One of the most valuable products obtained in the processing of pine nuts is pine flour. It is a white, sweetish powder with a light cedar aroma.
Nutritional and healing properties of cedar flour are the qualitative composition of fats, proteins, minerals and trace elements of pine nuts. Pine nut fat is characterized by a high content of polyunsaturated fatty acids (linoleic acid). Proteins (40%) of pine nuts are easily digestible, characterized by a high content of amino acids (arginine 20%), which are important for the development of a growing body, therefore, it is necessary in the diet of children, adolescents, pregnant women. Pine nuts are valuable carriers of fat-breaking vitamins E, F.

The consumption of cedar flour increases the body's defenses, strengthens the immune system. Flour from the kernel of pine nuts helps to improve the activity of the cardiovascular system, a balanced metabolism in the body, normalize blood pressure. It is very useful for people who have had serious illnesses. Vegetable cream and lean milk made from cedar flour have long been used for medicinal purposes. These products are twice as fat as cow's cream, more than 2 times more fat than meat and 1.2 times more than eggs, but do not contain cholesterol.

On the site of Kedrograd I found "Ten original recipes for cedar pancakes", using cedar crumbs, cedar oil, cedar cream, pine nuts.

For example: Recipe 6. Cedrograd pancakes
For pancakes:
- 100 gr. flour,
- 50 gr. dry cedar cream,
- 1/2 tsp. salt,
- 200 ml of milk,
- 40 ml of pine nut oil,
- 2 eggs,
- 300 gr. cheese,
- pine nut kernels to taste,
- 300 ml of yogurt,
- 50 gr. cedar chips.

Cooking pancakes:
Combine flour, cedar cream, salt, milk and eggs. Stir in 30 g of pine nut oil. Leave on for 15 minutes. Mix cedar chips and cheese with yogurt and dill. Season with salt and pepper. Bake pancakes in the remaining oil. Put the prepared pancakes on a dish and keep in the oven preheated to 70 degrees. Put the filling on the pancakes, roll up and decorate, if desired, with pine nut kernels, paprika, herbs or dill inflorescences.

Recipe 8. Oat pancakes with cedar chips

For pancakes:
- Wheat flour 1.5 cups,
- oat flour 1.5 cups,
- milk or water 3 glasses,
- 1/2 cup cream,
- egg 3 pcs.,
- pine nut oil 2 tbsp. spoons,
- cedar chips,
- yeast 30 g,
- salt to taste.
Cooking pancakes:
Pour lukewarm milk into a saucepan, dissolve yeast in it. Mix the wheat and oat flour in a bowl and add it to the pan with milk and stir well. Let the dough rise. Add egg yolks crushed with salt and sugar, loose pine nut oil into the dough that has come up, stir everything well. Beat the egg whites and cream separately, combine them and gently insert into the dough. Let the dough rise again and bake the pancakes as usual. Sprinkle the pancakes with cedar chips to taste.

Recipe 3. Cheese pancakes with cedar cream

For the test:
- 4 tbsp. wheat flour,
- 2 tbsp. spoons of cedar cream,
- 4 tbsp. milk,
- 4 eggs,
- 40 gr. yeast,
- 300 gr. cheese (any),
- 1 tsp. Sahara,
- salt to taste.
Cooking pancakes:
Heat the milk, add yeast, sugar, salt, flour, knead the dough, add the yolks, cedar cream and leave for 20 minutes. to a warm place. Then grate the cheese on a coarse grater, add the whipped proteins, mix everything and bake, serve hot with butter for coffee.

I think that dry cedar cream can be replaced with the same amount of cedar flour.
To make cedar cream - I would add some cedar flour to regular cream.
