Is it a re-ferment or directly on the ferment such results?

I do not know what to say. I used to do it in a bank, with a heating pad - yes 8 hours. and here, with homemade milk, there was such a misfortune, I threw it away - the whole cold was in the unproduced yoghurts. then an acquaintance did this and advised me. I managed. and continue to do. Heating for 3 hours and another 3-4 hours just off in the yogurt maker.

why not, of course you can
3 hours for re-fermentation is also quite normal

Well, this is not quite 3 hours, because then it costs 3-4 hours lukewarm in the yogurt maker - the process continues. Then, in my opinion, this is normal.

everything is correct. just if I immediately turned on 6.7 or 8, everything was curled. And Vinis is also good - small mayonnaise jars are suitable there. I pop them with a lid and that's it. 6 jars fit.

aha, I buy a horseradish in them. so I'll come try it at home, otherwise I can lie, I just have only 3 of them, I figured it out by eye, then I put 4 plastic ones. I have to go buy, I forget everything.
irysska
And I'm wearing them horseradish Aro or our Poltava Kalinka buy. The jars are capacious (yogurt turns out to be 240 ml), but for my Dex they are pot-bellied, unfortunately. I am now on the advice azaza
I bought horseradish and mustard Marinade - here their jars (175 ml. yogurt) become 7 pieces. I already ate a jar of horseradish - I really liked it, it differs from Aro and Kalinka. We also need 6 pieces. eat

Yeah, you can't push the 5th into your baby. In standard yogurt makers with glass jars, 5 pieces calmly melt. Some - 6.
Irinasan
So I did not understand what to take, I went to Electrodom, they advertised me there so interestingly: in DEKH 108, for some reason, the 6th glass does not fit in and they said that you can put it upside down
157 some unfortunate woman is standing. From loss I sit and think it is necessary to take but what? I will spend the money that my husband is on dr. I gave it and I won't buy anything for myself

It's not a glass that doesn't fit into Dex, it's sellers' hands that are clumsy and topsy-turvy.Everything becomes fine there.

The saleswoman, apparently, did not put the cups in the yogurt maker, but in the bowl for the cottage cheese. Then yes, all the glasses don't fit. Dex is sold this way: there is a bowl in a yogurt maker, and there are 6 cups in it - half of them are right, and half are upside down.
So they are compactly crammed for transportation. And when making yoghurt at home, put the cups straight into the yoghurt maker, not into the yogurt bowl! Or a bowl, if you are making cottage cheese - then the glasses are on the sidelines, waiting for their turn.
So go for 108 - a great yogurt maker.

That's for sure. I took 108, and turning it in my hands, I realized that I didn't need this bowl for cottage cheese, but it seemed before that that the horror was right.

The meaning of the words spoken by the shop assistant has just reached me - it seems like one yogurt needs to be cooked upside down, right?

so otozh, to each his own
I made cottage cheese and sour cream several times in a bowl. I kind of came in handy. But now, if I took a yogurt maker, I’d probably think about the number of jars that I could fit there in addition to my family. Still, in this regard, 157 rules.

Maybe the yogurt maker drives herself, but I DON'T WANT TO CONTACT MORE WITH Moulinex !!! I already took the harvester (thank God I exchanged it). Their renovation is bad.
And I really like DEH

So the moulinex itself overheats, the dimensions of the yogurt maker are just good, mayonnaise jars - 6 pieces can be put, and they fit in height and width.

If you are going to make yogurt in your own plastic cups - just take 108, once you liked it. If you want glass, only narrow tall jars will fit there, or standard ones - but not enough. Therefore, in terms of glass jars, it is better to take 157. All sorts of different jars will fit there, I think.

Something like this.

I took 108 for myself in the calculation to use jars from Mulinex there, but it turned out that it is very small in diameter, 4 standard yogurt jars is the limit. I handed it back.

Yes, I even somehow added it to the soup (well, on my plate). And what I haven't tried it before
And I already made yogurt in one jar. In mayonnaise or karapuzia it is more convenient (since there are no ribs), but in general - this jar can be forgiven for ribbing - its dimensions are super.
So I will collect a complete set
azaza
Yes, there is such a moment - if the hips and shoulders were removed from the jar, it would not have a price. But for the dimensions, for the fact that as many as 7 jars are included, you can forgive. I just haven't seen other such jars. There is a suitable diameter, but the height is too small - accordingly, the volume is useless. But in principle, the hips-shoulders are literally a millimeter and a half wider, so it is quite tolerable. I was afraid that because of the rather narrow neck it would be inconvenient to use the spoon. And it is quite

Girls, I finally did it !!! I made a very tasty yogurt! Not sour at all, not a bit curdled. This time, I took the milk "yogurt" 6% with a temperature of 25 degrees and added 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar. Plus a jar of activation and after five hours (after 4 hours I looked - it was still liquid) put it in the refrigerator. I set the timer for 4 hours, but left it off in the yogurt maker to ripen. Today in the morning my daughters and I had breakfast with yogurt - so delicious! And the daughter said that it is better than the purchased one. Well, thank God, otherwise I thought that I had hook hands.
Yes, my DAEWOO DI 8224 still has a timer - it turns off by itself, though without a sound signal, so I probably don't need a thermostat.

it is better next time to make 1 cup without sugar and use it for re-fermentation

Good day to all regulars and visitors of this thread)))
2 nights sat reading a forum about yogurt makers))) my wife has already started to swear))) And yet I was born and bought this next toy for the kitchen (there is a bread maker, toaster, air grill, electric grill, microwave oven, coffee machine). Now I have already put on the third entry of yogurt .... The whole family squeaks with pleasure)) I bought a simple one in Technosila for 800 rubles, but with a timer. The first pancake did not come out lumpy))) and the second also "flew away" with a bang))) Thank you all, so I joined healthy food))) I sit and write, chewing fried bacon with sesame seeds))))
