Who will tell you how to properly cook oatmeal in water for an ulcer (stomach ulcer), during an exacerbation of the disease?

What proportions of oatmeal - water need to be observed?

I did not find anything like it here ...

Inna, oats for what, for the broth? The oats themselves are very coarse, even flakes. During exacerbations, I eat thin rice and drink water from boiled potatoes and oats, cook it 1: 5 and in a drushlag
Elfa
Crochet, Inna, I take oat groats, for example, the manufacturer "Altai Fairy Tale", not crushed, not Hercules; pour water 1: 4; I put in the cartoon on the Children's food program; it's in Redmond 02; cooks for about an hour; and most importantly, after cooking, I leave it on the heating overnight. Gorgeous soft healthy stubborn porridge by the morning.
But I do not know how it is with an ulcer, I just described the mechanism as I cook oatmeal from cereal, so that it is soft.
Svetta
Crochet, Innusik, oatmeal needs only small flakes, in no case whole or coarsely crushed. I cooked for my ulcer husband in a ratio of 1: 4, and in a cartoon 1: 5 (it takes longer and more to cook there).

Or maybe even ground.
I remember, in Soviet times, there were sold boxes with such ground oatmeal called "Tolokno". We then bought it for feeding babies. My grandmother called this oatmeal Oatmeal jelly.
Now I have not seen oatmeal on sale, but if you have a simple coffee grinder, it is not difficult to make it yourself.

Instead of cereals, you can take TOLOKNO oatmeal, barley (sold in diet products)
Leave the milk in the recipe completely vegetable, or replace it with water.

Biryusa, only, this is not just chopped oats, it is crushed in a mortar (traditionally) or ground in a mill (in industrial conditions) flour made from pre-steamed, dried, lightly roasted and refined cereals (oats). And now you can buy, though you have to look. I bought recently, but it's not for everybody, I didn't really like the taste, I let it in baked goods

This is called ONLY. Sold in the supermarket, groceries, cereals, or diet foods. As a rule, these are small boxes.

I did this for myself: I soaked soft or medium flakes for half a day, 1 tbsp. flakes per 1 liter of water. Stir well regularly until white oat milk appears. In the evening, after stirring, I poured this milk through a fine sieve, squeezed it out, took a part, slightly diluted it and boiled this milk, it turned out jelly. I ate it without salt and without sugar a little warm.
Doctors have approved this method. But it was almost 18 years ago, suddenly there are new ways.
I got so used to this porridge-jelly that I still drink it (though now I ferment it, but it's not for ulcers).

I also made such milk once, but in fact I did not notice the difference with oatmeal broth.

Crochet, Innulya, look at Tolokno, now it is already on sale everywhere. You can not even cook it, but simply pour it with water or milk, it will be even healthier.
Antonovka
And I cooked a liquid porridge from long-playing flakes and beat the finished one with a blender-leg

I support Elena-Elfa, I do everything the same way and from the same, only the cartoon I have Kukku and the program "Porridge". You can also walk with a blender after a night of bruising (but my husband is not completely puree ...
But I just don't use any cereal for food, just indulge in baking for texture (cookies, bases for cheesecakes, etc.) or decorate and sprinkle bread.
Her own grain grinder, like Tanya's-Admin, no, but the store flakes are already energetically empty (the destroyed grain quickly loses ...) - this, of course, IMHO, I do not enter into disputes

after so many treatments what remains useful in them

For ulcers, mucus is important, and it is formed during cooking, another thing is that oatmeal can not be boiled for as long as flakes or, even more so, oatmeal.

I do not rinse when I cook porridge, and there is a lot of mucus, but I only take long-boiled flakes.

She doesn't have her own grain press, like Tanya-Admin, and the store flakes are already energetically empty (the destroyed grain quickly loses ...)

Ira, I tried to make thin flour on the attachment to the meat grinder and to the Kenwood combine.
It turns out great, the flour depends on the selected grinding fineness mode, down to the finest flour. I have a zelmer meat grinder, and a "mill" attachment for it. I ground into flour even a mixture of homemade cereals, which I have come across. I want to bake something out of such flour.
