Yesterday I bought this unit and tested it.
I poured water t ° = 40.5 ° C into all 5 cups.
After 1 hour t ° = 39 ° C.
After 2 hours t ° = 40.5 ° C.
After 3 hours t ° = 41 ° C.
After 4 hours t ° = 41.5 ° C.
After 5 hours t ° = 42 ° C.
After 6 hours t ° = 42 ° C.
After 8 hours t ° = 42 ° C.

After that I made yoghurt from VIVO and 6% milk.
Fermented for 6 hours.
The yogurt turned out to be thick, it does not pour out of the jars.
Now it is cooling down on the table, then I will send it to the refrigerator.
I'll post a photo later.
Gandalf
In the refrigerator stood up to 10 hours. in the morning (10 o'clock).
The yogurt turned out to be very thick, like country sour cream.
The taste is creamy, with a subtle sourness.
If I didn’t do it myself, but somewhere they gave it to try, I would have thought it was village sour cream.

Since such tests are t rooms it would not be superfluous to indicate.

GandalfHow do you like the yoghurt maker over time? How did you improve it? (thermostat, etc.). And then judging by the schedule, it overheats.

judging by the schedule, it overheats.
Sophie_Nevskaya, you are wrong.
This is the ideal temperature for making yoghurt.

Sophie_Nevskaya
Gandalfbut not for all leavens? Just for those who need a temperature of 38 grams, for example, it will not work.
Sophie_Nevskaya
Gandalf, saw that you sold it. Can you tell me why?
Gandalf
Sophie_Nevskaya, sold because during operation it turned out that to me it is inconvenient to use 5 jars of 150 ml.
And also because of the inability to use a separate thermostabilizer with it to expand the temperature settings.
Sophie_Nevskaya
Gandalf, sorry, can I still ask a question? Why didn't the tandem work with the thermostat? After all, judging by the advice on hb ru, the yogurt maker should only have an on / off button ... I'm just looking for an option for my mother-in-law, I thought to consider it. Thanks for answers!
Gandalf
Sophie_Nevskaya, I bought this yoghurt maker precisely because the external design of the electrical part in the form of one "on / off" button unambiguously presupposed the presence of the simplest control of turning the device on and off.
However, it turned out that this yogurt maker contains e-mail. a voltage and temperature stabilization control circuit that does not allow the on / off function to be controlled from an auxiliary device.
You can solve this issue by simply removing this email. boards from the control of the yoghurt maker and connecting directly to the heating element of your external thermostat.
