Ol, in Panas there is also an inconvenient "step" in the extinguishing mode .. (a multiple of 1 hour) .. well damn I need only 1.5 hours and what to do? : pardon: either for an hour or for two you have to bet!

Is it in the new what is such a miracle for an hour?

In old ones for half an hour

Polinka, in Dex and Libertons, too, extinguishing starts from an hour. Only in little Liberton, you can add time from 10 minutes, and in Dex, from a minute and so on to 60 minutes.
well, it means that there is nothing outstanding in shivaki in terms of extinguishing.

today I finally took my shivaki from the new post office. seduced by the price of 415 UAH :-)
entrusted her to cook borscht. preset time 40 minutes on the program SUP. I was afraid that there would be little, but everything was cooked, the rabbit meat was soft. very tasty borschik came out.
share the recipe for the curd casserole, please, I want to try the pastries.

I did not understand this model.

but you need to study the instructions.
SupercoW
description from the site falcon:
6 programs (buckwheat, porridge, frying, baking, stewing, steaming), functions: keeping the finished dish hot (24h), delayed start (24h), setting the cooking time (up to 24h);

there is no yogurt regime in it. not that I trust internet shops, but if they have it written and Irenochka cannot detect this function, I am inclined to believe that it does not exist.
what is not a reason for a return - non-compliance with the declared information.

and here is a review for the same model from the same site:
November 17, 2012 Oksana:
I cooked a lot. I like pilaf very much, does not burn, crumbly. And an incomparable charlotte (subject to the addition of a baking powder). do not cook soups in a slow cooker.my soup ran out and went numb everywhere, now it is buggy. I try to dry it. I really hope that I will recover. A very good thing.

so overheating is probably the norm for shivaki. sorry, sorry.

Well, in general, my eternal problem is curd casserole. fell again :-( I made according to the recipe given by Polina. I got out with difficulty, the bottom was well fried :-(
Irenochka
Thank you ... I was upset: cray: Then tell me how to make yogurt without a button .... just not in jars, but so .... in a saucepan somewhere I came across that it was necessary to turn on the heating for 1 hour ... and then leave it for another 6 hours ... someone tried it ??? I want yyogurt so much

parchment paper is our everything !!! budget multicooker has bad bowls. I only bake on parchment.
about fell ... hard? I also have it sometimes. I can't analyze why this happens, so every casserole for me with a piece of the lottery - will fall or not. but even if it falls, it is not much. and be that as it may, it does not affect the taste.

maybe I'll try to make a casserole in shivaki the other day. I just have my own cottage cheese, but I don't squeeze it out too much. need to be found dry.

yes, so half fell. cottage cheese, too, a little dry. I'll try to bake something else one of these days.
Polina, you wrote that you kept yogurt for 5 hours. 6 hours a lot? I want to put it tomorrow.

My casseroles and omelettes sometimes fall off when, after baking, they stand for some time in the multitask, even already turned off or on heating, but then the edges bulge up and then fall off, now I prefer to open and pull out almost immediately.

so, I'll right away. After all, I had an impatient child
rusja
it means that the reason was in the dough itself or the degrees of baking, in my Dehe-50 thermoFry, it did not work, I bought a little Liberton with almost half the power and it bakes wonderfully there, the edges fall off from the closed lid

Ol, a small amendment. This is a Dex-50 extinguishing from an hour. Dex-60 can be set from 20 minutes. until the same 4 o'clock

Polinka, I'm throwing another enticement: in Real on Lybidska Dex-60 for a share of 699 UAH. This time I am responsible for the market

GIRLS, OUR INTERESTING AND INFORMATIVE DISCUSSION ABOUT YOGHURT IS HERE.
In general, the whole topic is very good, I advise you to go over it.

Today I tested my saucepan on milk porridge. I was very worried so as not to run away, just in case I ran a strip of oil just above the milk level. I dropped in several times during cooking, the boiling was not intense, probably 90-95 degrees ... The porridge did not run away, now it will be possible to try the timer.

I got milk porridge apparently due to the fact that I dilute the milk with water 50/50, because the pure milk ran sooo far on the Stew, I had to quickly pour it into the mulinex.

but I just wanted to congratulate and suspect that maybe I was so unlucky ...
although not only to me. on the falcon, after all, the girl also wrote that she was boiling very much.

I also dilute milk with water. not 50/50. I add 0.5 liters of water to 1.5 liters of milk. and still runs away.

I was just with butter and wanted to check it out.
not intense boiling ??? my water boiled well. as if the stove was on a normal medium heat. not the largest, but far from small.

will still have to be checked. but I don't want to gnaw off the whole kitchen.
marcy
the boil on the porridge was not very strong, as on low heat. But the oil did not rise above. But even butter could not hold pure milk.

actually, when I did experiments with water, I got the impression that there were less bubbles on the porridge than on the SOUP and STEWING. but remembering the first time with milk porridge, I decided that it seemed to me.

tomorrow I will cook milk in shivaki. with an oil circle. keeping the cams in advance is permitted.
marcy
Yesterday my soup on Soup was boiling stronger than porridge today

We begin to hold our fists.

on the contrary, one should be glad - that a not entirely successful device has passed by. but what a shame it would be to take it and not be able to cook with pleasure.

anything can happen. no need to be upset.
Lud-Mil @
marcy, and borscht on Stew is much tastier than on Soup, it is checked. The stewing is probably weaker than the Soup, is it warming, the boil is not so strong?
marcy
Lyud-Mil @, next. I'll try again. It was my first slow cooker, before that I used a pressure cooker.

By the way, I put the fermented baked milk on. I pray not to spoil, this is my first fermented baked milk

Girls! How do you like this budget option? Very interesting, judging by the description. And cute!
Multicooker Shivaki SMC-8351
Scarlett SC-411

Power 700 W

Bowl volume: 4 l

Snooze timer: 24 hours

LED display

10 auto-cooking programs: jellied meat, stewing, double boiler, yoghurt, soup, frying, homemade products, milk porridge, cereals, baked goods
rusja
700 W, too little power, almost like my 3 HP Liberton. will do everything qualitatively, BUT ... for a long time

elenapr, here we are discussing only shivaki, but with options, please here... And what is the price of this device?

Oh, I'm sorry! I thought that this information would be useful to someone. I read that the girls here were looking for more budgetary ones. And the price ranges from 404 to 480 hryvnia.

Today I had to experience the BAKING mode in a completely random way. I fried potatoes on it. A very tender, softest potato came out. It's a pity only a little (((well, it stuck a little to the bottom of the saucepan, but it's a stone towards the saucepan itself, I had to pour a little more oil, otherwise I somehow squeezed it.

well, I ate nezhaleya))))

played with a timer. At 9 pm I set a delay for 11 hours. I think we'll wake up with our family at 8 and the porridge will be ready ... yeah, right now ...She started cooking after 11 hours. so unusual, in another technique, if you set 11 hours of deferral, then after 11 hours the program will be completed. Or is it the same for all multicooker?
and the porridge without butter still ran away, a little completely, but jumped out of the saucepan
marcy
covered with a copper basin my shivaki. I cooked half of the fish soup and gave me an error E4 ... and truncated. to the service? it will cost me half the cost of this multi to get to the regional center, and even with 2 kids (((and my husband warned ...
Lud-Mil @
How annoying! Maybe he’ll come to his senses, cool down and work? Didn't you try to turn it off from the network and turn it on again a little later?
marcy
tried ... and more than once ...
marcy
how I love my husband, he repaired the multicooker. everything inside was filled with milk, they cleaned it, scrubbed it off, it really doesn't turn on without a saucepan, but it's okay with it. inside there is of course a kick-ass construction, it seems that the cartoon has worked for 10 years already ...
* Anyuta *
Anh, so it all happened because of the porridge that ran away?
marcy
yes, the liquid got inside .... and now it gives an e4 error every other time.

technology on the brink of fantasy ...

And after the pressure cooker I can't make friends with her at all ...
