After 11 I woke up and crawled to look - milk with milk. After another hour, it slightly thickened. I put it on for another 2 hours. After 40 minutes, it climbed up - there was already like yogurt and the whey snapped off. Well, I put it in the refrigerator what happened, but of course this is some kind of nonsense. And what is most interesting - nothing thickened in one glass, it remained liquid milk.

What's wrong? I really hope for your help, otherwise I was already upset

Olgayou probably didn’t stir the starter well enough in the milk, because it was not enough in all the glasses. For an evitalia, just 11-12 hours is enough. The uterine starter culture is quite liquid. It becomes thicker in the refrigerator. Secondary fermentation yoghurt is thicker. Well, the density also depends on the fat content of the milk - the fatter, the thicker.
