For me, too, SVshka is just a salvation. Roast or pilaf or something else is easy and simple and most importantly, very fast. It is especially cool if you urgently need to do something and the meat is in the freezer, there is no equal for SVshka.

So I hope so. I have already started making cutlets in the oven so as not to stand by the pan. Tasty, mine love (and the stomach loves), but there is one problem - the oven without a timer - sometimes overdry
And pilaf, borsch, stew and buckwheat with meat, we have HITS. I think this is the very thing for a pressure cooker

100%...
Buckwheat with meat in one motion. On pilaf or roast, I personally do it in two steps - I fry onions, carrots (if necessary, tomatoes or pasta), add meat and close for 12-15 minutes on high pressure, then I open salt, seasoning and potatoes or rice (depending on what I cook) and more on VD for 15-20 minutes ... Such yummy ... I also make pasta with meat (only without carrots and keep the pasta for no more than 5 minutes. Only I don't pour water into hot water, but water into pilaf and pasta needed.
And the advantage in SVshka is that you don’t have to look around - when it clicks, it remains hot for a very long time, everything is prepared quickly. In general, some pluses)))

I do that, I'm such an aunt ... It won't hurt the device. But first you get used to the pressure cooker, let it blow off steam, then you will learn how to relieve the pressure yourself. Take your time, but don't be afraid either! When will you test it? I'll be home tomorrow the day after tomorrow, if anything, you can call for help!
While you can find a video about your SV on YouTube and see how it works, you can find about Brand 6050, we have the same valves ...

If I am in a hurry and the valve sprinkles, then I put a "waffle" towel. Deksik is not afraid, otherwise I gently hold it and bleed it off a little by hand, or I let it stand for about five minutes on the heating and it falls by itself. The scapula is not needed)))

I think that everything that is attached to the upper edge is not for pressure cookers, probably so that the fit of the bowl to the gasket is 100%, but this is the reasoning of an amateur

No, Olesenka, it doesn't fit ... For a pressure cooker, the steamer shouldn't have sides. And this is a stand, in order to put a hot steamer on the table, for example ...

You put a stand on legs in a saucepan, a grid on it, put food in it, cook, then hop the grid by the handles, and pulled out ... Very convenient. For example, if you make steamed dumplings. You can't catch them from our stand)))

Oooh, exactly. Thank you)) I already broke my head why there are these handles, I was thinking about a hinged double boiler and how to hang it for them)) Our really lacks such handles. But in this steamer, the diameter is not indicated anywhere, so it will not fit, we will not check it))

Girls. And at the request of porcelain, I found only one casters (from another company) of our size, which clearly stated that the coating was ceramic:

Girls, well done, what have you ordered !!!
And what did you order - both spare wheels, a set of silicones, right?
Oh, I will look forward to your parcels !!!
I myself will order a little later, in November I am planning a DEX DPC-40 (for my daughter), and from China for the new Daxik ammunition - both spare wheels, a couple of silicone sets, a valve (at least one spare for two pressure cookers), a couple of inner covers and spool (Rina says that it is necessary, I really do not understand where it stands, but I will order). Only I want to try it with air delivery, the weight seems to be small, it will still be half the price of the Ukrainian service.
And if DEXs DPC-40 are no longer on sale in Ukraine in November, I will order in China ... But already by sea, since the weight is large ...
Ukka
Yul, and Yul ... I'll imitate you a bit ...
While we were chatting here, the pressure cooker made me a stew. I fried the chicken pieces, drained the fat, added onion rings, tired a little, added blue, zucchini, bell peppers, cabbage, a little homemade tomato sauce, closed the valve and for 13 minutes under pressure (I have it selected automatically, you have a wheel). Bleed off pressure, green tea, a minute or two under a closed lid and yum-yum !!! The main thing is not to overeat, otherwise my efforts in the kefir club will go down the drain ...
Julia V
Soup is planned for lunch, and then what happens Caviar made from eggplant. and for dinner potatoes with meat, I call the sauce. You also need to melt the bacon, and make barley with cracklings. Senya will prepare everything for a few days, and tomorrow I'll be torn at sea with a small one, otherwise my vacation is wasting.
Cool, after all, a pressure cooker, fast, odorless and without frying in the kitchen.

Yulchik, I’m more chicken, I practically don’t cook pork ... I think if you fry the pork under a closed lid, it will be stewed at the same time. And then all together for 15-20 minutes.
Water - if the vegetables are juicy, then literally mold a little (if the product is dry and there is no liquid, then the pressure will not build up).

Sone4ka, what do you think about the stew

I don't add any liquid to the stew, because I cook with tomatoes - they give juice.

I fry the meat, add the onions / carrots and fry a little again. If with eggplants, then there, too, to grab onto. Then the tomatoes. I close for 5-7 minutes (if the meat is in pieces, and not in thin strips, then for 10)
I open it, add cabbage and bell pepper, which had previously passed a solarium session in an airfryer and peeled off)
I stir, close for 2 minutes (so that the valve rises), then leave it so that the pressure drops by itself, on heating for another 10 minutes.
It was such that I only fried meat, and then everything else, mixed, set for 10 minutes, and then it languished for another 15 minutes. Also delicious, but I like it more when the onions / carrots / eggplants are a little fried, and only then everything else ...

Sone4ka, pour water into the NE to the lower mark (1 \ 5), put the double boiler (it is higher than the water), eggs on the double boiler, closed the valve and for 4 minutes - it turns out hard boiled. She took it out under a stream of cold water. The most interesting thing is that even cracked eggs do not flow out during cooking, and then when cleaning, they are very easy to clean.
Yes, just a couple!

not even in a pressure cooker, but in a Panasonic steam basket, eggs really turn out much better.

in the microwave, the eggs boil from the inside, therefore they explode - the shell bursts open. And in a pressure cooker, heating goes on from the outside, so they should not explode.
