Girls, how do you cook peas? It's time for my pea soup ...
I report on barley - 40 minutes seemed to me a little, I added 15 more and did not release the pressure. It turned out to be boiled, as I love! In Panasik, I cooked this for 3 hours on Stew, no less.
Julia V
I always cooked pea soup for 30 minutes, but the peas didn't boil as much as I like, into the trash. The other day I cooked mashed peas, and then pea soup from it.

Hello! I always cook like that, I do not trust the current peas.
Julia V
yes, the peas are strange, 30 minutes is enough for mashed peas, but not for soup

I have a small boy on a strict diet now, so I make him a tasty porridge in SV. I cut apples without peel, semolina or rice, sugar and water into a saucepan. Such a porridge-dessert turns out

I put the semolina for 4 minutes, but I pour the water "by eye" now I did the rice like this, I still want to blend it, and put it in a small bowl, like in a cafe

You can do it yourself, but a Chinese intermediary is still needed, someone must redeem the parcel and send it to Ukraine. The help shop had a section for intermediaries in China.

but it is not profitable for me due to the fact that my parcels are not large, and the first kg is very expensive. ukr mediators share the price of the first kg for all.

I didn’t make an omelet, but the first biscuit stuck (only then I read that oil should be oiled before the first use and after the PMM). Now, for the biscuit, every time I rub a little butter, the biscuit is very delicate, and the cutlets give off their fat and juice and bounce off, the jelly flies out in the same way.
Julia V
After PMM, it sometimes sticks to the molds, degreases them strongly, so I wash them the old fashioned way in the sink

Here's what kind of casserole turned out in DEKSIK by about 400 gr. curd
bottom view:
Dex pressure cooker DPC-40

view from above:

Dex pressure cooker DPC-40

The top, of course, is completely white, but in my silicone and in the oven the bottom is whitish, only crackers are "tinted".
I took a new recipe, I liked it less than my usual one, it hurts a lot of eggs and somehow it came out too airy
And the point is definitely not in the pressure cooker, the same composition (only quail eggs at the rate of 1 chicken = 5 per.) I made the child in the oven in molds, here they are (there were no crackers, so completely light)

Dex pressure cooker DPC-40

But in terms of speed !!!!! It took 28 minutes from loading into DEXTER to readiness. (this is with a set of working pressure!)
How much the oven was heated to 180 C, I did not notice, it was cooking for 25 minutes (and you could still hold it for color), despite the fact that the volume is half that (200 grams of cottage cheese divided into 4 forms).

In general, DEX did not disappoint. The next casserole will be according to my usual recipe - let's see how it will taste from the pressure cooker.

Yul, did you make a casserole under pressure? I noticed that under pressure my dough fits worse than without it. Yesterday I baked a casserole with zucchini at normal pressure, I didn't heat the bowl, I poured it out right away and looked after 25-30 minutes - everything was baked perfectly

The recipe had VD, and I did so, it was important for me to try to shorten the time, in a regular oven for 40 minutes. But I have almost nothing to rise in it - baking powder 1/4 tsp. put it so for order. I'm airy! curd! casserole not really
But for other baked goods (if I decide in DEX) I will know about ND !! Thank you
Was the bottom baked completely? This center is not fried

And in this Temko, the girls have already added a lot of recipes. And in principle, our Deksik is an ordinary saucepan, but electric and fast, therefore it is easy to cook in it, you just need to make an amendment for the cooking time, because at the VD, everything is prepared many times faster.

I read 66 pages of the forum, caught fire and also bought myself a dexa-40, a couple of months ago I cooked everything on the stove, but just over a month I bought a Panasonic 181 multicooker and a bread maker also from Panasonic, I really liked the technique, now I cook only in it, the stove for I used it once for a month, I made an omelet for my quick wife, I bought a dexovsky blender for a gift to my relatives, checked how it works, and I liked the dex-40 pressure cooker very much - you are right, a miracle saucepan, I began to regret that now the Panasonic 181 will be idle, I made a fish yesterday stewed in oil - this recipe was mentioned earlier, put on 30 + 30 on VD, here according to this recipe https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=65027.0, it turned out just super, my wife really liked it, she only loves cold-smoked fish, she eats another reluctantly, in the evening she says - give me more fish
Today I warmed up 3 pcs. stuffed pepper, dripped a little water, then regretted it, I think it was not enough, I probably put it on for 3 minutes, in 3 minutes it gained pressure and warmed up for 3 minutes, warmed up completely, I think even less needs to be put, the microwave burned out recently, so now there is something to heat up

Take a new one
I'm going to make borscht today, and yesterday I also bought sardines, capelin for sprats, veal for the recipe "Veal with prunes" from the book that came with the dex.

How I cook, I will write
Lozja
insigonet, I have no microwaves, no stoves, I heat them up either in SV or MV. In a pressure cooker, I heat everything up on the Heat. To do this, close the lid, turn on the pressure cooker, but do not touch the timer, let it be at zero. In this mode, heat maintenance works, there are about 70 degrees, everything heats up well in 10-15 minutes. No water needs to be poured.

10. Salt - 1 tsp
11. Vinegar 6% - 1 s. l

13. Olive oil - 1 tbsp. l
14. Broth or water - 1.5 l.
1. Fried a little onion in olive oil.
2. Added meat, filled with water, set 15 minutes. VD
3. Bleed off the steam, filled in all the other ingredients, set for 6 minutes. VD
4. After turning off, left it on heating, let the steam down after 15 minutes, poured it into plates.

My wife really liked it, said a brighter taste than I had cooked on gas before and very, very red, I also really liked it.

Shaw for a juicer?

Tell me how you made mushrooms?

Girls and boys, tell me Pressure cooker - that is?!

And today I pig I made a knuckle with an orange. Smeared the knuckle with adjika, salt and seasonings. A little water in a bowl and for 60 minutes under pressure. Then she blew off the steam, took out the stone, and in its place, orange slices. Another 12 minutes under pressure. Get it, cool it and you can even eat with your lips. orange gives some unusual, but pleasant note.

I was so lazy that I even cook wheat porridge for kittens in SV ...

The juicer will arrive tomorrow .... They called and said they would send it today. When he arrives I'll write sho and how ..... to be honest, I've never used a juicer ... and I don't even know if I need it or not

I don't really like cottage cheese soufflé, but dense zapkanka, and so I think the absence of baking powder and semolina gave me the result I needed.

Girls, the hay looked that Sergei put as much as 300 grams of beets in the borscht, and also put it in his drain borscht so I got a very rich burgundy borscht, like when I cook on the stove, such a cool truth first cooked broth with potatoes for 10 minutes, and then I threw in the rest, I love when the potatoes in the first courses are completely boiled.

Shanks are made with beer and in brine.
I'm not very good with beer, I made it in brine in a Soviet pressure cooker, it turned out interesting. This time I had homemade fresh adjika close at hand, I like to add it to fatty meat. Once I read about the combination of pork and orange, I tried it, I liked it. I tried it with zest, the aroma is cool, but the taste is too rich. And with slices just right! Sometimes I even use orange cake (I made orange jam, steamed an orange, rubbed it through a colander, made jam from juice, and stuffed the extracts into the freezer).
In general, try, look for your combination. The main thing is that the shank is not greasy, it should be "meaty". And there was no hassle with the shank in the pressure cooker - I cleaned it, washed it, put it in the SV and that's it!
