Kasia
Received today my cupcake for 4 pieces
How glad I am that I chose, namely, 4, and not 8
Still, at 8 they would be like seeds (the girls write correctly) to literally put one bite in their mouth.
I had the filling from what was quickly at hand: stew. cabbage, boiled eggs, dill, green onions.
They cook just super quickly (even less than the specified 12 minutes), they turn out to be crispy ... Words cannot be conveyed - you have to try :-))
From the packaging puff. dough I got 10 huge palm-sized tartlets and two without "lids" - the dough was not enough :-( Just like open tartlets turned out.
The only thing. that experience is needed to make them beautiful :-( For the first time I turned out to be crooked, somehow oblong. But this, I am sure, will come with experience

Galina, and the pictures? I have never made puff pastry.

Oh, they turned out so unsightly that it is even a shame to show
The first pancake is lumpy Yes, and there are already 2 things left only Immediately they sat down and ate everything. Ooooooo delicious !!! My husband even ate sour cream and drank beer like that

As my husband says: "If you make pancakes lumpythen bake not pancakes, but lumps"

I have never made from puff pastry
And I do it very often! Small ones, with cabbage, with mushrooms, with meat, with fish. There is a subtlety - since the puff pastry "runs off" on a heated muffin maker, you need to cut the circles a little larger than the mold.

But something with the finished puff didn't work out for me. It turns out some tough

It turns out some tough
I roll out the dough into a thin layer. It turns out good! But, again - I make small ones.
kirch
I also have 8 and seem to roll out thinly
Babushka
We must try to do it. Maybe for small ones? I have 7 cupcakes, but the edges don't stick to it ..

Girls, take me to the company of cupcake lovers Thank you for describing everything so sweetly! I'm still in a long wait for a sandwich maker, but I want something, and today my soul could not stand it - I had to urgently go to the store for a cupcake maker. And I probably bought it in such euphoria that I just read at home that I bought Smile, and not that from most of you. But still, I'm glad, I made pies from minced pumpkin mushrooms, and with thawed strawberries with coconut flakes. Yummy!!! Thank you all, everyone !!!
Babushka
Natasha, very happy about you! With a start!
MarinaK
Congratulations on your purchase! I think they are not particularly different. And they have the same power, so we are waiting for the result

Peace be with you bakers!

a question arose

did these things yesterday

https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=179271.0

current instead of creamy, a mixture of olive and vegetable was added

so it turned out like something tightly

this is due to an oil change or just a thinner it had to be done

Good day everyone! Here with a small report, I have a Smile cupcake, for 4 pieces. like it very much. I was already baking pies with meat and fruit. But the question arose, did anyone bake minipizzas or open-top pies? Electric cupcakes Ves electric V-TO-3 / V-TO-4 these are chocolate muffins with cherries, first sample.

Perhaps too much dough was put in the molds, he had nowhere to climb.
Babushka
shade, voiced one of the reasons Manna... I have experience with oil changes. It seems to me that you need to add a little more baking powder.

When I made the first bookmark, I filled all 4 molds in different ways
mini-midi - maxi-with a slide to understand how much to apply

in consistency, they turned out to be the same, so I talked about butter and asked

now another question has climbed into my head and the variety of cheese could somehow affect the density

baking powder, there were two heaped spoons about \ from the bread machine \ and the milk remained 100 grams and I added 50 kefir

Babushka
shade, in fact, kefir usually gives airiness. Maybe the dough was thick?

Babushka--

I also tend to this

So mine arrived, these are today, yesterday is no longer in the background cherries, closer meat, and they were still like pizza-open, but they did not have time to take a picture, they ate them. Yesterday the dough was Ashanov's puff pastry, but today I made a false one on beer, the home-made ones did not feel the difference. I am very satisfied. The question really arose, can you help? The cheese didn't melt in the pizza for some reason? And is it possible to try the type of pasochek, so that there was absolutely baking or is it better to take cupcake dough after all? Ah, and how do you get such smooth edges for girls ?, mine strive to gather in a fold, (I mean the bottom bottom).

Virgin, dear, hello everyone!
Yesterday I read the topic - I decided to write a recipe for a wonderful puff pastry for our cupcake. Many times it was rolled in it on pies - excellent with any fillings. Unfortunately, there are no pictures of the pies. I laid out the recipe separately - https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=382813.new#new

Lyubasha, thanks for the recipe, took it to your bookmarks.

Ira! Don't put it off - very cool dough! And if you make minced meat from chicken breast - mmm-mm-m, so yummy!

Prus - 2, please tell me how to make minced chicken breasts?
Prus - 2
Katyushenka , nothing could be easier - like a regular minced meat for dumplings. That is, in a meat grinder (in a food processor, blender - what is there) you grind meat, onions, you can have a couple of garlic cloves, you can greens - dill, parsley or cilantro. You can use dry seasonings - suneli hops, Provencal herbs, basil - in a word - whatever you like. It goes without saying - salt and black pepper. Since the breast itself is lean, you can add butter or cream. Mix everything well and the filling is ready. I baked them for 15 minutes. the consignment.
kat-rin-ka
Do you need to add milk to such minced meat? I really do not like milk, but without it I am afraid that the minced meat will not be juicy ...
Prus - 2
Katyushenka, if you add cream or butter, then you don't need milk. And the onion will give juiciness. Well, as a last resort, add some water.

Do not fry minced meat?

No chicken, we bake 15 minutes... And another, perhaps, is necessary, but I did not.

shade, made from store-bought puff pastry using the Jamie Oliver method with cinnamon. This is when he tells the dough on a board with cinnamon, rolls and cuts, then rolls again. The layers are mixed and delicious! Amazing! I fell in love with this dessert many years ago after visiting Shanghai.

Babushka--

we have already puffed \ shop \ ate \ now we stuff all kinds of stuff into a cupcake
by the way - I liked the zrazy \ we have chicken \ make

so I wanted to find out how the dough for these tart behaves well, in the sense that it doesn't melt / shrink--
if you do it in a cupcake

I would certainly have experimented myself, but EASTER is on my nose - kulichi yes then yes
so not yet

And why should it shrink ... this is an ordinary shortbread dough, here many baskets are made of this kind of dough, both open and closed. I think no problems should arise.

win-tat-

so hot everything
while you distribute the dough in the form it will melt
I never managed to bake one after the other from the puff
had to let cool
and if we are allowed to make such baskets with fish / meat / sausage or with fruits
then it is less clear that due to the filler the form will hold, but here it seems like a liquid filling
well, when they bake simple tartlets, they are not just distributed in shape, but also peas or something else are poured into the interior so that the shape is preserved
win-tat
Here here I baked baskets from shortcrust pastry and put the mugs in hot a cupcake, nothing crawled and melted ... And if you want to bake without filling, then who's stopping you from adding peas here (as they do when baking in the oven)?

I don't know if it was in the subject or not yet, but there is also a cupcake box just like VES, but Smile, model RS 3630, body color is black, for 4 cupcakes or pies, cell sizes are the same as for VES. I accidentally saw it in MediaMarkt, the price is 1990 rubles. I measured it with my centimeter and bought ...
MarinaK
Yes, this model has already been discussed here
SnieZhinka
and the sizes are the same for 4 cupcakes for "wes" and "smiley"? like 7 cm diameter? I read half the topic and got confused (

I saw them, they are weak in my opinion, I passed by .. there are still a couple of shops .. I’m still waiting, maybe it will appear on ozone ... otherwise the smile is almost twice as expensive ..

Yes, yes, I just yesterday brought VES for 4 cupcakes) We made cupcakes, but for some reason they didn't go up very much (
SnieZhinka
Girls, help! I place an order at a top shop. who has any promotional coupon? give the code to anyone who doesn't need it ... they send a mailing list to the e-mail, but I don't have it, it turns out that I was not registered, that's Toko-Toko ... I still take a cupcake)

I wanted to buy it, but when they brought it in, it turned out that he had baskets at the exit - they turn out small, like VES for 8 pieces, I think so. The diameter of the platform on which the baking circles are located is 19 cm in total. Therefore, in the end I bought Smile - he has 4 pieces the same size as VES 4 pieces. And that Tristar, which is 2 pieces - it is the size of baskets - yes, like VES for 4 pieces, but its power is small, the baskets will bake for a long time.
Lettera
Anastasia, Thank you! Now it is clear why the Tristar SA-1124 costs 2 baskets more and is more powerful.
So you need to take either Weight or Smile.
It remains to decide whether to take or still get by with the oven, Otherwise, soon because of the gadgets, it will not turn
Anastasia

So you need to take either Weight or Smile.

Yes. I already used my Smiley, made baskets with lids from puff pastry with cherries - I liked it. Only the cutting of circles there is not very convenient, but it is exactly the same as that of VES. More precisely, there are two of them - a larger circle and a smaller circle. But they are soft, made of soft plastic - like lids for 3-liter cans, so when you cut circles with them, they don't always turn out to be perfectly round. I want to replace these cutouts with some normal plastic molds of suitable size.
Mirabel
AnastasiaPlease, for the gifted, tell me, is Tristar very small and weak? I already wanted to order it. although I don't like this company ... And since you've seen this cupcake maker, is there a circle for cutting out dough?
