Ingredients

Cooking method

  • 1. Take out the pulp from the zucchini with a spoon, but not through. Cut the pulp into small pieces.
  • 2. We make minced meat for zucchini.
  • We cut the onion, three carrots, add the pulp of the zucchini - fry everything in a pan.
  • Add minced meat. I used chicken breast - chopped finely with a knife.
  • Season with salt and spices.
  • 3. Stuff the zucchini with the minced meat.
  • I put the zucchini in a baking dish.
  • 4. Make the sauce for the zucchini.
  • Fry tomatoes (coarsely chopped), sweet pepper, pumpkin in cubes in a frying pan (a piece remained, attached to the sauce). Add salt and spices.
  • Carcass vegetables until moisture evaporates (but do not dry out). I add fresh parsley and mix.
  • 5. With the resulting mixture I fill the empty spaces in the mold between the zucchini.
  • I combine a bag of cream (200 ml) with 150 grams of sour cream, stir, add, and pour this mixture into the zucchini in a mold - pour the zucchini almost completely to the top of the mold.
  • I put the mold in the oven and set the temperature to 180 * C.
  • After 30 minutes, I reduce the temperature to 160 * C and bring the zucchini to readiness.
  • In the process of cooking, I water the zucchini with the resulting creamy filling several times.
  • 6. Now I sprinkle the prepared zucchini with grated cheese on a coarse grater (it is better to use a soft cheese like Lambert). I increase the temperature to 190 * C so that the cheese will quickly bake to a crust - about 5-7 minutes.
  • 7. Now you can take the courgettes out of the oven and serve.

This is how I taste the new oven! Rather, I cook something like that, but I haven't tried it with such filling. Should be super delicious. I stuff the zucchini in the same way, but on top I put a tomato ring, an onion ring and a little drip of mayonnaise, then into the oven, 5 minutes before the end of cooking, I crush it with cheese.
