I will definitely buy it myself!

Peace be with you bakers!
And we somehow got accustomed to this way
First we make blanks, and then we bake in bulk
It seems like everything turns out equally - otherwise the filling is not enough or the dough remains
Eighth March
I baked lemon and cherry muffins! How I like the Tristarovsky size!
In the evening I will bake more mini-guts with fish.
I went to make shortbread dough.
The non-stick coating is still only pleasing.

March 8 - - bake mini-guts with fish.

And recently we have more savory demand

And with fillings \ mostly sand-potato with mushrooms \ and so mixed - as mine call keksopizza

The only sweet option that is always asked for is the delicious banana
Eighth March
Anatoly, what is the recipe for muffins?

Thank you! At one time I read the whole Temka, but did not write down these recipes.
natali3279
shade, Anatoly, and proportions for the dough in grams or by volume? Maybe a stupid question, but I rarely make shortbread dough, so I don't know how best. And in general, somehow I feel better when everything is in grams, I can't by eye.
shade
Peace be with you bakers!

natali3279--
In grams - 1 part sugar - 2 parts butter - 3 parts flour

I usually dance from butter / margarine packaging
If a pack of butter is 180 grams, then it has 90 grams of sugar and 270 grams of flour

from not sweet -

200 g of flour - 200 g of potatoes \ boiled \ - 150 g of butter \ more often margarine \ -1 egg \ or two tablespoons of cold water \ well, and salt - somewhere half a teaspoon.

julienne goes well in such baskets
mushrooms, chicken, sour cream, onions, seasonings and cheese on top
Eighth March
I'm going to bake chocolate beetroot muffins. I want to.
And for dinner there will be fish pies. Everyone is in the cupboard.
A wonderful thing, I love her more and more.
natali3279
Anatoly, Thank you so much
lotoslotos
Anatoly, and when you are unsweetened, you make baskets under julienne, do not put anything in them so that they can keep the shape? So I want to make my baskets for everything, but I'm afraid to try myself
Cirre
lotoslotos Natasha, I'm not Anatoly, but I add peas or beans so that the shape is beautiful. First, I press it in a pile.

lotoslotos--
I do not bake baskets separately
I make in paper molds, from the beginning I make blanks and put them in the refrigerator
Then I mix the right ingredients. and before putting it in a cupcake - I fill out the form. and sprinkle with cheese.
If the consistency of the filler is not very liquid, then I fill it immediately
Babushka
And I put silicone molds inside ...

shade and Babushka thanks for answers. And I still have a question, a small one, and you do the dough on rolling? (This is a sore point for me at the moment). How can I present this gimp with a dough. I want it to be faster and tastier. Thanks for your reply in advance.

Tom--

Shop puff - rolled on a typewriter, but then they stopped using it, probably ate enough

And shortbread - sweet and not sweet - I weigh it on the scales, and divide it into even parts
Then I flatten the lump and distribute it in shape
It turns out pretty quickly
Mirabel
Anatoly, Do you preheat a cupcake or can you distribute the dough in the cold?
Volume
Thank you! And the paper form is thin. I'll try. How many grams are for approximately one piece?
shade
Peace be with you bakers!

We have a cupcake for 4 pieces

And so - the amplitude of my actions

I share the rest in the refrigerator \ usually in the evening I knead with knives in a blender \ into shambles of about 35-40 grams, that is, I weigh the dough and divide it into 16 parts \ according to the number of bookmarks 4x4 \ it is convenient for me that it turns out exactly.

And you correctly noted that a thin piece of paper I have 25 x 50 ideally suited to my cupcake

So - I insert the form into the cupcake and distribute the dough piece over it --- I made 4 pieces and put it in the refrigerator, and so on until all the prepared dough is removed.
Then I turn on the cupcake and while it heats up I fill the first batch with the filling and bake, and so on.

If the filling is not liquid, well, let's say cottage cheese with a banana, then I immediately fill the molds and put them in the refrigerator. and then I bake as needed

Tom, I didn't roll out dough. Here you can see how I do it for mini-quiches:

In principle, it is possible on rolling ...

shadeAnatoly! Thank you very much again! I certainly would not have thought of this. It's just great! Put in paper molds in advance and in the refrigerator. I only kept sliced blanks (circles) in the refrigerator. And before that, I was tormented with this "amazing" rolling pin (which regulates the thickness of the dough), simple is even better.
Babushka-Tatiana, and your recipe is amazingly beautiful in execution! Thanks again. I have already visited your topic in the summer. And I did them, but somehow it turned out without a report. And not as pretty as yours.
Babushka
Volume, Thank you! Good luck with your baking!

Anatoly, I will definitely try your way! Mercy!

But with meat the very thing

Anatoly, I had cottage cheese, egg, sugar, frozen currants, corn starch.
Just pancakes, stuffed pancakes, baked pancakes are already full. The leftovers were made in the form of cupcakes. Have eaten!

Wow! You should have thought of it.
Mirabel
Babushka, Tanya! What a fantasy you have! but it probably tastes exactly like stuffed pancakes?
Babushka
Vika, of course the taste is the same. It's just that the form is different .. During the week of Shrovetide we ate pancakes, and these seduced me. My grandmother used to say: "The bad head does not give rest to the legs!" Only my head is not friendly with my hands ...

My granddaughter really loves omelettes from a cupcake

And my cupcake is very popular - I regularly bake in it. Most often all kinds of muffins are cakes for tea, less often - jellied pies. My dream is to somehow get busy making circles of unsweetened shortbread dough and freezing them. For mini - quiches or baskets.
Have not tried puff pastry yet.
Mirabel
Eighth March, Can you share the recipes with us?
Eighth March
I have many recipes under the same name "from the lantern". If I think of something interesting, I will write. There seem to be my recipes here.

Pumpkin muffins.
Pour 2/3 cups of pumpkin grated on a fine grater with the same amount of sugar so that the pumpkin gives juice. In winter I use frozen grated pumpkin. Instead of pumpkin, you can use carrots, squash, or a mixture of these vegetables.
Two eggs, 150 grams of plums. butter or margarine. Vanillin, cinnamon to taste. 1 tsp baking powder and the same amount of soda. A couple of tablespoons of something fermented (there will always be leftovers in the refrigerator - sour cream, kefir, yogurt, etc.), if the vegetables are very juicy, then you can skip the sour cream.
We put the flour on the eye - so that the dough has the consistency of thick sour cream.

We put half of the dough mold in a muffin dish, then a few berries (I put frozen cherries or currants or blackberries), more dough on top, leave room for lifting.
We check the readiness with a toothpick.
Of course, this cake can be baked both in a slow cooker and in the oven.

Vegetables are not felt in the finished muffin. But they give the product softness and moisture. Delicious!
Mirabel
Eighth MarchWhat a fine fellow you are, Marinochka! You also come up with recipes yourself!
Thank you!
How does Tristar behave? continues to delight?
I also bought it, but on that day I bought 2 more other kitchen devices and so that I would not be sent to a special clinic, I decided not to bring it home yet, it was in the closet. And she herself forgot about her too ...
Eighth March
Mirabelle, that's how I bake everything on it. I love Tristar dearly!
Mirabel
Marina, Well I remember. that you have Tristar. We discussed this a little earlier.
