By the way, in the first device there was also a problem with the pin - there he was generally "offended" + it began (sometimes) to hit the ground (not static - I know). I'm waiting now, when something else comes up, then again everything is new - a guarantee (of the seller), 45 days and .....
Question to the manufacturer (or to the representative of the Brand): what is the percentage of defects with add. heating element (pin)? Does it make sense (if the money is returned again) to buy this product again? (I really don't want to refuse - I really like it, but every time, under the guarantee, it's already boring to carry it).

In general, we do not recommend cooking soups and other dishes with a lot of water in a smoking bowl. For such dishes, we recommend using an additional bowl without a heating element.
