherwise it would have shown.

Z. Y. S. And I apologize for the mistakes in the text)))

Cupcakes in a bread maker (recipe collection)
Elena-2012
Hello.
I am new, for a year now I have been the owner of a Panasonic 256 bread machine and for a year now I have been reading and licking my lips at this forum. I came to you for help.
I didn't bake a lot, because nothing turns out, it turned out once from the book of recipes for Panasonic and Easter cake.At the moment, I still want to master baking and bake delicious pastries in it. For the third day I have been fighting over a cupcake - the dough is not baked. I took the recipe for a cupcake from this forum, it includes jam.

I don't remember the recipes in which topic I found, here is their composition (the statements in the recipes are not mine):

1. Cupcake

eggs -2 pcs.
kefir-1 glass
jam, jam-1 glass
flour-2.5 cups
soda-2 tea. spoons / but I have been using baking powder lately, it does not need to be extinguished with vinegar /
It really turned out to be a little "sticky" inside, I must try to do it today.
Maybe from other products it will turn out differently.

By the way, as a former food technologist, I believe that "the sticky effect is from kefir
or instead of kefir - drinking fruit yogurt and I give 1 tsp. soda (not quenched)
-----------------------------------------------
2. Delicious cupcake, when there are not many products at home, and the reluctance to run to the store used to bake a pie in the oven for two cakes and grease with sour cream.
All products should be at room temperature
3 eggs
220 g sugar
250 ml of any jam, I had strawberry (if large pieces come across in the jam, you can grind it in a blender)
250 ml of kefir
1 tbsp baking soda
1 tbsp vinegar
420 gr flour
Beat eggs with sugar, add jam, kefir. Quench the baking soda with vinegar and pour into the dough. Let the mixture stand for 2-3 minutes, it will increase in volume. Add flour. If there are nuts, you can add 100 grams. Stir well so that there are no lumps. Bake on baking mode for 1 h 20 min. I greased the form with vegetable oil, for safety reasons, do not get it right away, but let it cool slightly and then cool on the wire rack.
Can be served with whipped sour cream with sugar, ice cream.

-----------------------------------
Of these two recipes, I made according to the first, instead of kefir I added yogurt:
2 eggs, 1b. drinking yogurt (290g) Danone, 1 h. l. soda, 5 tbsp. l. jam is not full, 2.5 glasses of flour.
I beat the ingredients with a mixer, first the eggs, then added yogurt, soda, jam, flour. I baked in the Baking mode 1h 20m, did not open the lid. The cupcake is not baked and burnt. What I did wrong?

Dear moderators, if I wrote a message in the wrong place, move my message to the appropriate topic.

Thank you. Could this be the problem? I'll try again tomorrow

I read the book that is attached to the bread maker, there is a recipe for Dachny cake, they add baking powder and soda to the eggs themselves, and then flour

Please give me a link where you can read the technology (what modes) of baking cupcakes and putting (mixing) ingredients and other baked goods in Panasonic 256.

Take a better recipe from the site (any, to your taste), and not from a book, which was baked by a lot of people and left reviews with possible jambs. In recipes, both the order of the bookmark is described in detail, and the baking time. And put the book away and return to it (if you really liked the recipe), when you hit your hand and you yourself understand what is wrong with it I myself am not a super specialist to sort the recipe out on the shelves, I bake what is on the site - there were no punctures once
Elena-2012
Urrrah! It turned out a cupcake ... Thanks Elena Bo and k.alena

Yesterday I sat reading this topic, I read all 22 pages, as I understood baking powder is always added at the end!.

Well, from me a recipe (found on the Internet), although it was attached to the DAEWOO bread maker, model DI - 3207S

South night chocolate cupcake

200 g flour
80 g butter (soft, keep at room temperature for at least 3 hours)
80 ml milk
80 ml granulated sugar
1-2 tablespoons of grated chocolate (you can milk or bitter, as you like)
3 tablespoons cocoa powder
baking powder (1-2 tsp)
a pinch of salt
Optionally, you can add 1 tbsp. a spoonful of liquor and raisins, nuts.
Place the food in the bucket of the bread machine, place it on program 8, mix until
homogeneous mass.
Switch to program 12 (baked goods).
Can be served as a cupcake, can be smeared with cream, or can be used as
basis for making a very tasty and unusual cake.
Tell me, where can I insert recipes for meat puddings and meat and fish dishes prepared in HP DAEWOO, model DI - 3207S? The recipes are not mine...
Maybe in other HPs you can cook these dishes

I have a question. Girls, who has Mulka 2000, on program 9, will there be a sound signal for adding raisins and other things? Now I'm baking a cupcake, of course I haven't added raisins yet, but the instructions for the bread maker say that program 9 without adding additives

Hello, dear forum users! Please tell a beginner: the recipes say - 1.5 hours. l. baking powder or soda. But I always, when baking in the oven, replaced the soda with baking powder in proporation - 1 hour. l. soda = 2 hours. l. baking powder. Is it the same here, or not? Or doesn't it matter? I want to try everything, but scary. You put the dough in an already preheated oven, and the cotton, as I understand it, starts to heat up only when you press "start"?

Cupcakes in a bread maker (recipe collection)

Proceeding from the fact that the bread maker should bake, I tried not to interfere with the baking process itself (I am lazy, and this is what the machine is for so that we are lazy). I left eggs, sugar, juice, zest in HP and switched on the "dough" mode for literally a couple of minutes while everything was stirred. Then he switched to the "cupcake" mode, threw the flour (mixed with baking powder) and did not squeak with his legs up until he squeaked - threw pieces of lopelsin and further torment the sofa. At the end, I turned on "baking" for 20 minutes. It turned out to be crumbly, moderately sweet. True, I added 50 grams of wine and 20 grams of alcohol. Orange scored the aroma of the wine, the taster might have caught something, I would. Alas, I did not feel anything alcohol splashed from the calculation that it was looser (I think so). I filmed a webcam in a fotik, the battery died.

structure:

eggs - 4 pcs.
juice of 1 orange
margarine - 200g.
sugar - 200g.
zest from one orange
flour - 450 gr.
baking powder - 2 tsp. (I have a homemade one)
salt - 0.5 tsp l.
pieces of pulp from one orange (preferably without the skin)

Hello! Still, I decided to try to bake a cake in cotton. I took the recipe from a book for x / p - "Keks".
Flour - 175g
Sugar - 1175g
Oil drain. - 175g
Eggs - 3pcs
Cocoa - 2 tbsp. l
Baking powder - 1.5 hours l
Beat butter with sugar, add eggs, beat again, gradually add flour with baking powder, stir and divide into two parts. Add cocoa to one part of the dough. Put the dough into the mold one by one.
I poured out the flour immediately and stirred with a mixer at 1 speed. She did not divide the dough, but added cocoa to the eggs and butter and stirred. I love the vanilla taste and smell very much, so I added half a bag (1.5 g bag) of vanillin to the flour.

The result is a delicious cupcake.
Recently I decided to repeat, so to speak, to consolidate the passed material, to bake this cake. I beat the butter, beat in the eggs, continue to beat, suddenly the mixer froze. The first thought - broke (how much we are used to blaming the technique). But it turns out that the electricity was turned off. I was so upset, I think what to do, while the light is turned on, my eggs and butter will disappear (we have it turned off for half a day). A large bowl will not fit into the refrigerator, covered it with a film, carried it to the balcony. On the way, I was just surprised at myself: I’m already, I have an oven, bake this cake there, since there is no light. How! A week without a year with a bread maker, and already forgot about the oven.

Make the dough, divide into 2 parts, add cocoa to one part (dilute in water). Bake for 50 minutes. Cover the bottom with parchment.
I baked this cupcake without cocoa, and with raisins, and according to the recipe. The result was great everywhere.

Yesterday I baked this cupcake in Kenwood 256. very tasty! but there is one thing ... I baked on the BAKING-1 hour program, the top is a little damp. What's wrong?

I bake for 1 hour 10 minutes, no less. If your HP allows, then after checking the cake with a stick and it is damp, add 10-15 minutes

Girls, I baked a sour cream cake, I am delighted. I have never baked in HP, only bread, and this is such a beauty, and very simple.

Valeria, yes. I really liked it. set and forgot. took it out and enjoy everything. But yesterday I tried on the CEX function, and raw. set an hour to bake !!!!! on baked goods and still damp .... well, don't go to waste, cut into slices and browned in an airgil. But I realized that I needed to bake at Bakery. And for whom is the KEKS program? In general, 1 hour 20 minutes is enough for me on the BAKING program.

Tatyana, I usually bake this recipe according to Alexandra https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=187.0, only with cocoa, as it was originally. Everything is baked in my DeLongy. Although there in the program Keks for some reason still proving 20 minutes. I remove it, and the baking is 40 minutes, I put 50. Still, the programmable oven is not replaceable for me

Alena, and I really liked the sour cream cake, because there are only 30 grams of butter and not 150 ...

Yeah, even while the program is running, you can stop and add / subtract, within the specified limits, of course.
It may not be baked due to the fact that in Alexandra's recipe the flour is 175g, and in your 280g ... the size is larger, and it needs more time, respectively.

Today we baked a Chocolate Cupcake from Nyashka! I highly recommend to people suffering from heartburn! It really tastes like solid soda, so be careful !!!
