I will share my impressions of the new frying pan.
Frankly speaking, everything is not easy. Evokes philosophical thoughts about dualism ...
The appearance is amazing - design, weight, ergonomics.
It is in relation to the functional that this very duality exists, that is, the product either sticks or does not. And I do everything "according to the book". And all the same.
One thing pleases. Personally, I like it more than I dislike it.
Sorry if I'm confused.
PS. It seemed that the frying pan did not like washing in the PMM.

PS. It seemed that the frying pan did not like washing in the PMM.
And how is this expressed? Has it become more sticky?
marinastom
Yeah. After two frying, it passed.
Song
marinastom, Marina, do you use it constantly or from time to time? What do you prefer?
marinastom
Anh, from time to time. Three slow cookers and a slow cooker. You yourself understand. I do the frying in the Ikeevskaya frying pan for 90 rubles.
By the way, the other day my husband fried pike perch in a micro grill. He liked the frying pan.
mr.Catlery
marinastom
Tell me, what kind of stove do you have? About PMM: please explain in more detail pls. what did you dislike or caused any doubts / concerns? This type of care does not affect the functionality of the frying pan.
marinastom
Gas stove Mora. The hob size was medium. After washing in the PMM, the remains of the previous oil from the walls were not washed. I washed it by hand, with a sponge without abrasive. When used after this wash, the product stuck. Subsequent times flawlessly.
I repeat once again: I try to use it according to the instructions regarding the temperature regime and the amount of oil.
mr.Catlery
marinastom
In terms of following the instructions, I have no doubts about you, I just wanted to know all the initial data ... For pans made of stainless steel, without AP coating with TRS (this also applies to a frying pan of the Lotus series with microgrill), there is such a phenomenon as an edge carbon deposits (formation of a film of polymerized oil). On different dishes, the cooking temperature can differ significantly and the higher it is and the period of use is longer, the higher the likelihood of such formation. If it is practically absent on cutlets, scrambled eggs, etc., then it may well be on pancakes. This is due to the temperature difference between the bottom and the wall of the container. Where at the bottom there is an aluminum layer (TPC), a film does not form, but at the point where the surface transitions from the bottom to a vertical wall, which has a noticeably lower temperature, this is just what it can be. This film is really badly removed by dishwashing chemistry. Here you cannot do without manual cleaning. Fine abrasive cleaners can be used to clean this dirt. for stainless steel type CILIT or Elite (Lenbythim). This will not affect the microgrill and its subsequent functionality in any way (tested during long-term use). The polymerized film of oil must be removed, since it is sticky and will contribute to the burning of the product in this place and it will come into contact with this contamination, and not with the surface of the pan. In these cases, I would recommend a different care algorithm: first, thoroughly clean manually those places where there are signs of carbon deposits, and then wash the entire product in the PMM. With this design of the container, it is unfortunately not possible to completely eliminate this phenomenon. We are now working on how to minimize, and if it works out, to completely eliminate the appearance of carbon deposits. The same deposits form over time and on non-stick coatings, only more slowly and they are less noticeable due to the color of the coating. Moreover, it is much more difficult to remove them from the surface of the AP, due to the limited set of cleaning agents that can be used without harm to the coating. On cast iron and steel pans, this carbon deposit generally serves as an anti-corrosion protection for the surface. It should also be taken into account that such a film of polymerized oil is a carcinogen that is completely unhelpful for the body.
marinastom
Thank you, I see.
But I will clarify again, it stuck not to the walls, but to the bottom, where there was no visible "oil". For myself, I concluded: this frying pan will cost without a typewriter, if only the lid is very dirty. Pens are not ashamed to talk to her.
mr.Catlery
marinastom,
If it suddenly stuck to the bottom, then yes, most likely there was no oil film in this place. I usually drip oil, spread it thoroughly with a cooking brush over the entire surface of a preheated frying pan, and look at the reflection so that the entire surface shines. PMM has absolutely no negative effect on either the microgrill or the pan as a whole, so it's up to the owner to use it or not.

To giggle, or what? ... We read again: "...carefully clean it by hand ... and then wash it in the PMM ". Why shove it in the PMM then ?! Of course, if the frying pan was 2 meters in diameter, as in advertising, then the algorithm will do.
Man, you and Mr. Ketleri is this kind of frying pan you are discussing? Manechka, then your stove is no joke. Can you take a picture?
It’s even biting ... I turn off the Internet
marinastom
I also drew attention to this amusing algorithm. Well, the bosses know better.
mr.Catlery, I always have a brush on the railing next to the stove, especially after studying the instructions.
mr.Catlery
Wit,
Well, and you are an ulcer, Mr. Vit. To clean it by hand, I recommended only those places where carbon deposits formed, and PMM is to your taste, for those who love perfect cleanliness.

So, gentlemen! I have a help ...
My neighbor finally left for Belarus with money and an accompanying piece of paper, written in detail by me, for the Kukharovskaya frying pan with a microgrill surface (I chose the Lotus classic).
Today he calls on Skype - "Help! All the sellers were puzzled, no one knows! ..."
I find out that she is in Vitebsk (maybe they don't sell these dishes there, - Mr. Kettlery?)
In short, there is now only hope for Moscow, where her visit to relatives will continue on the trail. week. I hope that at least there she will find her, who will tell you? Or will I have to bury my dream? ... ...
Damn, I was hoping that in Belarus these dishes are everywhere and in sufficient quantities ... And they, he says, today, bypassed a bunch of shops ... here's an ambush ... I'm "lucky", as always ...
Muscovites, do you even have these dishes? Or, too, by pull? Or not everywhere? Write at least where to look, otherwise she was already upset because of me ...

And what is the grief? The market is full of stainless dishes, I have been frying for six 6 years with the first one I come across and I don’t fight to change it, I suspect that my grandchildren will get it.

thanks, answered!

Biju, Duc, I don't seem to live in the woods either, but for a long time I have had everything "the first that came across" - sent to the dacha or donated to those who do not.
In the process of life I learned to select things, according to a different criterion. And it is justified.
This is what she intends to share with her grandchildren.

Or the scratches may be deep, with damage to the primer, in which case further use is not desirable, but nothing terrible will happen anyway.

If there is a scratch to aluminum - throw it away? And if it is the only point? It's a shame.
And how do you know if the primer is already damaged?
Margit

They are sold in our city, try to write to them, maybe they will be sent to your city, if not, I can send.

Aluminum. I understand that it was impossible to rub it, etc., but otherwise it was impossible to tear it off.

Oh, what will happen? Am I shamelessly scrubbing aluminum with a metal sponge? No ???

Sure you may. An oxide film from damage forms instantly, otherwise aluminum simply could not exist.

Why have they pounced on Bergh's pans? I have a completely awesome stewpan with a glass-ceramic coating, not that nothing sticks to it, everything just rolls off and flows from it, look.
But actually I wanted to ask who knows what about the Frybest "Rainbow" frying pans, specifically the pancakes are of interest - the reviews on them are painfully good ... And then my Neva-metal hasn't been that right lately ... and a large frying pan is also from the same manufacturer too, not that and began to be covered with rust ... So I think what could I bring ...

Girls, especially from Ukraine, recommend a baking dish for muffins and muffins (interested in 12pcs). Your advice. Price-quality ratio.
And then there are so many of them, and I don't know what to take. I read that the successful outcome of baking depends not only on the dough and the oven, but also on the dishes. Some complain that it burns (despite the fact that the non-stick coating) or cupcakes are taken in a heap (((I don't want to just buy a thing.
Thank you )

Are there any owners of SWITZERHOF cookware among you, looking for reviews but so far to no avail. Can express your opinion, I will be very grateful.

I have two such pans since Soviet times, silumin. I fry everything on them. I like the one where the lattice with a side of about 0.5 cm is more pleasant. The second is smaller, it burns to it more often.

vatruska, marinastom, thanks for the answer, one is from the Soviet military, I found it by accident, so I won't throw it away, maybe it will come in handy

That's the way it should be. The chain price will be raised at times. The trademark of the SNG Zepter is to raise the price above the roof. I successfully threw this photo.
