Ingredients

Raw peeled potatoes 4 things
Young zucchini 1 piece, medium
Bulb 1 PC
Garlic 4 cloves
Semolina 4-5 tablespoons
Thick curdled milk or sour cream (for those who do not fast) 1 tablespoon

Cooking method

  • Three grated potatoes, half an onion and zucchini. I cut half the onion, because I like it when the onion comes across in cutlets. In the process of rubbing, gradually mix the grated, add sour cream or yogurt (for those who do not fast), mix again. We do this so that the potatoes do not darken either during preparation or in the finished dish.
  • Add salt, squeeze out the juice.
  • Add the crushed garlic.
  • You can add black pepper or your favorite seasoning to the potatoes to taste.
  • Pour semolina and let stand for a few minutes. I got no more than 5.
  • We shape the cutlets like a spindle, simultaneously squeezing out excess juice. Press the cutlets tightly, otherwise they will fall apart when turned over.
  • We put the cutlets on a teflon sheet in a cold Princess. I fit everything into one batch.
  • Cook for 10 minutes on one side from a cold state and 5-7 minutes on the other.
  • It was possible to hold it on the second side for a few more minutes (2-3), but they could not stand it anymore - it smelled so awesome!
  • When turned over, nothing fell apart, the cutlets turned out to be elastic and quite dense. If you want a softer, softer, add a little more zucchini.
  • PS I didn't use oil at all!

Only vegetables without oils are not recommended to eat - some vitamins and nutrients will not be absorbed. You can either cutlets with sour cream or cheese.

Added onion, garlic, spices and herbs (parsley, dill, cilantro). I squeezed it out again. Salted.Poured oatmeal, mixed. The beef gave the minced meat a slightly grayish color, but the potatoes did not darken. I added milk yolk and sour cream. Formed cutlets. Put it on a greased baking sheet. Oven 180 degrees. Timed out the time. I'm waiting.
