I don't know about the instructions for Daewoo, but on sites like about water it is not said anywhere. It seems that here in Temko someone has it - I saw someone's message here about Daewoo 8224. There seems to be a timer, not a timer, but a reminder, someone wrote that it does not spin when the yogurt maker is at work.
Well, then it fits, I also took the simplest one for myself, without automation and without water.

They are sent through Belgorod from Ukraine. I bought a yoghurt maker Daewoo DI 8224.

They finally brought me my yogurt maker!
First impressions (positive):
Convenient glass jars with screw caps,
round bottom without bulges / recesses for jars - you can pick up a round bowl or other container for cottage cheese - the main thing is to fit in height
the lid of the yogurt maker is the same in diameter as my Microwave Lid)))
It remains now to test it in work.
And I managed to mix the Curd Activation with maple syrup even before the courier arrived. Such a delicious! And why have I never tasted yoghurts or curds without additives before?

The hedgehog's wife Congratulations on your purchase! Delicious and healthy yoghurts for you!

Oh, well, you in 3 - 3.5 hours look - and suddenly it's ready. And when you put it in the refrigerator, measure the temperature of the finished yogurt in at least one jar.

Hello everybody. I have such a problem, I bought a Tefal yogurt maker with a timer, I don't understand how it works. Can someone tell me who has it. The problem is that when you turn it on, you press the button, the light comes on, well, it starts to heat up, it takes an hour and a half, it turns off. At first I thought that she was keeping the temperature, but no. Naturally, after 7-8 hours, the banks are cold in it. If, after turning it off, turn it on again, it does not turn on immediately, only after an hour (this is all about in time, because I was offended at her and put it in the box)) In the jars, everything seems to thicken, but I'm afraid to try, which ones are there pebbles, like in cheap sour cream.
what is your specific model, I heard about the tefalks that they heat up to 50 hours 2 heat up and turn off and the yogurt comes out.

Didn't you put the 7th at all? You could fill it with water and put it too, it is recommended for uniform heating. Although I usually don't.

I didn't put it at all. About water, I only guessed later, but I won't open the lid anymore - I don't want to disturb my first yogurt for trifles)))

Girls that I have not made friends with the leaven "genesis". for the first time fermented on UHT. Milk "house in the village" turned out to be something like drinking yogurt, although the milk was 3.5. I decided to re-ferment with Valio milk. after 6 hours it did not thicken at all, I decided not to ruin the milk back into the saucepan and add the sourdough fresh, poured it in, my daughter burst into tears, I took her in my arms and stirred the milk, and my daughter took and threw a toy into him. in general, I put milk aside ... that friendship with genesis does not come out to me.

I tried my first yogurt today. It turned out to be thick, homogeneous, but slightly acidic. Probably because of the activity, which also seemed sour to me. The yogurt stood in the yogurt maker for 5.5 hours (maybe a bit too much?). By the way, the button was no longer lit - what is it - is there an auto shutdown? Before putting it in the refrigerator, I measured the temperature of the finished yogurt - 39-39.5 degrees.
Damn, you can't insert pictures with the radical (((

Temperature is normal. For Activia, 5.5 is a bit too much, that's why, probably, a little sour. Although, it is possible that it was originally stale.

And what else can you ferment with besides activation? we always do not observe expiration dates in stores and supermarkets
Can I use baby yogurt? or cottage cheese activation?
Now what should I do with this yogurt? you can't eat it?

Bake something on it, some muffin or a wicker roll.

It is better to ferment not with store-bought yoghurts, but with dry ferments. Let the girls from Russia tell you where you can buy it there.

There are Evitalia and Narine in pharmacies. Narine is always there, and Evitalia, for example, is brought to order. There are 10 bottles, each for 2 liters of milk + over-sourdough.

You can use sour cream. Curd is not allowed. There are usually additives for curdling milk protein. It will curl up instead of souring.

And I once baked pancakes on yogurt and, honestly, I didn't really like it. Some kind of dry inside turned out, perhaps, although more fluffy compared to the same, but on a store kefir or on sour. So somehow they didn't go to me. I'm adding 1-2 tbsp right now. spoons when I bake bread in HP. Usually I replace a third of the prescription water with whey, but somehow there was no whey, I put a little yogurt, so the result here was very pleasing.

Girls, well, here I read, read the reviews and did not understand anything !! What to take ?! Am I facing the choice of DEH 108 or 157? 108 is pretty, and 157 has a thing for "sclerotic" (for me). Girls at work also advise Ariet. And I don’t understand what to take !!!
Please advise.
azaza
I won't tell you about Ariet. And for Dex I vote with both hands. The sclerosis little thing is not really needed, I still haven't felt the need for it. In general, I recommend Dex, but decide with the model which is more convenient - a round small or a larger rectangular.I have a round one - it takes up very little space. What's more good about 108 - there, in addition to portioned jars, there is one large bowl in which it is very convenient to make curd. And some make yogurt right in it.

She held both in her hands. Dax 108 is tiny in diameter, the volume is practically the same as everyone else's, due to the depth of the yogurt maker itself. Baby, in comparison with other models - Dax, Orion, Moulinex. She felt and twisted many models in her hands. For myself, I settled on Dax 157. True, the money ran out until I decided, so I'm waiting for my salary. And I have Moulinex, with a reminder of which, at first I whistled it, and then stopped. I still set my alarm clock on my phone, because the yogurt maker is in my living room in the corner on the bedside table, I don't go there very much, if I don't remind me with the phone ringing - it will stay there for a day, with my sclerosis.

I have a theory on this that I did not invent. Global telephone mobilization has led to a deterioration in people's short-term memory and attentiveness. Really, sometimes it's just a clinic - the phone rang, I click on Stop with the thought - now I'll add two words (or finish reading Temka) and go and look at the yoghurts. And that's all, I can remember in an hour. Or I may not remember. Or even worse - I press the button and then some extraneous thought arises in my head. And that's all, about yoghurts has already gone, as well as nothing called. Clinic, in general.
azaza
I also have quirks with memory. I thought early insanity. Turned out to be just charisma

There was such an anecdote. A dude (I don't name his nationality, so as not to offend anyone) is going in a trolley bus. The controller checks the coupons. He shows his. They ask: What if you suddenly lose? He: And I have one more.
And if you lose him too? He: Eh, I'm not a fool, however, I have a travel card.

But I'm not overjoyed that I have no timer, otherwise I would not be able to attach a thermostat to it and set the temperature as I want. Well this is such a thrill! And I always set an alarm clock on my phone, but there is also sclerosis or someone distracted.
