Crumble with fruit (universal)

Ingredients

Crumble:
Wheat flour (I have 1c.) 60g.
Oatmeal flakes (I have "Nordic") 45g.
Brown sugar 50g.
Frozen butter 75g.
Vanillin 1 \ 4h. l.
Cinnamon (not used) 1 \ 4h. l.
Chopped nuts (not used) 25g.
Filling:
Any fresh fruit (I have an apricot + plum) 450g. net weight
Sugar 90g.
Corn starch 1 st. l.

Cooking method

  • Prepare crumble. Grind the butter with flour, flakes, sugar, nuts, cinnamon, vanilla into coarse crumbs. I do it in a combine with knives.
  • Cut the fruits, mix with sugar and starch, put in a mold (diameter 24 cm) in one layer:

  • Distribute the crumble on top:

  • Bake in an oven preheated to 200C for 30-40 minutes.
  • Serve with whipped cream. DELICIOUS!!!!! Drink some tea at a time. Any fruit can be used.
  • shl. I immediately make a single serving of crumble. I use one and keep the other in the fridge for quick baking.

Without a core, the weight was 450g .. the layer turned out to be thicker, somewhere around 3 cm. I liked it even more than the first one!

A-ahhh! O-oooo! - these sounds were made by my unfortunate losing weight husband, who, of course, broke off a small piece of this delicacy, but ... In short, all night long what remained unfinished was very worried about him.
Yes, and we ate it with homemade yogurt - deliciously extraordinary!

This I mean that in field conditions with an exact recipe it is difficult to bother. And the great thing is that the recipe is universal for all kinds of fruits and berries.
